I asked them to check my ac coolant and before starting work on it asked what the issue was. I told them my brother thought I should have it checked out and they said it's cooling great already. So I passed on that service ($99). I appreciated their honesty. High integrity! Very friendly and absolutely professional.

The team was attentive, courteous, fast, and professional--and made the entire experience a pleasure. Hayden and AJ took excellent care of me and my car. They explained everything, offered water and coffee three times, checked all my lights, and showed me my air filter. I especially appreciated their honesty: it didn't need replacing, and they explained when it likely would. They also checked and adjusted my tire pressure and walked me through the information on the sticker inside the driver's door jamb. I got an oil change AND a helpful car-care lesson, all while comfortably sitting in my car! The manager, Rueben, even came out to introduce himself and thank me for choosing them. That personal touch really made me feel valued. And the restroom? Immaculate! I never thought I'd say I enjoyed an oil change, but this team made it happen! If you're looking for friendly, honest, efficient service that makes you feel welcome, give them a try. Five stars all the way!

They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. While my wife, our 8-month-old daughter, and I were traveling from Atlanta to a wedding in Leesburg, Virginia, our car broke down in Richmond. We dropped it off at Leete on a Friday afternoon, and I explained to the mechanics that we desperately needed the car repaired so we could drive back to Atlanta after the wedding weekend. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road. The very next day, the mechanic kept me updated with text messages throughout the afternoon and evening. To make a long story short, he stayed and worked on our car until 11:00 PM on a Saturday night! Once it was finished, he let me pay the bill over the phone, which actually turned out to be cheaper than the original quote. He safely hid the keys for us so we could drive our rental car back from Leesburg, swap vehicles, and make it safely home to Atlanta without a single issue.Without the team at Leete, we would have been stranded in Richmond, missing work, and stuck paying for extra hotel nights. I cannot thank them enough. What mechanic stays at a shop until 11:00 PM working on a stranded family's car while constantly keeping them updated? They have earned my highest recommendation!

I ended up getting a flat tire in the process. AAA took my car to Leete Tire for me. Getting my tire plugged and patched was so easy and way more affordable than I expected. I paid under $40 for the repair and was thrilled. The gentleman who helped me check out was really kind and answered all my questions about the tire too. I highly recommend coming here to fix a flat tire.

They seem to be thorough and honest. They do not focus on up selling services you really don't need at the moment. Our local dealers are driven by the 'up sell' mentality. I was under the impression that the service AND fix would be a total of $207, went in this afternoon to pick it up. The entire interaction with the man working the front desk made it seem as well like the car had been fixed, after paying he went over other recommendations the mechanic suggested despite us walking in with on specific area of the car to be fixed. A lot of things suggested to be fixed were related to the engine, I bought this specific car from this auto shop summer 2023, at the time that I bought it they told me there was a brand new engine installed. If the engine was brand new why would there be all these "issues" that need to be fixed? I said that to the man working the front desk and he seemed confused and told me he started working there in March. After leaving the shop on the way home my daughter noticed in the car that the AC/heat wasn't working. I called asking why only THEN was I informed that the $207 was just for the diagnostic and to actually fix the AC/heat was over $580. Essentially I was charged 200+ for NOTHING. Both myself and wife called attempting to understand what happened, each of us spoke to different individuals who told us different things. The man I spoke to apologized said that he would let the owner know and to give me a call back.. We'll see if the owner actually calls me back. Communication is absolutely horrible!! Been with this auto shop for years now, always thought they were upfront and honest. However, after today I no longer think this. I understand diagnostics need to be ran to understand the exact issue but the price is outrageous to receive no work. The communication from the shop to the customers needs A LOT of improvement. When paying the exact service should be explained in detail before paying, which the man at the front desk failed to do so. No customer should be put under false impression especially when paying a lot of money. They lost a value customer who brings multiple cars to their business. Don't waste your time with this auto shop!!
