Quick, careful and very professional! VS Crew was really great and efficient with my move from SF to San Bruno. I had a lot of heavy wood furniture and they took care of it with ease. I would recommend and am looking forward to hiring this company again! The website was great too, I liked the feature of adding an inventory of items. read more

Our apartment completely flooded last week, and the building gave us under three days' notice that we would need to move everything out of our unit so the floors could be replaced. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare, and we are SO lucky we found Got2Move to help us - we were able to make a booking less than 48 hours before we needed them, and the team, VS Crew, has been incredible! They showed up right on time, and efficiently packed and moved everything into our storage unit in under three hours - they are both quick and careful! The price is an absolute steal for the extremely high quality of service. Cannot recommend highly enough! read more

They were very responsive and clear about their pricing. They arrived on time and were extremely helpful and quick, while also being mindful of our items while moving them. We moved within the same apartment complex and they did a great job of breaking down our furniture, wrapping it up, and then reassembling. Thank you !! read more

We used Got2Move service during pandemic to move from Bay Area to San Diego and we are very pleased with their service. We called them last minute when we found out that the moving company we chose prior to Got2Move changed their delivery time frame. Our move was smooth and easy from the beginning to the end. They do offer next day delivery at a flat rate. No unexpected charges. The two men and a truck arrived on time. Our driver, Serg and his fellow Jorge, were fast and strong, and even though there was no elevator in our building, they took everything down and load the truck in an hour! Serg and another person, unload the truck in San Diego the next day in an hour as well. All our items arrived with no damages. Even though the cost was above our moving budget, we are happy that we chose this company and will definitely recommend Got2Move to others who are moving from Bay Area. read more

They are actually a terrible business. The owner of this company is a greedy man that only is concerned about making extra money. I was on the phone with an associate (Emily) who quoted me 130$/ an hour for a studio bedroom move on a Monday afternoon. While she was taking down my information we got disconnected. When I called back, she said they actually had another crew get booked out on Monday so now it is a "busy day" for them and they will not be able to book me in for the quoted price and instead raised the price to 150$. Terrible way to do business. I advise you to look around as there are a TON of moving services in the area that actually keep their word. Follow up: After I posted this review, the owner called me back and said "I double-checked the calendar and we have time available for you for 130$". Sorry but it's a little too late for that buddy. Be ethical and do business the right way from the jump. read more

The move was great and they are professional. Nice guys and they try to be as efficient as possible

I used Got2Move for packing, storing and moving my items from SF to LA a couple of months ago. That was the first time ever I used moving services in the US and I was really impressed of how fast moving can be. I mean if I was doing packing by myself it won't be done even in a week haha, but the guys did it like in a couple of hours. Alex offered me 2 options for the delivery and we went with a cheapest 6 days window one. They arrived on time. They also organized all the items the way I want it in my new apartment (maybe all the moving companies do this, but I was impressed anyway). The management and, what's more important, the crew were very polite and honest about pricing. The main guy (I think his name was Brad) was nice and helpful. Thanks Got2Move! read more

David, his colleague, and a perfectly sized truck saved us during our move out of Half Moon Bay. We had a difficult situation- a house off a one lane dirt road with a narrow, windy driveway that could not accommodate a huge truck. My husband and I contacted movers- some said "Oh, it's not worth it to come all the way to HMB" while others just had no way of getting down our street, let alone our driveway. Some of them also quoted us crazy prices because they knew we were in a bad position. We were under a real time crunch to move to Sacramento (why do tech companies give you zero time to move?!) so we really only had last Fri-Mon to figure things out. Needless to say we were feeling super stressed and could not have been happier when David told us his truck would fit into our crazy driveway and that he would be fine with doing a move between Half Moon Bay and Sacramento. He quoted us a flat rate that was quite reasonable did an excellent job of loading up our entire house & shed into his truck. David and his helper used furniture blankets and not one item was scratched or damaged in any way. They were pleasant to work with and moved us incredibly fast for the amount of stuff we own. I would highly recommend David's services, especially for difficult moves. If you are hearing things like, "oh your move isn't worth it" contact Got2Move and they will help you! read more

The movers where good and polite. It was supposed to rain so I requested they call me and discuss moving the time. The person I talked to said we can do it this day without you losing your deposit. I was like I'm going to lose my deposit because I don't want to move on a day it's supposed to be raining and the day they wanted to move it to was also raining. So I said whatever let's just keep the original date. Well lots of wet and made a mess but it wasn't too bad. Just a lot of cleanup on my part. Also they taped up my dressers and now they are ruined but they did what I hired them to do which was move my stuff so I'll give three stars. Update: I was reached out to and everything was made right. I would definitely use this company again but I will make sure I check the weather before hand. read more

