My car was in need of an oil change and inspection and I was in a time crunch. I had called the previous evening asking if they had any appointments available and they said that if I came in early, they would squeeze me in first thing. I arrived at 9AM. I saw the guys in the garage already working on two cars so I had my hesistation about getting in on time for my car to be worked on. The guy at the front came in and after I told him what I needed done, he said it should not take more than 30 minutes to complete and that he would get my car in now. I sat down in the waiting room and read a magazine until my car was ready. 45 minutes later my car was done and I was out the door. All though he had quoted me incorrectly my wait time, I was more than happy to wait the extra 15 mintues to have my car fixed with no problems. Overall great service.

I had my car towed to the closest auto repair shop to my new job and that is how I came to C & J. They replaced my alternator, which is why my car shut off on the side of the road. And I've had no more issues with it since then. When I needed my oil pan resealed. I shopped around, but decided to stick with them. The price for the work ended up being $80 less than a nearby chain auto shop, and over $100 less than the local shop with most and highest reviews. I like Bob. He's at the front a bit and does some odd jobs around the garage. Lee did the work on my car. And I have had no issues with any of the work done on my car. I would give these guys a shot. They're very reasonably priced and do good work.

I decided to not take it back to them because it would only be worst. DO NOT TAE YOUR CAR HERE Kept my car for too long, consistently said it would be ready and then when I called they would give a different date (they never called me with an update) I left my car for a week with them, when I returned the car still wasn't ready and took an additional week, even though they said it would be ready upon my return. My car sounds worst than when I dropped it off, it now makes more noise like the screws are loose on my engine. My service engine light came back on after the supposed repair, that's what they were supposedly fixing, as well as my tire pressure light came back on the very next day.
