I go about every other day for exterior, about once a week for full inside and out. My car always looks great and they really do a good job. The staff is friendly and courteous and puts up with a lot of BS from difficult patrons (I've seen it first hand). If you want to get your car detailed, pony up because it's a hell of a lot more than $35 If you want a great full service wash, I highly recommend flag stop. Further, the monthly plans are a great deal and they really will keep your car looking great. To the staff: I'm sorry people are so difficult to please in your area. This fairly new location is located 1 mile from my home and 5 miles from my job. I started frequenting after their opening deal. On average, I go about 4x a month or more. On May 22nd, my tire was damaged after going through the car wash. This caused a slow leak that affected my Memorial Day weekend with my 2 young children as well as my timeliness to work as I have had to continuously add air in the hopes that they would do the right thing and cover the cost of a replacement tire. They refuse. The business would have me believe that since they cannot see it be damaged on film, this did not happen with them. They would have me believe that instead my car was damaged on Iron Bridge somehow, the only road needed for travel to and from my home to work. Or that some mysterious person halfway punctured my tire (while my car sits on cameras at work and home). But okay, sure, some random bandit is out attacking 1 tire to cause the slowest of leaks. The lack of customer service and accountability is enough for me to never return. This world is currently hard enough, using a place like this is a luxury service. I'd advise you to spend your luxury dollars at a more respectable location, as there are many others around. May the money you pocket from this incident be removed from your business 10 fold. Bless.

As I got gas I noticed you can purchase a wash and get an ADDITIONAL discount on gas! (Depending on the wash you chose) I chose to get the Top wash option for only $24 and it included a free of the same value within 4 days of your purchase date! This option gave me an additional 20 cents off every gallon so I got a full tank and amazing wash for $51.77. So they print the code for your car wash and you just drive to the entrance of the car wash to enter your code. A very nice man came out to greet me and check on me and even helped me enter the code in! After my wash I pulled around to the free vacuumes and noticed they have a free car mat cleaner as well! With options to dry brush, shampoo carpet, or rubber mat wash. My car looked great after my wash! My only wish is that they had something to wipe your rims off after the wash, but I had a great experience and definitely got all the bang for my buck !

I just went and picked my car up because that was very unprofessional.. when I got there to pick my car up at 230 all bays were full of cars getting worked on that got there after me ! I don't understand how they have those part ready for those car appointments but not mine ... do not recommend at all no sense of time or having the proper tools/parts available even when they been given advance notice you were coming .. I can see if I just showed up and they had to squeeze me in but that's was not the case and when they didn't have the parts they could explained that and called me back to drop my car off when the parts got there it's not hard to have common courtesy especially to a paying customer.. any other shop would have called when they didn't have the parts or had the parts ready for my appointment .. this is just ridiculous
