12/2/25 - Another 5 star service! AJ took care of me today. We had some ice this week in the vehicles and it shredded my wiper blades. I didn't know it until this morning and it was pouring. I called 10 minutes ahead. He priced me and it was really fair. I showed up 5 minutes later and was gone in about 10 minutes. He went out in the pouring rain to change them himself. I would highly recommend this shop for any tire related repair, new tires, alignment, etc. I have been here a few times and had a great experience each time. A few days ago I picked up a screw in one of my tires, was able to drive in, they saw me right away, and actually didn't even charge me for the repair. Pretty unbelievable! Staff here is very good, very professional and quick. Comfortable waiting area with work stations/desks, and there are a few restaurants in the area you can walk to if you are waiting. read more

I usually recommend discount tire to everyone because of the insurance available, but today I lost any respect for this business I had. Sent my girlfriend to have a valve stem replaced after checking it myself (6 years in the business working with tires). The vehicles tires are in great shape and nowhere near 2/32", yet the tech immediately tried to sell her new tires and implied the valve stem wasnt where the leak came from without checking the tire. She tried to stick up for herself, yet left uncomfortable and went to another business where the service was completed without a hitch! I called to speak to someone got Eric, who claimed he is the "lead manager" He tried to flex some discount tire policy about tread depth and defended his poor choices with lies after wasting our time with an appointment and trying to pray on a woman who needed a simple tire repair. We were on our way out of town and our car registered low tire pressure. We pulled into a service station and put air in the tires, but it didn't seem to need air. So, we didn't want to get on the road again and have trouble, so we found discount tire a mile away. Kevin came out and gave the car scrutinizing once over and reassured us that everything was OK. He said he had seen this before and other car models like ours and it was probably a computer glitch. We will get it checked out later by our mechanic. Thank you so much, Kevin, and discount tire! I took my SUV in for a slow leak in tire, Evan and his team handled the repair and took a large screw out of my tire, fixed the leak in a quick and responsible manner and had my car ready within an hour. I am blown away by the customer service experience!! THIS is how a business should be ran. I have been the significant other to a mechanic for 6 years and have NEVER seen a shop flow with such success before. If this location became a full service center I would trust them with all my car needs! Kyle knew who I was when I pulled up just from my car. Nick was my customer service agent who gave me prompt updates on my tire order via phone and he came out to greet me when I arrived and truly made me feel like they were working with my schedule. I have not been to a shop in 2+ years that has made me feel that way (obviously with covid and staffing issues, i understand) but this shop was a breathe of fresh air. Jeremy was the manager on duty and he gave me updates on what was going on while Jeff worked on my tires & I sat in my car for the service. Jeremy also approved a price match that Kyle was working with me on for tire sensors which was a HUGE help. Kyle, Nick, Jeremy & Jeff are OUTSTANDING KNOWLEDGABLE HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES & THEY DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED!! To the store owner, I would do everything in my power to keep these workers happy & pay them accordingly. This location alone gives off the vibes that Virginia Tire & Auto once did but no longer do. Good afternoon, I highly recommend the Jeff Davis Highway Discount Tire Location. Jeremy is the greatest of all time and deserves a raise. I can tell that he enjoys what he does and is more than happy to take the time out to explain what is going on with the tires on your vehicle. I received new tires the beginning of September. My tire light came on about a week later. I went into Discount Tire Jeremy was polite, friendly, and, approachable. He told me that the problem would be fixed. A week later my tire light came on again and once again I went to Discount Tire and Jeremy was there and opened the door for me and greeted me. He actually remembered me and the type of vehicle I had. He said that the problem would be addressed and fixed. He also went above and beyond and ordered a brand new tire and also made sure that all of my tires were in good shape. I would also like to thank Jake for explaining what was going on with my tire. He was patient and kind. He also explained what was going on with the tire to my cousin who was on the phone with me at the time. Thank you Brittany for working on my tires and telling me what was going on and for making sure that I backed out of Discount Tire without hitting anything or anyone. Great job!!!! Could not have had a better experience. Called the store enquiring about purchasing 4 new tires for my car. Went through multiple options with the representative until we found the right fit, taking brand and price into account. He ordered the tires and called me that afternoon when the new tires arrived. Made an appointment for the next morning at 8:30. I arrived at 8:15 and was barely out of my car before an employee was approaching and ready to get started. The waiting room was comfortable and spacious with cold bottles of water and good wifi. My car was finished by 8:45. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. read more

The folks at this Discount Tire are FANTASTIC! I had a blowout in my RV on the highway and lucked into finding them. They were fast, professional and friendly.