Got2Move moved from Bay Area to San Diego 2 weeks ago. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and communicative! We got a competitive quote with a 5% cash discount, and when it turned out that we actually had more in our 1 BR condo than I expected (go figure!) they adjusted that quote fairly. Since we were still packing when the movers arrived (NOT advised), they calmly worked around us while we frantically packed the rest of our belongings. We were given extra boxes and unlimited packing tape for free, use of wardrobe boxes, and no extra attitude. They also helped to disassemble and wrap the larger pieces of furniture. I really appreciated the professionalism throughout such a stressful process. We all made it down to San Diego the next day in one piece, and I can honestly say that I would recommend Got2Move for a move of any distance. We have unpacked 80% of our stuff and so far, only ONE champagne flute was broken. I'm shocked and so pleased with the excellent service! read more

Alex was very attentive helping me set up a moving date for our move within the city. They were able to accommodate our move date without a problem on what I figured would be a difficult weekend to get a booking. The movers who helped us were awesome, Darlin and Omar. Very professional, respectful and capable. I was amazed at what two guys, a truck, and some moving equipment were able to accomplish in a few hours. Very fair/reasonable pricing as well. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Thanks guys! read more

This company is a fraud, they moved me from San Francisco to LA and claimed to me professional movers. They wrapped my peloton screen with a cardboard box and shattered the entire screen and only offered $81 to me when it's a $2500 bike. They also cracked my 2,000 brand new bed frame. I've had a very good experience with Got2Move! When I called to book, they answered all of my questions and also followed up the next day to make sure that everything was clear. They were also very responsive to all my emails throughout the booking process. We had 2 guys help us with the move of our 1-bedroom apt. The guys arrived on time with a great attitude and energy. They took very good care of our belongings from the packing of all our fragile items to the last minute of unloading. They were super efficient and the move took very reasonable time. My wife was happy with the entire experience and she usually finds a thing to complain about:) read more

I have had to move several times in the last several years unfortunately so I have worked with lots of different movers. Got2Move crew were SO fast, efficient, careful and professional. I was in awe of how quickly they worked and how careful they were with wrapping all of my furniture. Nothing got damaged, and they were able to load and unload my home in record time. My family was very impressed. If I ever have to move again, I wouldn't even bother to shop around, I would go straight back to them. Their pricing was reasonable, clear and they communicated clearly and promptly so I was never waiting or worried if they would show up (I've had some movers fail to communicate or confirm before a move, but Got2Move was very clear and communicative every step of the way). I loved that they provided wardrobe boxes so I could pack up my wardrobe while they loaded up the rest of the house. That was a lovely convenience. They are the best! read more

Longest move and slowest movers I've ever used. A short move from a tiny apartment turned into almost 8 hours. Won't use again.

I wish I could give six stars! VS and Crew were friendly, professional and never took a break during the long and difficult task of moving our boxes and furniture. I was incredibly impressed by their work ethic and amazed at how efficiently they stacked and organized our items at their destination! They followed all of our instructions perfectly. Compared to other moving companies I've used in the past, the rates at Got2Move were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Bay Area. read more

I highly recommend this moving service to anyone in the San Francisco area. They could not have been better. I sincerely appreciate the care that they took with all of our belongings. Thank you VS crew! read more

I'm updating my review because the owner reached out to me immediately to make things right. He wanted to talk about the main issues I expressed so he could address them with the team that moved me. He also offered clarification to a couple of my concerns which makes me feel better. I wasn't expecting this, but he refunded me for nearly two hours of time, so now I'm paying an amount that I feel is fair. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the owner! Thank you! Also, he mentioned that they offer free consultations before scheduling a move. I plan on using the consultation service in the future so that way I have an idea of how much I can expect to pay ahead of time. read more

We've used these guys multiple times. They are always professional, courteous and efficient. This time was no different. A+++.

Packed everything very nicely and organized. Nothing broken during our move. Did a good job.

VS and Oleg helped me move this past weekend. They were hardworking, communicative, and kind. I'd recommend!

UPDATE: I changed the rating from 1 star to 4 stars for the customer service. The Company reached out and offered a partial refund. Good to see that the Company reads the reviews and makes amends. So upset about this service. It took them 5 hours to move a studio apartment two blocks down the street (literally 5 min. Everything was already packed in the boxes by the time they arrived. There was no reason for it taking so long other than the movers trying to extort money from me. It is not my first time moving with the same amount of furniture and boxes, and it never took that long. A year ago I moved from Foster City to San Francisco, and the whole process took 3.5 hours. This time, two movers were purposefully delaying everything. One of them hanged out in the car from time to time while the other pretended working. Forgot to mention that my fiancé had to move the boxes for them to expedite the process. I hate when people take advantage of the situation. I paid the full price but I will never work with this company again. read more

