First time at this location and I like the minimalistic decor and convenience. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk. The service was ok, just professional. They seemed more interested in their internal conversation than customer service. Should be more friendly. The matcha was delicious as always but when I ordered at the kiosk after customizing, only soy, whole, and no milk was available. I cannot have either in liquid form so I opted out. The server had to ask me my milk option for oat milk which wasn't noted. Recommend kiosk milk option updated. However, I still like gong cha and glad this location is here and open on Sunday. No public restroom per usual with location. Meant to grab and go but there's restrooms in the market place attached to building in basement level.

Seasonal strawberry almond drink for valentine's day - it was soo delicious!

I was walking in the neighborhood & passed by a flyer. They were selling a seasonal drink for Valentine's day. I loveeee strawberries & I wanted to try it. I got the strawberry almond jelly milk tea. I was surprised at how delicious the drink was! The strawberry did not taste artificial tasting & was real strawberry puree. The almond jelly was so soft and delicious! Love it so much! Shop was super clean with some areas to sit.

Gong Cha means " to offer the best tea to the emperor from all possessions". Hmmmm.. well I love tea: chai, hot, cold, herbal, jasmine.. I just love it. Thus, after passing Gong Cha numerous times on my way to, you guessed it, Trader Joe's on Gold Street, it was time to receive " the best tea". I knew when entering I was in.a Jasmine frame of mind. I studied the options and there are quite a few as listed: Milk Foam, Milk Lattes, Teas, Creative Creations.. lots of options. In specialty tea shops one can choose level of sweetness, pearls or tapioca, etc. I ordered Jasmine bubble tea with milk and pearls. The service was quick and courteous. However, I goofed on my ordering because the tea came out too milky. I really wanted the version I had at Yaya's in Chinatown and didn't remember adding milk. Thus, I disappointed myself. Next time I will order without milk. Gong Cha is located on Willoughby next to DIG. It is conveniently situated around the corner from CitiPoint.

Love this spot. I get pretty much the same thing every time: passionfruit green tea with white pearls or mango green tea. It's cold AF in this location. brrrrrr.

This was nothing to write home about. They were training a new team member when I was in a rush but understood why there was a wait. Ultimately my drink was fine but not as creamy as I would have liked. Also, the amount of boba was limited. I would have enjoyed a larger scoop for a Medium size. Normal ambiance for the chain. Great staff overall who looked to be kindly training!!

Worker was nice, but efficient. I got the hibiscus green tea large with tapioca. Soooo good. Hit the spot when I was feeling stressed. Drinks average $5-$7 depending on base and toppings added. Will come back if in area and have a craving.

Oolong milk tea with honey brown sugar boba light ice 70% sugar I asked for 50% but they gave me this. Good to place to gowhen I would like boba & it's really good. I typically get the passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly light ice & regular 50% sugar. The customer service isn't the best in my opinion they seem agitated when I inquired about the ingredients as I'm lactose. There not as friendly as they could be due to the environment & I come in and get drinks ever so often. This is why I gave them 3 stars.

I forgot this Gong Cha was back here and was glad to see it on the map of bubble tea in the area. We came in and despite the line, were served quickly. They have a cool new system where you can get credit for your visits without downloading any app or collecting collecting cards. They track it by your phone number. I even got a coupon for a dollar off my next drink. Staff is professional and efficient, so that makes it really good for customers on the go. They make the drinks pretty standard here, so consistency is intact. I went with my new favorite the dirty Brown sugar milk tea (dirty= milk cap and boba) and it was delicious. I think they also make this one with coffee now, next time, I think I'll give it a try. I will definitely stick with 30% next time, it's perfect.

Great spot to get affordable and delicious boba tea. The lemon ai yu jelly is very refreshing and the jelly taste zesty. Brown sugar milk tea is still my go to. It's around $5 each plus tax. You get to pick amount of sugar and ice for the drinks. Service can be slow. I ordered my drink and the girl finished making it and still had me waiting. And I was the only one in the shop. I had to go up to her and ask for my drink when they should of just told me.

If Rob Gronkowski owned it, it'd be Gronk Cha. I didn't get a drink at this tiny little downtown Brooklyn gong cha but it seems nice enough and they have that cool statue outside. The last time I came here I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted fine but it's been awhile so I have to come back here next time. They do not have a bathroom. I love this location! It's clean and the staff is so nice; shareable tables and not a tiny hole like all the other branches. Gong Cha makes one of my favorite drink! Dirty Brown Sugar Milk! Aka my crazed obsession with brown sugar boba milk! They make it hot and cold, which is perfect. I enjoy both equally and while their boba is a bit smaller; still packed the chewy punch you crave. I do wish they would be a bit more generous with their boba though. Just a bit.

It was light and easy to drink, not too heavy. The açaí bowl was probably my favorite. The base was thick and flavorful, not watery at all. The fruit on top tasted fresh and sweet, and the granola added a nice crunch that made everything come together. It felt filling but still healthy, which is exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly, and my order came out pretty fast, so that was a plus. Overall, everything felt well-made and worth the price. I found this drink was a little boring and wish I had ordered a topping like cheese foam in addition to it, but was served in a cute plastic mason jar looking cup. My friend got the Creamy Real Taro Paste Bobo with organic oat milk, milk tea and light ice. I had also selected the option to sample the Taro, but sadly was not offered any. I decribe the amount of herbal jelly topping to be scant, conveying insufficiency or minimalism. There were absolutely nothing alleged special of this peach sauce. I have chosen my default 30% sugar which highly counteracted with the lime. The lime and lime pulp were very strong. My drink tasted intensely sour, albeit refreshing.
