I needed new tires for my 2012 CBR1000rr. I ordered my tires online and brought them in to GP Motomax after I had called around for prices and did some HW on yelp. I live in an apartment so I don't have the space to wrench on my own so I couldn't remove the wheels. Some places won't even bother to install tires if you don't have the wheels off. GP will do it for you. The price was fair to remove the wheels and install the new tires and I thought the service was great. I have a general distrust of almost all shops but GP was legit. Jose and his team are as hardworking as it gets. My race bike dropped an exhaust valve, and I was in a time crunch to even source a motor. It didn't help that I was headed out of town with spotty cell service for almost a week. Jose went out of his way to find me a motor and keep me updated. Came down was greeted by Adrian and worked on my estimate right away he was also very knowledgeable on all my questions. Took the bike in the following week where I met up with Jose also a cool dude and knowledgeable and went over pricing and I was immediately sold. These guys have a good charisma about them and were very friendly people which is also a very important part of dealing with customers, take it from me im an electrician and I deal with alot of home owners, businesses, etc, and we try to be courteous no matter the situation. My new neighbor put Jose and Adrian on my radar when I need new tires mounted, balanced, etc. when I took the bike in, Adrian was very detailed and found a hairline crack on the valve/TPMS sensor. They ordered the part right away and I had them do a regular service on the bike while it was there waiting. They charged about half what the dealer wanted for the same job. I will always be willing to pay more for great service and in support of "small businesses."
