I've come here a couple times because they send coupons to us in the mail. The last 2 times I had routine maintenance done, the team made mistakes. The first time they did not reconnect my air filter which I discovered a week later, and most recently they did not properly reconnect the drain plug after an oil change, leading to oil spills in our driveway! I had to get the car checked out elsewhere after it was leaking all over. 2 mistakes in 2 trips. I would not recommend going here for routine maintenance. read more

This was my first time using Grease Monkey. I came in because I had a Groupon. The staff was friendly throughout. They greeted me and said thanks from the garage as well when I left. There was one other customer at the time and I was in and out in about 20 mins. They didn't try to oversell other services (or worse as some do tell you someone is wrong or broken and it is not). They did offer one service (fuel cleaner) but the gentleman wasn't pushy about it. They did also vacuum out the interior and clean the windshields (a nice touch). Price wise they are about on par with most places. I saved about $30 with the Groupon (I did have to pay more for synthetic but this is commonplace these days) and it included a tire rotation and Rain x treatment. I needed an emergency tire plug while I was at work and luckily this place was across the street. I was able to drop off my car and pick it up after my shift ended. The front desk person actually quoted me about 2 hours for it to finish because of other work/repairs before mine. But about 15 minutes after I dropped it off, I got a call stating the work was completed. I was initially hesitant at first at the quick turnaround time.. especially when they said they only re plugged my old tire plug because it was loose so hopefully they didn't just assume that was the issue. $15 for a tire plug and quick service. It's been about a month now since the work was done and I haven't had any issues with the tire. I can't comment on the waiting room or any extensive body work but I would recommend going here for small auto body work and simple routine maintenance issues. read more

I was in Grease Monkey on Sunday. They were a little busy and the tech offered me 10% off for my wait. Also advised me of the recommendations i should do and as a woman he walked me over to my car to show me the condensation build up on my battery. He took care of that and I felt like I was not being taken advantage of. I have been coming to this location for years. This is the only place I trust with my oil changes on my vehicles. The professionalism of service I receive keeps making me come back. Also I love the vacuum that they do on the carpet. Now they have added a wipe to the service. This place is SHADY! I came in clearly stating my concerns and what was happening with my vehicle. In fact, I repeated the same details twice to two different techs while I was there in the shop and before my car was taken into the bay. I was told the work was going to take 3 hours, so I left the car there and got a ride back when it was ready. I seriously question what was done during that time as when I came to pick up my car, it took me less than a minute while driving it to realize neither of my concerns were addressed! I wonder what I paid over $600 for???!!! I called to let the shop know and they had me come back. The tech that worked on my vehicle was condescending, unapologetic and is obviously incompetent!!!!! I will NEVER go back! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even if it was the only shop for miles. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more reputable. I bought a Groupon to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They did a great job. They actually took the time to check all the fluids and everything. The manager was watching to make sure stuff got done. Most places do nothing but change out the oil they rarely check anything else. I will be going back to this place with my vehicles. read more

First oil change on a Toyota certified vehicle and they told me a clamp holding the oil filter container was broken. Waited 15 minutes and had to go into shop to ask about delay. They denied breaking the part and ordered a new one for $60 with an additional 15 minute wait for part plus the time to actually change the oil. Didn't notice until I had left but was also charged for premium oil filter which I had declined at check in and "an additional" quart of oil at $9.99. Cabin air filter which retails for 19.99 at autozone cost $40. Might have noticed all this before leaving but with none of the staff and most customers not wearing masks in tiny waiting room I felt it more important to get out. read more

I received EXCELLENT service today. Everyone was nice and friendly. Had an employee meet me at my car when I first pulled in. When I walked in the guy Up-Front immediately greeted me and asked what I needed. No one was pushy about ANY services they recommended I could take. They were informative with my car and even took off the annoying skid plate/under carriage by my request! The Manager cashed me out at the register. I was in and out in 30 mins. After a few bad experiences at my last oil change place, it was time to venture out for a new oil change joint. This specific location is relatively convenient to my house and highly reviewed, so I went on in. All the gentlemen working there were polite and friendly. The service was exceptionally quick. And while they made recommendations, there was absolutely no pressure to get that service at that exact moment or location. (I love that!) I had an oil change and new wiper blades, and while it was slightly more expensive than other places (about $75), they also accepted a long expired groupon to offset the cost. The friendly, no pressure service is what they advertise and what they deliver. I'll be back for all my future oil changes as well as the recommended preventative maintenance. read more

After having my tires rotated, I asked if they reset the TPMS.They had no clue it had to be done. I had to explain about the tool which costs all of $18.50 on Amazon.. They said the other shop has the tool. I said if they can't complete the tire rotation correctly then set it back to the way they were before I came in. They would not refund the money because I had the tires rotated twice. REALLY??? I left with them in the same place as I came there with my car. Or I could leave with them rotated and have to go to the dealer or other shop and have to pay to have the TPMS reset??? If you are unable to complete tire rotations properly, you should not be offering that service. If you don't correctly provide a service than you shouldn't charge me. If you have 2016 GM or later, don't let them balance the tires. read more
