The BEST place to do business. The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I wont go any place else for tires!

Old-fashioned customer service thrives at Waller Tire. I've visited the Hopewell location several times, and service has always been prompt, courteous, and professional. Most recently, I wanted an existing tire mounted on a new rim. The technician found a problem inside the tire and explained that it would be unsafe to continue driving on it. He offered to replace it, and I agreed. Waller quickly completed the replacement, and I was back on the road. The cost was very reasonable. Great job! Thanks. read more

I drive by Walker's, on a daily basis, on my way home from work. They are ALWAYS busy, which is an indication that there is something good going on here. While doing yard work, I got a flat tire on my tractor. I took the tire off and immediately thought about Waller's. I stopped in the next evening and the owner gave me a cost ( much less than I was expecting) to repair it. I told him that I would return the next day, when I had some cash in my pocket, but he told me to leave it and it would be ready when I returned. This service is much greater than I would have ever expected. On my return the following day, my tire was done, at a cost less than promised. Please don't let the outward appearance of Waller's tire place fool you. This business is the real deal. I always try to buy local and this place will keep me on that mission. Give him a try the next time you need tire work. You won't be disappointed. read more

Very friendly and responsive family business. Had a few tires over the years repaired for nails/screws and bought my wife's SUV a new set of tires at a great price. Woukd always recommend. read more

I can't thank them enough for their great service. We had to abandon our camping travel trailer off the freeway because we got 2 flat tires within 20 minutes. It took them about 15 minutes to replace a tire. They also had what we needed to replace another tire while we are at it. We will definitely be back. We will be carrying 2 spares now. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Went in with a tire that had low pressure. Technician discovered staple in the shoulder of the tire. Technician proceeded to patch tire. While the service was very quick, you can't patch a tire that has a puncture in the shoulder of the tread, nor can you patch a sidewalk. Disappointing that he didn't just say "you need to replace the tire." Otherwise I'd go back for some services there but a little concerned regarding the potential danger of Waller not knowing the latest. read more

I've been to Waller Tire at least five times for different kinds of repairs, tubes, and new tires. They've taken care of lawnmower tires, trailer tires and car tires. The work has always been quick, thorough, professional, and held up after it was performed. There's nothing about this place not to like, but the best part of this company is the people who work there. They are friendly, honest, and they make sure their customers are properly taken care of. You can send your kid there with a tire problem and know that they are not going to get ripped off. They're going to get the same professional treatment as an experienced driver would.receive. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. They will treat you right every single time. This is a local business, not a big chain, and they really deserve the community' support. read more

I had a flat, a really FLAT flat, and came to them for help after getting my spare put in. They were extremely helpful and quick, and started evaluating my tire almost immediately after I walked through the door. Two men worked on filling the tire, finding the leak, patching it, and putting my spare back. The whole process took around 30 minutes (maybe even less), and only cost me $15! I was able to drive to work right after without being crazy late. I would definitely recommend Waller to anyone who needs help with tires. The service is terrific, the people are nice, and I had a very positive experience here. read more

I needed to replace old tires, the tires weren't on my vehicle, they went ahead and changed them for me and put them on. One of the men was even so kind to take a look at my other tires as I'm expecting my inspection on Monday. Waller Tire is a little diamond in the rough. It's not very pretty and doesn't have all the bells and whistles you find at the chain stores. They do take their jobs seriously, know what they are doing and are FAST. Their prices beat anywhere I have seen in town and have always been happy with the quality of products. They will also plug tires usually on the spot. If you want to keep your money in the community, this is a great small, family owned business you don't want to overlook. read more

We ran over something on I-295 and our tire went flat in no time. We had stopped for gas at Wawa and asked a clerk about a tire repair place. Wallers was only 2 miles down the road. We pulled in and the car was jacked up as soon as we got out. They plugged the tire and had it back on the car in the time it took for me to walk the dog. read more

Yesterday I was coming down the road with my lawnmower in a box van and I had to stop in at a tire place is quickly as possible so I could return the van. I had passed by this business so many times and never turned in. What was I missing? Yup, four gentleman took care of my every issue with that tire. Quick as a wink I was out of there with a very low bill. They didn't cheat or gouge me but fixed the tire in the best way possible and as fast as they could. Other customers were there getting replacement tires and other issues they needed to resolve, and each one was treated with respect and kindness. I can see why they have repeat business! As for me, I will be back again. Hi to Milton, Ray, Carlos, and that special one, Mr. Fix it! Thank you and you will be seeing me soon. Don't miss going to this business if you live in the Chester area. They also have another location in Hopewell. read more

I love this tire shop. I came in one morning before a road trip back home with a tire that was leaking air. The guys were so helpful and patient with my tire issue. Dropped by about a month ago when I was in the area to grab 2 used tires. About 20 minutes later I was on my way and out the door. Waller has always taken care of my tires when I had a screw or nail and today will be no different. When I go they are professional, quick and inexpensive. Great family business and people. As for the guy above that thinks he got overcharged for the tire disposal...if you are so smart why didn't you check the web out first before you dealt there. That seems like the way it should have gone instead of being dissatisfied that you paid to much and giving them a bad review, As a lady I feel so safe there and I have never felt like I got anything but great service. read more

We were driving to Myrtle Beach from the Philadelphia area when two of our tires went flat -- roofing nails from a repair job on our garage. We apparently ran over them in our driveway. The clerk at the Wawa down the street recommended Waller, so did the customer behind us when he overheard our conversation. The people at Waller couldn't have been friendlier. They got us in and out within an hour and only charged $10/tire for the repairs. read more
