What a unique shop! They have some gorgeous quality crochet items, truly vintage clothes, home décor and locally sourced items from local artists. The locally sourced goods were in their own little section with the shops name above it. Plants, jewelry, skincare, perfumes and more! They had some really beautiful items that brought me back to my childhood with mid-century modern furniture, beautiful glassware and VHS tapes galore. Neat antique shop but they have a limited selection that doesn't seem to change very often. Some of their stuff is on display but nit for sale which seems odd to me - especially when the staff is rude about people who touch the stuff. They also rent space for other sellers to display jewelry amd other knick knacks for sale but it doesn't fit in with the rest of the store very well. I stop in often but hardly ever buy anything - a lot of stuff I do see is overpriced or not unique to my taste. Cool to walk through though! read more

Owl's Attic offers top-tier thrifted apparel, furniture, and other items in a cultivated space that feels more like an experience than shopping. I love their aesthetic and poking through their space, especially the areas devoted to local creators that you might otherwise only be able to interact with online or at pop-up events. While I enjoy the experience and it makes for a fun afternoon (especially if you grab some Kelly's ice cream next door), it is on the pricier side - not saying its not worth it, just that it's outside my budget at least! read more

I visited both locations of the owls Attic (inside the east end market and just across the street for their brick and mortar location) both locations had great finds and offered a wide variety of vintage items. Was able to buy a few items at each spot and was sad I couldn't fit the furniture in my suitcase because it was absolutely beautiful. read more

What a charming shop! We came in to shop and had a good experience. The aesthetic was amazing. The vintage decor and clothing was inviting and easy to browse. Vintage clothing AND plants?? My heart be still!! Such a great collection of vintage clothing here. I first visited about a year ago and left with a couple of gorgeous dresses. One of them made for the perfect night out in Miami for a fancy dinner. Since then, they seemed to have opened up the space a bit and it looks great! They offer clothing, furniture & decor, as well as a bunch of different gifts and nicknacks. Oh, and did I mention the plants??? This is such a cute boutique! Stopped here because I wanted to check out some of the pieces by Whateva Lola. Found so much more! They have such a great selection of vintage pieces in great condition. My folks and I spotted this shop after getting ice cream at Kelly's. It was closed when we walked by, but I had a good chuckle over their sandwich board sign claiming that you couldn't buy happiness, but buying vintage was the same thing as happiness. We made a note to stop by when it was open and if we happened to be in the area again during our trip. While looking at neighborhoods and grabbing another round of ice cream at Kelly's another day, we stopped in when the shop was open. They sell vintage clothing, toys, homewares, and incense in this shop. If I'm not incorrect, I believe there are different sellers in the location. (Ex. One sells some of the clothing, another does pottery, etc.) Most of the clothing I saw was 70s-90s, with a few rare 50s and 60s pieces in the mix. Pricing was fair, maybe a little cheaper than other stores I've shopped at. They do burn incense in the store toward the register - if you're sensitive to smells or have allergies, I would steer clear or limit your time by the register. It was a little strong for me, so I had to browse the merchandise at the register quickly, then head for another area in the store toward the front. Staff left people to shop on their own, but it's clear they were friendly, as they were chatting with one local who came to buy more incense. The parking lot is shared with the businesses along the plaza. If you go during a non-peak time, you will usually find a spot. read more

Nice little thrift store tucked into a strip along Corrine. They have a mix of vintage and local vendors. I stopped in because they have "wonky mugs" which is a local potter I adore. Last time I came here I discovered some awesome x-files books and comics! They also have a lot of glassware, some limited furniture, and a decent selection of little knickknacks. Parking is good, lots along the strip but some dedicated to certain businesses. read more

Only downfall is I did feel that some of the items I wanted, for example the bags/purses were slightly overpriced. I think they would have a lot more sales if they decreased their prices some. this place is super cute! we were greeted as soon as we walked in. the atmosphere of this place is super cool and the location is nice. only problem is the pricing!!! it's a bit on the expensive side but i partially understand that because most of it is antique. we initially went in there to find a perfume scent i had previously owned but was disappointed to find they no longer had the scent in store. it was still nice to look around at the clothes and cute nick nacks though! just a bit out of our price range. read more

Oh Vintage how you keep making my heart swoon over and over again. I love walking into a store surrounded by living time-traveled art. The way the store is organized is immaculate. The owners did a great job of expressing their heart into the store, so that when you walk in you feel like you walked into a treasure chest. I was a very happy girl because I found a dress that looked like Mrs. Brady herself transported right from the 60's/70's. I wish they still made classic pieces like the one I scored. The quality of the clothing is quite impressive. My daughter also scored a one of a kind bohemian piece. Brady Bunch here we come! Oh and Guess what if you happen to be a student you get an extra ten percent off your purchase. The store's location is also an added bonus because it is located in the heart of Audubon Park. I literally grabbed a fresh delicious ice cream from Kelly's right next store, and headed into this gem. Talk about a perfect afternoon! Why is it that the further I move away, the more I appreciate gems like these when I am in the area?? Luckily, I'm not THAT far away but it's fun to come spend the day in the area. I specifically came with a friend bc they sell our favorite L.A. based candle line, Evil Queen. They had a nice sized selection but even though I came for that one thing, I ended up browsing the entire store. If vintage is your thing, you'll love this place. Lots of nostalgic items to peruse through and all over the walls and décor. They also sells lots of small, handmade local goods like greeting cards by Bright Light Paper and jewelry by Gypset! There were also some small plants(succulents, cactus, etc) outside for sale. Apparently they're not always available so when you see them, snatch them up! The owner ( I assume it was the woman behind the register) was super sweet and I can't forget about the sweet shop dog, Dallas. First stop in here yesterday, what a fun shop! Greeted by the live in labrador barking, dont worry assured owner, he's friendly! Clothes, knic knacks, candles, soaps, jewelry and accesories- lots of fun stuff to look at! The shop feels like you've been transported to 1970! One side for the gentlemen other side for the ladies, they even have a small display with kids stuff! In the center of the store they have used records where I spent many a minute perusing. Family friendliness - 5 out of 5 First of all, I have to talk about the owner. She is the sweetest most kind woman ever. She always remembers my name when I visit and engages with my kids while I shop. I love vintage clothes, but I don't like to wear them every day. I like to find fun pieces to incorporate into my wardrobe and I can totally find that at The Owl's Attic. Their prices are very reasonable and they have sales often. My kids love going with me because the owners dog is usually in the shop and they get to pet it and play with it a little. They also usually have a few toys out that are ok to play with (Etch a Sketch, Rubiks Cube). And the owner talks to them...my girls love talking to people and making new friends. Now if you have a wild toddler then this place may make you nervous, because we are talking about vintage irreplaceable items and some are definitely at toddler reach. They have a great selection of women's clothes and shoes, men's clothes and shoes, jewelry, accessories, some home decor items, and even a little kids vintage section. Very Very over priced. They had a few cool finds however they were $20-$100 for a pair of jeans. in my opinion that is very over priced. Some of the jeans were from the 60's and 70's however they were in mediocre condition. They also had very unique boots that were priced like they were new.
