Soricha really surprised me with the quality! You can tell they're passionate about their craft, as every item feels thoughtfully prepared. I also loved the cute shelf featuring their personal collection of teacups, which added a nice touch to the space. They also had cute art around. The bingsu is definitely shareable, both of the bingsuus we got were rich in flavor and came with generous toppings. The sparkling coffee, however, wasn't quite as sparkly as I expected The injeolmi latte was a little disappointing because it doesn't come with espresso, which I didn't realize when ordering. I ended up paying an additional $2.20 for espresso. That said, I would recommend adding it because it really helped round out the drink. The server was quick to bring it out after I asked about the lack of coffee. My biggest hesitation is the price. The iced latte came out to around $12 after tax and tip, so I'll probably only come back occasionally. Still, the unique flavor combinations and overall quality might be enough to bring me back for another treat.

We tried three items: the red velvet cake, the mocha cake, and an apple pastry (not sure of the exact name, but it reminded me of an apple turnover/empanada). Let's start with the red velvet cake, so good. Moist, flavorful, and honestly better than I expected. Red velvet is one of those cakes that's easy to mess up, but they executed it perfectly. What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient. Nothing felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is cute and quaint. Perfect for a quick stop or a casual treat. Overall, Paris Baguette delivered. Some items may come down to personal preference, but the quality is there. I'd absolutely go back, especially for that red velvet cake and the apple pastry . Sidenote: they also have candles & birthday decor for purchase!