VS Crew helped with my move today in San Francisco and they were a stellar group! Super fast packing up all of my items safely and securely. They wrapped up my tv, mirrors, and peloton perfectly and they arrived in great shape. The guys arrived on time. Disassembled all things that have to be moved in the disassembled state (coach, bed, etc.). Packaged everything quickly and carefully. Were polite and attentive. Loaded the whole track. The same quality and speed with unloading, assembling and distributing my stuff through the rooms on the new place. Cleaned up all the packaging materials. Despite the large amount of items I needed to move everything was done during one day. Very professionally. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend these guys. read more

I'm obsessed with buying stuff I probably don't need, but want - cause I think it's an amazing deal, off of craigslist. It's becoming a dangerous and time consuming habit. So when I found my perfect bed, my bf was not impressed. He was not looking forward to renting a truck, and lugging a huge thing down flights of stairs. And so I called Got 2 Move. Their prices are extremely reasonable. 45 dollars an hour for one guy and a van. Ninety dollars an hour for two guys (two hour minimum) and a truck. (Entirely worth it for a big move. ) Though I was excited about my new bed, I was dreading the whole moving experience, after my last one. The previous movers had needed my bf and my help to move half of the stuff, and had hidden costs. But Got 2 Move was on it. They dealt with my three phone calls every day - three days up to the move. They found the place where I was picking stuff up before I did (I was wondering around in the wrong building for a good couple of minutes) They were early, friendly, fast, efficient, and relaxed. They put plastic wrap around the mattress, took apart the bed frame, and carried everything easily down the stairs. Once we got back to my place they carried out my old mattress, brought my new one in with no problem, and even put together my new bed frame for me. They even had forms for me to sign after-wards. Because yes they are professionals, licensed, and on top of things. The whole time they were moving me, I kept on gushing about how great they were and they just smiled and said.... "uh we're not done yet...." But they deserved all of the praise - and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to move again. (My back hurts today - but not because of lifting - but because I'm dumb and carry a heavy back-back with me everywhere. Luckily the one sided back back thing died along time ago - or I'd be lopsided right now and walking diagonally everywhere... Uh but yes def. go with Got 2 Move - they are truly the most reasonably priced and best movers I've used thus far.) read more

I used Got2Move for my 1bed apartment, local move in SF. Really impressed with how the VS crew too care of everything! They were really attentive and careful with all of my furniture. One of the guys even pointed out where my previous movers had assembled my bed the wrong way, and was definitely a step up from the last company I used. I also had a 29gal fish tank that I was worried about, but they took care of it no problem. And I had a fairly large couch that was very difficult to fit through a tight doorway, and they really went out of their way to fit this into the apartment which I so appreciate. For a 1br move with 2 guys, it took about 5.5 hours, which felt reasonable since I had a good chunk of furniture. They were professional and efficient--would absolutely recomend! read more

I was very nervous about my move to the Bay Area. But Got2Move was great and helpful from the start. Moving is always immensely stressful and I was dreading the entire ordeal. Nevertheless, I'm glad I chose Got 2 Move. They sent the invoice beforehand laying out their cost estimates which were transparent, fair & clearly written (not every company does this, some try to screw you FYI). They kept communication open before the move and confirmed several times before coming, and the movers arrived exactly on time to the MINUTE- Something that almost NEVER happens in my personal experience, but I digress. Although my move was long, it was smooth and the movers brought their own equipment which helped tremendously and the movers were calm, professional & very friendly. I'd love to have them move for me again, this time hopefully with MUCH less stuff lol Thanks again, guys! read more

Great moving service. Quick to respond, provide accurate payment information, and very reliable. Honestly went above and beyond my expectations for movers. The only difficult part is you have to provide an itemized list of everything you want to move to get a quote (besides what will fit in boxes), although many moving companies have this same requirement. Moved from SF East Bay to LA, total cost was $2,650 plus tip (1 bedroom apartment). read more

Got2move service has been awesome: I am very pleased with this service and particularly with the work of Luis, Juan and Emily. I used Got2move in September 1999. They didn't put paper on some of my china, broke $1,400 of dishes, gave me $400. I found the packers just placing dishes in with a sheet of paper covering 6 plates. I stopped them and watched them repack the plates. They didn't pack other boxes correctly. They also left a pantry full of heavy appliances, Kitchenaid mixer, ice cream maker, etc told me to put in my car. I had them because these things were too heavy for me and I had to threatened to stop payment to get them to come out and pick them up. They acted like they were doing me a favor. They unpacked some boxes, requested a 15% tip and left. I found broken items $1,400. They gave me $400 9 months later. I would not have used them if someone else had written this review! read more
