Specialty Auto body worked with the insurance of the person who damaged my car and gave them a fair enough price to approved fixing it. I really appreciate that Specialty Auto body cared enough to help me because it took a lot of time and effort to source the parts on their end and wasn't a simple task. They were upfront and honest about the process from the beginning that it would not be a quick turn around and that there would need to be some patience on my end. They followed through, and managed to do it in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the quality of the work is very well done and I'm so glad to see my car restored to its original condition! When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. After scheduling my first appointment and it being canceled, because apparently they weren't gonna be open on the day they originally scheduled me upon getting a estimate done and may requesting factory parts. I was told that couldn't happen without talking to the insurance company that's paying the bill first. Even after discussing with the insurance company, what my wishes were Meridian collision estimator told us that can't be done. And that the insurance company wouldn't do it even after explaining to them my conversation with the insurance company they refuse to follow a simple direction of getting a new estimate, put together and sent over in a timely manner. At which point they told me I should find another collision center, which I will happily do. If you're looking for customer service, this is not the place for you if you're looking for cheap parts and cheap labor this might be your fix.
