I hate to rate low for local business. But I just couldn't give them more stars. I came to their shop last week to duplicate 3 keys (simple mailbox keys, so very simple and not complicated). Price is reasonable. I went to check the mailbox, NONE and the keys work at all. So my husband went back and told them none of the key works. The person apologize and polish a bit more on the 3 keys and even gave him a free key. So now we got 4 mailbox keys. And we checked again today, this time, 2 out of 4 works!?!?!?
