Service was down right non-existent. There is a push call button at your table, so it seems like the staff will only assist if you call for help. Otherwise, you're on your own. I needed to request a new fork twice, because the ones I received were either bent or dirty. When we asked for a knife, they brought us only 1 instead of 2. Towards the end of our meal, one waiter came to pick-up the wooden board that the chicken tenders were served on, but decided to slide off the board lining paper that had parmesan cheese all over it and left it on our table. He most likely was having an off-night, since we witnessed him dropping two soju bottles which smashed on the floor during our dining time.
The food was just mediocre. We ordered the cheesy chicken tenders which were different and a large portion to share. We also tried the boneless chicken with rice cakes. They were a bit spicy, but was a very good sized portion as well.
Overall, this place would be good for larger groups since their portions are large, there are a lot of interesting alcoholic drink options, and they play popular k-pop songs. read more
