A few months ago i visited this location for an oil change since I was in a tight schedule and needed to go out of town. During the process i was charge twice and never got my money back even after my information was sent to corporate, so water under the bridge. Until i visited a different shop and they informed me that whoever did my oil change last did not tighten the oil cap properly and oil spilled all over my engine. Which can cause engine failure. I recently got an oil change at a Jiffy Lube closer to where I'm currently at. A few minutes goes by and one of the workers had politely told me that they were having issues taking out the drain plug. Turns out, the last person that changed the oil on my car (which was at the Jiffy Lube in this location) had stripped the drain plug, without informing me at all. Luckily, the Jiffy Lube I recently went to kindly gave me alternatives, such as changing the oil from the top (which ultimately was the route I chose to take), without having to make me pay for a new oil pan. I gave this Jiffy Lube two stars, because although the staff was very friendly, they were dishonest with not keeping me updated on what they had accidentally done to my car. They allowed me to drive away without any warning that my drain plug had been damaged. Very friendly, but also very shady. read more

I had no issue using my groupon here but my car said I needed another oil change a month after receiving a oil change here. When I went back to inquire why a staff member was really polite about the situation and offered to do a free top up. read more

Great service! I went for an oil change and they offered me full synthetic for the price of synthetic blend due to my own mix up! They also notified me of my coolant being extremely low, which I paid to get refilled. They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed out the inside mats of my car for free! And all of this only took about 25-30 minutes! Will definitely be back! read more

Whoa! $114.00 for an oil change!!! Nothing else not even a tire rotation just an oil change. Yes my vehicle uses synthetic BUT the Toyota dealer only charges $75.00 AND that $114.00 is with a $12.00 coupon! BLOWS my mind that Jiffy Lube charges more then the dealer....The lady working there was very nice bit at that price I guess she should be. read more

I usually change my oil myself but was short on time this morning so I decided to swing by here for a quick change. I know what type oil my Jeep takes (conventional) but the manager tried to tell me it required synthetic, which is much more expensive. When I called her on it, she pulled up a Jiffy Lube screen which "recommends" synthetic. I said, yes, YOU recommend synthetic but the manufacturer uses conventional. She said ok we'll use conventional. For the consumer that doesn't know better, they will often be duped into using the more expensive synthetic because they simply don't know better and Jiffy Lube is taking advantage of this fact. This isn't the first time it's happened to me so I'm sure it happens a lot. As for the service itself, it was excellent. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. read more

The staff was friendly. The waiting area was clean and included coffee, a small TV and a soda machine that dispensed 3 for the price of 1. That was the good. I arrived at 10am. I told the person that checked me in what I wanted - an oil change, tire rotation and and my AC yearly service as the air was running hot. I asked how long he thought it would take as I could see I was going to be the 4th car in the bay. "25-35 minutes" he told me. I clarified if that meant the time until I went in or when I would be done. He confirmed I should be done in that time. I was skeptical, but not worried if it took a little longer. About 15 min into my wait, an attendant came to check me in. As we were reviewing my requests for service, she let me know that they couldn't do the AC Recharge because she didn't have any freon. But the store 10 minutes down the road had some, she told me. They would do the oil change and then I should head down the road for the rest. I didn't have that kind of time, so I told them to just do the oil change and I'd figure out the rest. My car was finished at 11:15 but not with everything I needed done. I now have to spend another hour of my day some other time for the recharge. There goes another week of warm air in the car and 90 degree temps. I miss my Jiffy Lube on Ironbridge Rd. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They tried to charge me $87.99 for a new cabin air filter. The oil change was ~$100. Seriously a ripoff.

Just returned from the Jiffy Lube on Midlothian. What a disappointment!!! The concept of providing good customer service is totally gone. Young lady greeted me by letting me know how much a Synthetic Oil change was. Expressed that is not what I wanted. Seems if one owns a vehicle, one would know what works best for that vehicle. She insisted she knew more about my vehicle, yet she has never seem me or my vehicle before. I asked her to check my records, she looked up the vehicle record, from a year ago, which stated that I got full synthetic blend. Ok, but that is not what I wanted, now, due to quality of burn and oil leaks. She continued to utter comments about what she knew about my car. At that point - enough was enough and I decided to leave. Before doing so, I asked her for her name. She refused to share, but rather got on the phone to, I suppose report me, rather than her poor customer service. This place is close to home. I have utilized them for years. This is absolutely the first time I have encountered someone with such a poor attitude, work ethic and lack of customer satisfaction. The service was to be her way or I could simply leave. By the way, absolutely no one else other than the oil technician was in the facility. With this sort of service - I can understand why. Shameful!!! read more

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! I went in for an oil change and inquired about using a groupon before purchasing it, and was then denied service with the use of the groupon. The associates then explained to me that since I did not purchase the groupon beforehand I was not able to use the groupon for the day. However, when I went to the Jiffy Lube further down the road they informed me that the information relayed to me was not accurate and said that it was a tactic used by those employees to not service my vehicle. I am offended by the lack of integrity exhibited by those Jiffy Lube employees and believe that their actions negatively reflect the attitude and integrity of the company as a whole. read more

Horrible service and don't even deserve 1 star. One of the workers whispered something in the cashier's ear nearly an hour after I had arrived for a simple oil change when I was paying and she wrote "Key was broken prior" on my receipt. My key WAS NOT broken beforehand and when confronted with that reality, the manager said, "we can go back and forth about this but it's not going to go anywhere. I'm saying your key was broken" I was not given a discount for my trouble and was merely directed to the 800 number if I "wanted to complain" I will not be going back to this establishment read more

Worst Jiffy Lube experience I've ever had. I went in for a full service oil change several months ago and the staff was shockingly careless and dishonest...they didn't fill my tires and somehow forgot about changing the wiper blades, leaving the old ones on and the new ones placed on top, causing them to fly away once I got on the highway. When I returned and asked them about the low tire pressure, a staff member lied and said the indicator light would go off eventually. They didn't refund me, but they said they'd give me a discount next time. As if I would EVER return to such a poorly run operation again. read more
