Went in for an oil change and asked for my ties to be rotated as well. before even looking at my car,they started talking amongst themselves and came out and said "oh you don't need your tires rotated because you just need new tires". I guess they thought because I was a woman I believe that BS so I said "well did you at least put air in my tires?" they said "yes". I got in & the tire light was still on. They said "oh it'll go away in a few miles". Which of course it didn't. Certainly don't appreciate that they lied to my Face. Really crappy service. read more

I have been coming to this location for 15 yrs at least. They are friendly and professional. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. My favorite part is they are fast, and always let me know if something else is needing attention, usually it has nothing to do with their services. I feel like they're always looking out for me. And their prices are way better than any Jiffy Lube. read more

My whole family comes here and they always remember who we are! They have super friendly employees and are always doing their job efficiently. Due to the virus, they are having us drive our cars into the garage area and are letting us choose whether to stay in our car or come into the shop to sit. They are all wearing masks as well. Inside, they have restrooms available, a water fountain, coffee, and lots of room for sitting with the news channel always on. They also provide frequency cards and after the 7th punch you can redeem for a $25.00 discount towards any goods or services that they provide. It has now been several years since I reviewed the Lube Center on Patterson in the far Westend of Richmond. I have been coming here consistently now for a number of years.... even though I have moved closer to Richmond, I drive out of my way and pass other Lube Centers to come here.... Why? William, who is the Owner and Manager treats you like family... Not just me, but each of his customers. He also has a great group of guys working for him, and they do a through job of going over your Vehicle, so when you drive away.... you know you have been taken care of. They are very professional, and treat you like you are their ONLY Customer.... This is Customer Service at it's BEST.... I also use their Rewards Card, and when you get 7 Oil Changes & Services, your next one is just about FREE. In all the years of coming to the Lube Center, I have gone through several of these Yellow cards. In fact, I think my next Oil Change is on them... So, if you need a change of oil in your car or flushing out of your radiator... STOP by and say Hi to William. I have been going to this business for oil changes for close to 20 years. I had been pleased with the service and appreciated the detail and promptness of the their service. However, after my visit to the business yesterday, April 13th, I doubt that I will ever allow them to service my vehicle again. The service tech was rude and dismissive. I should have said something at the time, but between my shock and anger I decided against it. I would have addressed this concern to the management directly, however, other than a phone number I cannot locate a method to contact them. I will send them a letter detailing my experience. It is quite disheartening that a business that I had trusted for a great many years to service my vehicles will be off limits to me. Why I will go back. Service was faaaast! They didn't try and up-sell me a single thing! Not even the air filter! Very courteous, professional staff. I need to preface this by letting you know that I am from Michigan. And, in Michigan they don't have these high priced, get out the car come have some crappy coffee and watch Judge Judy type oil changes. You drive up, you drive in, they change your oil. It's $60 for the best oil and you're on your way. So, it's been an adjustment. I went here because I hadn't found an alternative to Jiffy Lube yet and they sell Pennzoil. That's what got me in the door. *Sidebar* I hate Jiffy Lube. They overcharge, manipulate set prices, and up-sell ( to mention a few). Slimy. I think I insulted the Lube Center employee by telling him I didn't wish to get out of the car. Whoops. I'm sorry, it's not you, it's me. I have trust issues from the JL. The advertisement on the outside boasted a Pennzoil sign. I'm a Pennzoil Loyalist and will seek out a place to get their platinum blend synthetic oil. They don't carry Pennzoil Platinum which I was bummed about--The only reason I dock a star--but offered Mobil One which is also very good oil so, whatever. I'll be back. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work. EDIT: Two days later and I'm perplexed and have to knock off a couple stars. My headlight is out. Ok, that happens it was probably flickering while I was there so I don't knock off any points. Here's the kicker, My tail light is also out. And, I was told this morning by someone who had noticed it that it was in fact out last week. So, I've been driving with a brake light out for at least a week meaning that they did not inspect my lights. Come to think of it I'm not sure if they really did anything. How does one know when the oil is changed. Trust I suppose. I'm not sure if I trust the folks who let me roll away with at least one burnt out bulb. Bummer, I wanted so bad to like this company and to have an established reoccurring relationship with this business. I was raised by a mechanic so going in, I knew what I needed and these guys did not disappoint. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and even saved me some cash! I needed to have my brake pads replaced, tires rotated and an oil change done. The cost was very reasonable Thanks guys, I'll be back!. read more

I went here today and was told an oil change would be $401.99. I'm assuming that was a joke, but it wasn't funny.
