This was the worst experience I've had at this store and I shop here often. Everywhere I go, if something is a penny short, the store takes responsibility for the loss. This is the only place where I was told to round up and spend my hard earned money because they didn't accept pennies. This business is 100% profit, telling me I need to spend more on top of what I am already spending is unethical. I put examples like Target and Chicfila where they accept the loss and round up on their end. When I went to shop, I found an item I would have to purchase and since no 'SOLD' signage was on the item, I proceeded to take the barcode to the register. Only to be told it was sold 10 minutes prior, but the only one who knew about it was the register attendee, not the manager. I do not understand how no one proceeded to immediately tag the item as 'SOLD' seeing as there are 5-7 employees on the floor at all times and 1 at the register. Overall, the prices are outrageous and the employees aren't much better. Again I have always shopped here but it truly has gone downhill over the past year. read more

We used to love this Goodwill. I bought most of my clothes here because they were almost brand new and incredibly affordable. However, ever since they removed the fitting rooms, things have gone downhill. Their prices have become unreasonable. Today, my family and I visited this location around 10:40-11:30 a.m. My mom found an IKEA dresser priced at $50, which seemed fair for its condition. It wasn't marked as sold, so we took the price tag to the register. We were then told it had already been sold. We were confused because there was no sold tag on the dresser, and we were literally holding the price tag. The cashier told the manager it had been sold. When my mom asked when it had sold, another employee, who didn't seem to know anything about the situation, claimed it had sold 10 minutes earlier and removed the item. We were all shocked. How can an item be sold without being marked as sold, especially when we had the price tag? We continued shopping, and I found a used pair of American Eagle jeans priced at $16.99. That's ridiculous. I can go to Bealls, Walmart, or TJ Maxx and buy a brand-new pair of jeans for around $14.99 that will last much longer. Since this Goodwill no longer has fitting rooms and doesn't offer refunds, there's no reason to take that risk. We found a few toys for my little sister and headed to checkout. It was the same cashier from earlier. She didn't greet us or offer any customer service. As I started counting my cash and coins, she told me I had to round my total from $0.59 to $0.60 because they don't accept pennies. I had the exact amount due, so I didn't understand why I was expected to pay more because of their policy. The entire time, she had an attitude simply because I was paying with cash. The cashier then called over the same manager from earlier. Instead of calmly explaining the company policy, he simply looked at us and said, "Over a penny?" My response was, "Yes, money is money." As we walked away frustrated, he sarcastically said, "Have a great day," and I repeated it back. I'm honestly disappointed by the poor customer service and management at this location. Between the confusion over the dresser, the inflated prices, the lack of fitting rooms, and the dismissive attitudes from the staff, this was one of the worst experiences we've had here. We won't be returning anytime soon. It was especially upsetting that my little sister had to witness the entire situation after being so excited about the toys she picked out. read more

The Goodwill people here are really nice but these people don't know how to operate their business well:( the employees are a little clueless who always need a manager to type in very simple things. I've been here three times the last month and everytime there is a wait. There is only one person working the register and 5 people stocking the aisles. The last time I went one lady saw it more fit to sweep the floors by the registers instead of helping the line. Finally when she was done sweeping she helped customers but your customer should be your priority. There was a man working and he was so sweet but again, really clueless , messed up my exchanges and orders , over charged me , couldn't give me a refund or credit and manager had to be called twice . I gave two stars because they are nice workers but you all have to be better about running a store like that read more

I find some good things here and for the most part it's clean and full! , but the pricing is way off almost all the time. For example: I found a nice shelf organizer, the original target price tag was on still on there for $4 and they were selling for 8.99. That makes no sense. Double the cost. Beanies used were $6! Pillow cases $5! The managers should really evaluate how they are pricing things, majority is second hand and used. Making it half the price of its original cost at minimum. Shame on Goodwill- the store is about cutting world waste and giving items a second home, specifically for those who are trying to cut costs of rising costs of goods. read more

I have been thrifting for years and recently moved to the area. I am SO glad I got the opportunity to come by this goodwill because it had such amazing finds!! Items were reasonably priced, it was clean and organized, the workers were kind! I am so excited to come back and see what items they continue to have. Great great great location. They have a fantastic selection of clothing and home furnishings. Employees have always been super helpful and accommodating when I had any questions. Consistently busy, especially on weekends, so be prepared for a crowd, and a bit of a wait in line. All employees are wearing masks, as well as this being required of customers. read more

This thrift store is a thrift haven with a large interior. They have a great book collection, DVD and music area. They have a large housewares section. I was impressed by the large men's clothing section. Most thrift stores have hardly anything for guys. The clothes are sectioned off by style and size. My only drawback is the slim aisles, there were many oops where people pushed past, walked in the way, and were careless. I had to grab my stuff and go. When one of her coworkers asked her about a price match or change for the exact same shorts , one was 6.99 and there was 19.99 we just asked if she could match the price since they were the same shorts where she proceeds costumer can't change the price . This is one of the largest and cleanest Goodwill stores that I have been in. We drove a fair ways to get to it based on a recommendation from a friend. Other than as an outing, it probably wasn't worth that length of a drive. If you live somewhere near it and like the idea of shopping in thrift stores, it makes sense. I can say that the staff that I encountered was very friendly. There is also a huge selection of clothing, home decor items, books and movies. If you have some time and a few extra bucks to spare, come browse. You'll probably find at least a few things worth taking home. read more

Unreal pricing for definitely very used condition items. For example a guitar case for $299 that you can buy new for $79 at any music store. Their excuse was the guitar was stolen. I imagine this will become a common occurrence with their current pricing strategy that has become many of their customers means. I get they want to discourage reselling but what about all the people who can't afford to pay retail prices for used stuff to begin with? Great thrift store in a great area but unfortunately their employees are judge mental and rude. Checked out with Gabriela V. earlier today, said hello with no response, looked very uninterested in her job like checking me out was a burden, just very unkind and unpleasant. Took my card out of my hand to secure payment which threw me off. Other store employees would congregate together in aisles and pretend not to hear a question I asked them. This is a small, but clean, Goodwill store that seems to get raided by people who like to shop for cool stuff - every time I go, I can't find much that is interesting. It sometimes feels like a waste of time. When they first opened I managed to snag some interesting items, but now it's a little more junky. Shoppers are also pretty ruthless and they will squeeze past you in the very narrow aisles to grab their items - social distancing be damned apparently - but I think that is typical for Goodwill stores in general. read more
