They were very friendly and made sure to get all the details of my vehicle to ensure they would have the necessary parts and oil. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and work while I waited and was told yes. I arrived a tad earlier than my appointment (like 15 minutes). Upon arrival there was only 1 parking spot available, luckily I drive a small car and could fit into the space. Unsure where I would've gone if that wasn't the case. They took my vehicle back right away and checked me in. I sat in the lounge area. They have a fridge with complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, a couch and couple of chairs and a tv. There was a smaller more private space that was next to this area with a rocking chair and space for kids to play. Nothing fancy but the Wi-Fi worked great for my VPN. They also have pictures and info about each of the employees. This is a nice touch and helped me know who was helping me. I received a text when they completed service and it gave me a link. At the link was a picture of my car and then the report of everything. I mean everything. For the tires it gave me each tires pressure along with a picture of each tire's tread. Picture of the engine. Picture of the fluids and how it compares to what it should look like. A full report with visual confirmation of everything. Very much appreciated. At checkout they explained everything they did and saw. Also explained their comprehensive rewards program that I enrolled in. Fair pricing. Overall I felt respected and that they were fair. Also while visiting there, you will notice that this is a 100+ year old building, that was a stable in the early 1900's. The brick walls still have the partitions that show where each stall was. No one was manning the front desk for a good 5 minutes yet left stacks of keys on the desk with no one watching them. Thats a very careless thing to do. When I was finally checked in, the older man told the technician to take someone else's car first (which took over 30 minutes) because my car was going to be a piece of cake??? Seriously? Why not take the piece of cake. Also, why discuss that in front of a customer with an appt? Also, since I was the only one waiting, ummmmm... you see where this is going. While this may be a great auto shop, this is not the place for inspections. It was one of the slowest inspections I have ever received.
