After struggling for years to correct my vision and seeing multiple optometrists and ophthalmologists, I finally found the right solution with Dr. Gandhi. He took the time to truly listen, understand my history, and carefully evaluate my condition, keratoconus, before prescribing the right contacts for me. I honestly can't believe that after searching far and wide for answers, the doctor who could finally help me was right in my own backyard. Dr. Gandhi and his staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. This was easily the best optometry experience I've ever had -- 10/10 highly recommend. read more

Great team! Very knowledgeable and learned more about my eyes here than with any other optometrist over the last few decades. Thanks yall

Want to say first off that the doctor and assistant staff are great, but this place really tries to charge you for unnecessary things and they just present it to you as though you have to do them. Do you need a retinal scan every year if you're young and healthy? Probably not, but I had to question a very rude front desk guy several times before he admitted that. Would recommend for the doctor and medical assistant staff, but read the charges carefully and don't buy anything not necessary!! Their frames and glasses are also so overpriced it's ridiculous, and front desk staff are rude Very strange UPDATE: the doctor actually cornered me in person in the exam room and tried to "push back" - his words - about my review. I can honestly say this is the first time it's happened to me and I did not appreciate feeling cornered. Reading other less than 5 star reviews, I can see that he's also done this weird "will contradict your opinion" to others. Will not be returning and won't be taking this review down. read more

After I had my initial exam with Dr. Gandhi and purchased progressive lenses from his office, I ordered reading glasses from an online provider that failed to match my prescription. Dr. Gandhi went the extra mile, examining the lenses and determining what the provider did wrong -- and he patiently explained all of it to me. I'm grateful to have found an optometrist who actually cares about his patients and their eye health. read more

I got out of bed yesterday blind in my right eye. I was terrified. It cleared up after a few minutes but when ChatGPT told me I had what may have been a precursor to a stroke I called Dr. Gandhi. He saw me within the hour!! He calmly and confidently assessed the situation and said what I had was simply a slight abrasion on my eye from dryness. Eye drops was the solution. Whew! He even took a photo of my eye with my phone so I could see the problem. Brilliant! read more

I've worn glasses for over 30 years and have never had lenses fail the way they did here. Both my prescription glasses and my sunglasses (made at this office using the same lab at the same time) developed the same zig-zag delamination around the two-year mark. When I called, I was told they had no idea what it could be and to come in. The next day, speaking to the same person, he immediately confirmed it was the coating failing once I used the correct terminology (after doing my own research) and said he has seen this a couple of times before. Because I was six months past the two-year warranty, the only solution offered was to buy new lenses. When I asked how to avoid this happening again if I reorder, I was told they will still be using the same lab for insurance reasons and that it would simply be "my choice," meaning there is no guarantee this won't repeat. I've always found the staff polite and helpful with adjustments, which is why I returned even after my insurance changed. But once the warranty expired, the response was simply "there is nothing we can do," despite both pairs failing in the same way. Posting this so others understand the risk before spending hundreds here and assuming the lenses will last beyond the warranty window. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ (The business responded to this review on Google by stating the issue was isolated, tied to possible wear/cleaning factors, and that no other customers from that lab batch had reported similar problems. My update below addresses that response.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ UPDATE after the business response on Google: Timing and "isolated case" claim I left the office today at 9 a.m. and posted my review shortly after. Your reply was posted roughly five hours later. To state that this is an "isolated case" would require confirming that no other customer in the past two and a half years has experienced this, which cannot be established in a five-hour window. "No report in your system" is not the same as "no one else has experienced it." Contradiction about which coating failed When I asked in person this morning which coating was failing, I was told it could not be determined. Yet in your response (without re-examining the glasses) you state with certainty that it was the anti-glare coating. Assurances to future customers, but no accountability to the current one Your reply positions the business as reassuring and responsible to new customers, while taking no responsibility for a documented failure experienced by a former client who trusted your lab and paid for premium coatings. User error implication vs lived experience I have worn glasses with UV, anti-glare and anti-scratch coatings for over 30 years (more than 20 of those years living in Germany) and I have never had lenses degrade like this. Suggesting misuse, even politely, does not change the fact that two pairs from the same order failed in the same way within a short time of each other. That is why I shared my experience. Not to request help, but so others understand the risk before purchasing lenses here. A response that protects reputation but not the customer tells you everything you need to know. read more
