The issue is most of the time, the delivery person (no matter how much I tip!) will not read the instructions and will leave the food and the front door, ignoring my delivery note to please ring the doorbell. Delivery times vary greatly with traffic so if I don't realize the food has been delivered (no doorbell ring, just left on my front porch) and it's out in the freezing cold for a few minutes, I end up with cold food. Is it the end of the world? Absolutely not. Would I like the delivery driver to please read my delivery note and ring my doorbell? That'd be awesome!
