I changed my car's oil here once. I noticed that something was leaking from the car after the oil was changed. I took the car to the dealership and apparently jiffy lube's had messed up my oil pan and it needed to be changed which would cost me more than $800. Anyway, I went to the store manager with a written description of the problem provided by the technician at the dealership and requested and refund. That guy was just a rude jackass. After that, I spent weeks talking with their corporate office representative, sending a written proof of the issue. He didn't want to be helpful either but after much insistence and not being willing tomback off, he sent me my check for my oil pan. Never again, Jiffy lube. I will take my car to people who know how to do their job and won't mess up my new car!!!! read more

I came here with my friend because she had a groupon for a cheaper oil change. Once we pulled up two men came up to our cars, we took two separate cars. Automatically the men started pointing things out that was wrong with our cars. One man looked at my friends tires, poked her front brakes on one tire and said she needed all new brakes with pads and rotors. It would be well over 600$ and she needed it done right away. They kept saying they would give her different discounts but at the end they didn't when they wrote at the estimate. Besides that the car's brakes were just done not even a year ago. I give two stars because one man told us the truth, that this happens all of the time and that our brakes were most likely fine. He was very nice and helped us with the rest of the visit. read more

I went with a Groupon and the service was good ,then again it was 5pm on a Tuesday and it was empty. I never come to these establishments because I always change my own oil. But I was in a rut and needed my oil changed. If you go with a Groupon and you want synthetic you will have to pay the difference. I just got the conventional oil because I would've had to pay $50 more for synthetic. All in all they did a good job rotated the tires and put all the nuts on and tightened them (I've heard stories) It was good service and a job well done. read more

Well, I would of paid for an oil change that never happened if it wasn't for the guy that handed me my keys and said sorry about the screws on my skid plate. Went back in the manager said she even tried but could not get to my filter. They said to come back on Monday and they would fix it. But as everything played back through my head, they really would NOT of told me and I would of thought I had a clean filter with clean oil in my new truck. I took it to the dealer, they changed my oil they reach around pass they plate to change my filter, and they can try and drill/work out my screws, but if it damages the plate it can cost up to $130. I went back just to ask for a refund on the oil change, because I don't want dishonest people screwing around under there. The manager said she couldn't do it but could give a free oil change. I do not want them touching my truck again, so why would I want a free oil change when I just paid for one that didn't happen. I normally don't complain if something is resolved, nothing is resolved here. So now, time to warn people and start writing letters. Sad thing is, I bet the guy that was honest, got punished and the ones trying to scam will be okay. read more

First off I will say for the most part the staff are very friendly here. They can be a little pushy trying to get you to buy their overpriced windshield wipers and air filters. My last visit I used a groupon. It included tire rotation,rain x treatment, vaccum, and oil change. I opted to skip the vacuuming because car was packed for vacation. The rain x was only applied to the front window. Tire rotation was good. They tried to get me to buy a air filter even though the one in it was brand new. The oil change was good except the Toyota we drive requires a special canister filter. They said there was a extra charge for that even though the coupon didn't state anything about an up charge for special filters. The cashier seemed a little clueless but the manager helped me and after a little bickering I didn't have to pay anything extra. I will keep coming back here because it is convenient and the service is decent. read more

I went on Saturday to get my oil changed with my 2 month old daughter. I had never been to this location as I don't live in the area but i needed to run some errands near by. First off, it took an hour to get my oil changed after it was pulled into the bay. Which i told them I understood they were busy, I still didn't complain. Then as I was leaving, after I had put my daughter in the car, I noticed there was oil all over the right side on my driver seat and the arm rest. I opened the door and told the lady that was working there and she told one of the men and they came over to clean my seat off. The first guy who came over was very nice and apologized. Then another man came over, who I assume was the manager, and said "so you're saying one of my men did this?" And I said i'm not sure who did it but this is new. Then he continues on to accuse me saying the stain was there when i got there. I told him I could assure him it wasn't. He started arguing with me saying none of his men had oil on them. Again, I said, "well my car is very clean and I can assure you I didn't arrive with it in this condition." He said "well i'll go ahead and clean it off but like i said my men don't have oil on them." He again tried telling me it was an "old stain." The man made me extremely upset and uncomfortable by how confrontational he was being. My seat still looked horrible after I left. Not only was I never offered to have my car detailed after the mess they caused but I had to take time out of my day to go behind them and clean it up. I have never been talked to by anyone in customer service that way and I can promise I will NEVER return to a Jiffy Lube if this is the standard they hold their employees too. read more
