I am near this store quite frequently these days so I decided to stop in. They occupy several storefronts, but the entrance is fairly obvious. Upon entering the first thing I realize is I'm surrounded by glass. Like any thrift store they have a ton of merchandise packed into a fairly small space. This is a tight store to get around in and I would recommend being quite careful if you have any type of mobility device. Many of the shelves were marked with prices for everything on the shelf whereas some items I found had no prices at all. There were a few people working in the store, but nobody spoke to me at all. I walked around and checked out most of the regular merchandise, but I skipped where all the clothing is. I found a couple of items that interested in me, but I wasn't thrilled with the pricing on them. Overall, I would say this is not a bad store, but you shouldn't be aware of what you would pay other places before you enter. Definitely worthwhile if you like to support smaller businesses.

The regular thrift store is fine if small; there is home decor, well-used clothing and shoes. Next door, however, is the boutique. This is where I found a Kasper suit and a Banana Republic dress for $15 each. I don't mind those prices being a little higher because the clothes looked like new.

When I first walked in I was greeted by a really kind sweet lovely young lady with red hair. She helped me find everything I was looking for and did so with a smile on her face. Then as I was browsing alone the store owner Alvin Harris comes barging through the door yelling at the young lady to as I quote "CLEAN UP THE DAMN STORE ITS A DAMN MESS" as he started to shuffle items around in the shelves and saying out loud how customers are animals and he can't believe the store looked that way. Now in my honest opinion the store was set up nice, clean and organized. It was very easy to find items. Just have to be sure to check the top of the shelves for a price listing. Some areas in the crafting section did not have a pricing sheet listed and another customer asked the owner for the price, he then yelled at her "YOU GOTTA USE YOUR EYES AND LOOK AROUND" as he stormed into his back office behind a curtain. The other customer and I were in disbelief at how this owner not only treated his employee but treated his customers too. The young lady with the red hair just proceeded to work with a smile on her face and it nearly broke my heart bc I could see the sadness in her eyes. The only reason I proceeded with my purchase was bc of the nice girl. I will never be spending another dime at this location and I'm truly disappointed and disgusted.

The absolute best. One of my favorite thrifts in town. Do not pass on this spot. Well worth your time.

I was surprised to see they had a deal on the already discounted items where anything with an orange tag was 50% off. I got two shirts at $1 each! This store was extremely clean and well organized. I was able to find a Disney shirt that still had the original tag on it. The employees were super nice and this was a great experience so I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good location!

They had so many different shoes to look through that they even had different areas set up for specific shoe colors. Since there are so many shoes for women, they are all pretty affordable. However, they were not as many shoes for men so they were a bit more on the expensive side. Most of the men's shoes that I found for my husband started at about $15 and went all the way up to over $100. For used shoes I wouldn't pay anything over $20. The cashiers were friendly. I saw an item behind the shelves that I wanted a price check on and the lady helped me. If you're in the area and you're looking to pick up some thrifted goods, I would definitely recommend checking this store out. They do have a restroom inside but you need to push the button by the door and wait for an employee to come let you into the bathroom. Make sure if you're with someone else that they take your items because you're not allowed to bring merchandise into the restroom with you.

I have wanted to stop at Funks every time I drive by and there is quite the buzz about this place. If I were to categorize this store I would have 3 categories - clothing, used games and vintage kitsch. When you walk in they have a very inviting couch and seating area. Near the front are racks and displays of featured items and a display case/checkout area. The store features a lot of vintage t-shirts, sports jerseys and funky hipster clothing. There is a tag color chart which indicates the price of the item. Management knows their merchandise value and items in the front room of the store have been priced at the going used retail prices. The back room has the bulk clothing bins, used gaming items and vintage electronics and some collectibles. I dug through the bins and found some nice items but only one that I liked in my size. I was afraid there was a minimum of a pound charge but instead my item was placed on a scale and I paid the weight divided by $7 a pound. I found a short sleeve top I liked and paid $2.75. So the bulk bins are a bargain if you can find something you like. The service was friendly and efficient. They accept cards and digital payments. I particularly was drawn to the vinyl albums and they looked like quality in their plastic sleeves to protect the covers. I did not check the condition of the vinyl but if you are looking to add to your collection this might be an option.

I wasn't impressed ...
