About two hours after making the online appointment a staff member called and confirmed the appointment. I got to the store about 10 minute before my time. It was an early appointment - midweek and the store didn't seem too busy. The young lady Naomi greeted me and checked me in very quickly. I left the truck and went shopping nearby. A little bit over a hour later my truck was done. So again my experience was absolutely fine. I think I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the reservation helped that - not sure. My bill was fair and that coupon I clicked online - Naomi made sure that was applied without me even asking. I do recommend this location and I would go back if the need arises.

I was given a price of approximately $1,300 and was advised that it will take approximately two hours to complete. A few minutes later the manager called the lady at the front desk. She then advised me that the information was entered incorrectly into the computer system, stating that there were several models of my vehicle. The cost now was approximately $3,000 and it would take eleven hours to fix. I had them return my vehicle to me and went to another location for the inspection. At the other location my vehicle passed state inspection and nothing was noted wrong with my vehicle.

First: since this is a location I visit fairly often what I've seen more than once is things like "carts." It seems that they don't collect them as often as they should. I've had to more than once had to step back outside to one of the cart corals to get a cart. I've found the men's room messy and not well kept. Of course I'm not here to pee but sometimes you have to and hope what you've come into is clean. I bet the paper towel holder has been broken for more than 6 months. As for general upkeep. It seems fairly okay. Staff: I've had a mix over my visits. Some folks being friendly and a couple just sour. Not very helpful and looking like I'm a bother asking for something. This includes the staff at the rotisserie chicken area. Frankly, I'm a bit concerned about its upkeep. I wish there was a State Safety Rating for this area. So it's not like folks have other options in the area. So you're kinda stuck. Just use your best judgement for yourself. I rounded my rating up to a 3 star. It's really a little less.

I message the owner/manager and it would take him a few days to get back to me and not even with an answer. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us. Lucky for me, I just had a bit of an emergency situation with a blowout from hitting a curb just down the street and rushed to get my blown tire on the rim to these guys about 5 minutes before they closed. I really didn't want to leave my truck sitting on a jack overnight in the area but figured since they were about to close, that was gonna be the more-than-likely option. Fortunately they took it right back and had me a new tire mounted and balanced in about 15 minutes. Definitely going back when it's time to replace again.
