Baked that morning and were sub par, hard and unappetizing or 2 The result of a baker who overslept and so they gave me the stuff I saw the prior day. I then waited about 10 minutes before my waitress came to take my order. I ordered the corned beef hash with country potatoes, eggs over easy, sourdough toast, and a coffee. When my food arrived, I was given hash browns instead of country potatoes. I didn't notice right away as I was reading, but once I did, I let the waitress know. Before that, I had asked for mustard on the side, which took about 5 minutes to arrive--even though my table had a clear view of the kitchen. When I mentioned the incorrect potatoes, the waitress paused, said "oh yeah," and walked away without much acknowledgment or urgency. Knowing it might take a while for her to return, I asked for a coffee refill and water at the same time. Overall, there was very little check-in, and the service felt inattentive and slow. When I received the check, it appeared the item had been altered to reflect the change, but by that point, the experience had already been disappointing. I understand places can get busy, but the lack of attentiveness and follow-through made this visit frustrating. I'm not sure I would return.
