Clover Hill is just a mile from where I live, so I stopped there. It was after 4:00 in the afternoon; they had me leave it and had it ready the next morning by 10:00. I told Billy what the problem was. (First time ever meeting Billy) He knew I had a problem and needed by vehicle, he got with his technician and fixed my vehicle the same day. Man! What great service! I highly recommend MNN Auto to all.

I just called this Auto Mechanic to get some general information about warranty whether it's worth…read moreit and how hard is it to deal with the car warranty insurance company and the actual mechanic because that's where the truth is with the mechanic. Jason the owner was gracious enough to spend a good amount of time with me explaining to me how these warranty companies work and what to look for and what to ask and he gave me a few recommendations. You know it's really nice of him to take the time out of his day to give me all these tips and I'm not even a customer. Just goes to show that this place is really a genuine place to go because they don't have your business and they're treating me this good. he also mentioned whenever you get a used car always come in and get an overall check which is $89. This way you get an out side true review of the car you are buying not just what the dealer is telling you. I never thought about doing that but I can see where the value would be totally with it. Thank you Jason you really gave me a lot of good tips and I really do appreciate it. I'm looking forward to using your services in the future. Sorry if my writing is bad I don't do reviews but I just had to give this to you because you were so kind and honest. Aloha Jennifer

I told them upfront I suspected a bad alternator because I could hear a bad noise coming from the…read morealternator. Also asked them to check my squealing brakes. Brakes were fine, just dust build up, so no charge and appreciated. However, I was charged $531.95 for the alternator part alone (GM part #20911162), before labor/tax/fees. The same exact part number is available from Amazon ($199.70), GMPartsGiant ($268.81), and GMPartsClub ($318.59) -- all about half off what I paid, even accounting for normal shop markup over retail. Labor ($192) was fair. I wasn't shown itemized part pricing before authorizing the repair. Ask for the exact part number and price breakdown before agreeing to a repair here, or get a second quote. If you don't, expect to pay completely avoidable and unneccesary markups.

I've…read morebrought my car to him multiple times, unaware of the real issue, and he has never overcharged me. He's honest and explains everything to me in a way I can understand. This shop won't just do a repair because you ask, they want to make sure it makes sense and you're not spending unnecessary money. This is the only place I recommend or take my car too now.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE -- they will waste your time and NOT FIX YOUR ISSUE. I paid almost $1500…read morefor my car repairs and it still wasn't fixed. I decided to not take it back to them because it would only be worst. DO NOT TAE YOUR CAR HERE Kept my car for too long, consistently said it would be ready and then when I called they would give a different date (they never called me with an update) I left my car for a week with them, when I returned the car still wasn't ready and took an additional week, even though they said it would be ready upon my return. My car sounds worst than when I dropped it off, it now makes more noise like the screws are loose on my engine. My service engine light came back on after the supposed repair, that's what they were supposedly fixing, as well as my tire pressure light came back on the very next day. They are the WORST -- please let this review be a WARNING -- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE *if you're reading this message after the fact, I go get your car now, if you can. Such a waste of time and money

My car was in need of an oil change and inspection and I was in a time crunch. I had called the previous evening asking if they had any appointments available and they said that if I came in early, they would squeeze me in first thing. I arrived at 9AM. I saw the guys in the garage already working on two cars so I had my hesistation about getting in on time for my car to be worked on. The guy at the front came in and after I told him what I needed done, he said it should not take more than 30 minutes to complete and that he would get my car in now. I sat down in the waiting room and read a magazine until my car was ready. 45 minutes later my car was done and I was out the door. All though he had quoted me incorrectly my wait time, I was more than happy to wait the extra 15 mintues to have my car fixed with no problems. Overall great service.
