I'll start by sharing that I was the only vegetarian in a group where everyone else planned to eat meat. I would never have chosen to eat at this restaurant as a vegetarian dining solo, but I agreed seeing that there was one item on the entree menu for me in the 'between the bun' section. I ordered the vegan burger because I expected it to be more substantial than a salad (which isn't a whole meal for vegetarians, by the way--that's a myth). The waiter was nice/friendly and service was great at the start. I like that the place was well lit and the ambiance was good. However, the wait time for my dish was ridiculous for what I received--everyone else in my group received their (meat-based) dishes at least 8-10 minutes before mine arrived. When my food finally arrived, I received a thin chickpea patty between a stack of iceburg lettuce below the patty and a mixed salad above. There was a bit of salt seasoned in the lettuce, a sliver of cilantro/wasabi sauce and very little seasoning/flavor to the chickpea patty itself. The server didn't even give me the fries or ketchup that were included and when I asked for the fries, it took another 6-8 minutes (they clearly forgot) and the server didn't even provide the ketchup. So, I had to request it separately. The server gave subpar service--I shouldn't have had to ask for fries and then ketchup on two separate occasions. As a note, everyone in my party who ordered the meat dishes received their fries/ketchup alongside their burgers and the presentation was great for them. It was strange that what may be the easiest thing to make on the menu took the longest to receive and I didn't even receive the complete order in the way it was presented for everyone else in my party. I felt that the menu description was misleading (Chickpea patty topped on iceberg leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and radish. Dressed with cilantro and wasabi sauce). Upon reading it, I assumed that it was going to include buns since it was listed under the 'Between the bun/buns' menu heading. It should have included a line that said that no buns are included in the vegan burger. I felt so ripped off/robbed paying $25 for what I received. It was really just worth $12 to be honest. Before receiving the check, I communicated with my waiter that I was disappointed with my order and expected a more substantial vegan burger and it was odd that no buns were included. He mentioned something about vegans and gluten free (which are two very separate dietary restrictions that have nothing to do with each other, by the way). I could tell that my waiter was really flustered and didn't know how to respond. He was a nice guy and the way it was made/presented wasn't his fault. But, I told him that I really just wanted to give him/the restaurant feedback because the menu description was very misleading and did not meet my expectations at all. All in all, this is a steakhouse and a vegetarian wouldn't choose to dine here. However, for the lone vegetarian dining with a group of people who are eating meat at this restaurant, I'd recommend you order the cheapest vegetarian appetizer on the menu and that'll unfortunately have to be your meal. It is a total rip-off paying $25 for the vegan burger--a thin chickpea patty and minimal salad as an entree with fries. If I knew, I would've just ordered the $12 flatbread as a meal. To management, if you're going to offer a vegan entree, please do better to make it worth the $25 cost. It felt like an afterthought in your menu and the server gave terrible service--leaving out the fries and ketchup when serving the order because it was clearly forgotten. I understand that it's a steakhouse, so either (1) take the vegan option off the menu completely, (2) make it better and include buns (the gluten-free reasoning the waiter gave me actually has nothing to do with a vegan dietary choice), or (3) lower the cost because a salad and chickpeas isn't at all equivalent to the $25 price of the chicken burger you have on the menu. I never write reviews after restaurant experiences, but this experience just really upset me and I felt robbed. I understand that the waiter was flustered, but I've been served meat in the past at another restaurant by accident and received way better service after letting them know/giving them feedback. read more

If you are desi you might think the food is bland but this is how a burger should be- spices not overpowering the taste of the meat. They have a play area for kids which is also wonderful. For some reason we were seated near the kitchen though, so we couldn't watch our kids while they played, and servers had to keep passing our table to bring out food. I ordered a burger which came with a side of fries and ketchup. When I got to the bottom of my ketchup there was already a stale old fry on the bottom. We complained and they acted like it's not a big deal. Literally gross they are reusing used ketchups wonder what else is reused. Food is 5/10 can get better burgers at a local cheap joint. For a halal steakhouse, this place is not half bad. Went there during Ramadan and the food was pretty good except for the lamb items which seemed pretty expensive for the portion. The lamb shanks were very very tiny and flavor was okay and nothing extraordinary. My friend ordered a steak, which came with mash potato was pretty good. Seemed like the server didn't have much idea about the menu, as we were asking questions about the food. He seemed to be pretty clueless about the items and had to go back forth to get the answers. We asked for the dessert menu after finishing our meal, after getting the menu, 20-30 mins passed and the server wasn't back to take the order, hence we decided to leave. Ambiance is pretty okay - I was a bit disappointed that even though we took a reservation ahead of time, as we got to the restaurant they sat us outside. I made reservation for 7:30pm my boyfriend and I came here to break our fast Iftar. We had the biggest combo on the menu, we literally tried almost everything. So few things, Restaurant seems to be a hybrid between fine dining and fast food experiences. It is a little on the expensive side but I've enjoyed all of my meals so far though the ambiance is not great. We enjoyed their rigatoni, chicken kabobs and the steak, the salmon pasta was a little lacking. Kids food is a little over priced for what it is, but they are patient and try to accommodate a large variety of customer. they have a play place and it gets busy fast. There is no supervision of this so it is up to independent parents to watch their own kids but not all seats can see this area. so it has been rowdy and many children are rude to each other, throwing chairs down the slides. It is ok but due to these factors not the safest for smaller kids when the 6+ kids try to join. read more

New York burger which is their "signature" burger. The short rib was soft and the bone slid off, yes. But, ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR!!!! It was sooo bland. Eating the rib raw wouldve had more flavor. Honestly it's the same comment with all the dishes. Giving two stars AND paying that heavy price of $200 is my charity of the year. AND they had the gall to do an auto-gratuity of $30. Like no.
