They went above and beyond even after a extended ordeal with my finicky truck. Jason and the Mincz crew are knowledgeable, honest and professional. I'm not checked in and waiting for more than ten minutes when the front desk guy asks to speak with me outside. Proceeds to walk me to my car without saying anything while a few of the white mechanic guys are looking at me laughing to themselves. When we approach my car he says that they cannot service my vehicle because of a foul odor coming from my car. I take my dog on trails often and recently he rolled in some mud and got it in the backseat. I didn't think mud stains in the backseat would be an issue for service being done on the engine and headlights. I've taken it to a couple mechanics in the past couple months and none have had an issue when my dog dirties up the backseat from his trail hikes. I can understand it not being pleasant for the workers, but I would've cleaned it for them and rescheduled since it was such a big issue. Instead they didn't offer to reschedule and I just got laughed at, handed keys, and asked to leave. I wasn't even greeted when I first pulled into the garage. One of the white mechanic guys just stared at me and walked away as I was parking my vehicle. I had to walk inside before anybody spoke with me, and even then I wasn't greeted first, Given I haven't had this issue before, and the unwelcoming states and quietness I got before I even handed the keys over pulling in, they just didn't want to service my car because of personal prejudices. I'm always called ma'am and greeted when I first pull in and have no complaints from mechanics when I service my car at other places nearby. It's a shame because I had to miss work just to make this appointment. If you're reading this, I'd service your car elsewhere if you happen to have dogs/kids, or expect a simple greeting as you're pulling in.

He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all-around pleasant person to deal with. I originally came in for an oil change, and Tom took the time to let me know that my windshield wipers were no longer in good condition. He explained my options, gave me a great selection to choose from, and even made sure I got a great offer. I really appreciated that he was helpful and informative without making me feel pressured. What really stood out was Tom's personality and customer service. He treated us so well and made the entire experience so much better just by being friendly, welcoming, and personable. The manager, Stephen, also came out personally to greet us, which was such a nice touch and showed me that great customer service starts from the top! I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. Tom and Stephen, keep up the amazing work! This place gets a 100/100 from me!
