DO NOT COME HERE FOR A TIRE ROTATION. We took our SUV in yesterday for a simple tire rotation prior to our cross-country drive from VA to California. I am writing this review from the Buc-ee's in Sevierville, TN, where a good Samaritan notified us that our back left tire was wobbling severely and looked like it was about fall off. Every single lugnut on the back left tire was loose and could be turned by fingers alone. These morons failed to torque the lugnuts down. This could've been disastrous. The incompetence is frankly astounding. You literally had ONE JOB and you failed miserably. read more

I have used this location for 12 years. At one point I would have rated them a 5 star however in recent years they consistently make promises and fail to meet their own commitments. I have had cars sit for days when they assusred me it would be inspected the initial drop off date. I have recently had service to include a simple oil change and tire rotation to which I was assured two different employees if I would drop it off it would be complete by the end of the day. End of day came and went without it being completed. This location simply fails to meet the commitments it provides to its customers. It gets 2.6 stars on Yelp which is more than it should today. I encourage you to explore other shops which honor their commitments. read more

I made an appointment via Goodyear's website, and was given a quote for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment, and the guy at the desk made no attempt to recognize my presence. I finally got his attention, and waited for the service. Once the service was done I was given a bill for about $20 over the web-site quote, which I had on my phone. They scrutinized it and said the tax was wrong, recalculated their bil, which then came out to about $10 more than the quote the second time around. The Goodyear web-site claimed there would be an in-store $20 rebate, which I took to mean a $20 deduction off my bill. Nope, I was handed a coupon to submit to Valvoline. I went to my car noticed my tires hadn't been rotated. I returned to the desk to point this out, and they claimed it was not part of my service. I again showed them the quote, and they asked "So, do you want this done?" As I paid extra for the tire rotation option, that seemed like a dumb question. So, they took the car back in, and about 30 minutes later the tires were rotated. No apology given for the delay or inconvenience... Regarding the "rebate", that required me to scan multiple documents, save them as a PDF on my phone, scan a QR code, upload the PDF, and then enter page after page of data on my photo to submit the rebate. It was far more work than it was worth...ugh! The rebate is just a come-on to get you to think you're saving money by going to Goodyear. I won't fall for that again. Their service and attitude was pretty lame. I won't be going back. Instead, I will go next door to Firestone for my next oil change. You can thank me later... read more

We took the car in for the free oil changed, when we picked it up the oil service was not reset in the vehicle, the paper stated possible oil leak and no one contacted us on this. I went inside to express my discontent with the service. The manager Jim at this location was no help and unpleasant. They don't like to be called out on their bull crap. He would not verify they had actually changed the oil, i was told i may need a new mechanic, i then told him flat out if something occurred to my car they are liable. We have not drove the car except home from Goodyear. We get in the car tonight first time since driving the car home from Goodyear went two miles up the street to put gas in it and the engine light comes on. we to advance auto in the publics parking lot to find that there was no oil in it. these geniuses' never put oil back in the car. these are the most incompetent set of mechanics I have seen in a long time. This location used to be okay/half decent now i wouldn't send my worst enemy there for help. The quality of their work is extremely poor and value is no existent. They took the time to explain what my car needed in detail and had very fair pricing compared to some of their competitors that I spoke with. Jim the manager was very polite and answered all my questions no matter how stupid I thought they were. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Took my wife's car to Goodyear on 7/8/17 for a slow leak on one of the tires. Picked it up later that afternoon and by that evening the tire was low already. I truly believe that they only put air in it and did not patch it. There is a reason that their lot is empty and you have to wait next door at Firestone. read more

BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM GOODYEAR STORES!! I took my car into this Goodyear location for wheel balance and alignment under warranty, because of vibration at speeds above 45-50mph. They did the work, and told me the camber was really out of alignment and that I needed camber kits installed for the two front wheels (my car had been aligned a month previous at another Goodyear location and the cambers were fine). They also told me the rear toes were out of alignment and would need shims to get them back in range. I left this store with an estimate for several hundred dollars worth of repairs, a vibration that was slightly worse, and a steering wheel that was slightly off center. I took it to another Goodyear location and they checked the alignment. Their report showed the camber was fine, but the toe (which the Milothian store had supposedly set properly) was out of range. The second store then messed up a part on my steering gear while doing the alignment. If you need an alignment, pay a little more and go to a dealer or someone who knows what they are doing - NOT GOODYEAR! read more

Agreed with the two other posts below. This store is an absolute rip off. STAY away! We brought our car in for new tires and to fix an air pressure sensor. They replaced our tires which ended up not being the right fit, charged over $150 of hidden fees (well attempted to) and "fixed" the $200 sensor. We didn't even pull out of the parking lot and the sensor that they fixed came back on. We the drove to the GMC dealership where they said the sensor replaced was on the wrong tire. Upon returning to the Good year store, they said they replaced they left side sensor when they replaced the right side. The manager got angry at us because his store got called out and them immediately refunded fees and the sensor. The manager then took his sweet time finding the corporate number and kept saying that he can handle everything. All I can say is that be careful if you decide to go here for anything! read more

STEER CLEAR! After receiving a quote for a mounting bracket for my Yukon XL, my husband and I dropped the truck off. Jamie called to let us know (3hrs after dropping off) that "because your vehicle is a 4-wheel drive, there is a $230 increase due to labor." Bait and Switch all the way!!!! Beware! This is the closest shop and they had a good online coupon for service. They also performed the 29 point inspection. I came back to pick it up and asked about the inspection since I was told everything was "fine." They said the only comment was a dirty air filter. The air filter looked good 3 hours before I took the vehicle, but they failed to notice the ripped outer tie rod on the passenger side or one new shock on the driver side and old one on the passenger side when they should be replaced in pairs. No mention of any oil leak around the oil pan either. I wanted to give them a chance to earn my business and they blew it. I don't trust them and will not give them a chance to earn my business until I see multiple great reviews over the next few years. I will say it looks like a sinking ship and corporate needs to step in and clean house. read more

My wife took our car in for a state inspection. They reported back that we needed a tie rod end and the bracket for the windshield wiper was wrong. Since we had just moved her from out of state and she did not have a trusting relationship with them she told them she was going to take it to another shop for a 2nd opinion. Their response was a bit threatening. They were visably upset and told her that was fine but they were entering a failed inspection in the data base. Not knowing what all this meant. (because they did not explain it), and her being from out of state and new to state inspections, she okayed the work. I later told them to leave the old tie rod end on the front floor board so I would at least know the part was replaced. The bottom line is we did not like their scare tatics and I am still not convinced I needed the tie rod end. It also amazed me that the windshield wiper was replaced a couple months before we moved down her and now it is bad, hmmmm. read more
