Most recently, I wanted an existing tire mounted on a new rim. The technician found a problem inside the tire and explained that it would be unsafe to continue driving on it. I drive by Walker's, on a daily basis, on my way home from work. They are ALWAYS busy, which is an indication that there is something good going on here. While doing yard work, I got a flat tire on my tractor. I took the tire off and immediately thought about Waller's. I stopped in the next evening and the owner gave me a cost ( much less than I was expecting) to repair it. I told him that I would return the next day, when I had some cash in my pocket, but he told me to leave it and it would be ready when I returned. This service is much greater than I would have ever expected. On my return the following day, my tire was done, at a cost less than promised. Please don't let the outward appearance of Waller's tire place fool you. This business is the real deal. I always try to buy local and this place will keep me on that mission. Went in with a tire that had low pressure. Technician discovered staple in the shoulder of the tire. Technician proceeded to patch tire. While the service was very quick, you can't patch a tire that has a puncture in the shoulder of the tread, nor can you patch a sidewalk. Disappointing that he didn't just say "you need to replace the tire." Otherwise I'd go back for some services there but a little concerned regarding the potential danger of Waller not knowing the latest. read more

I had a flat, a really FLAT flat, and came to them for help after getting my spare put in. They were extremely helpful and quick, and started evaluating my tire almost immediately after I walked through the door. Two men worked on filling the tire, finding the leak, patching it, and putting my spare back. The whole process took around 30 minutes (maybe even less), and only cost me $15! I was able to drive to work right after without being crazy late. I would definitely recommend Waller to anyone who needs help with tires.
