While the delivery minimum cost ($20) even for me alone is pricy, the GS2 food is pretty good. Great thai curry. Pad thai noodles were sweet I think chef is getting confused with thai and Chinese. The Tom ka soup tasted OK mushroom pieces were huge (and they were the cheap ones). They should improve their ingredients. read more

We have been looking for a way to stay closer to home for Thai. A friend told us The Golden Seven at Suwanee Town Center was a real find. We dropped in late afternoon and had the entire place to ourselves. This didn't matter because we had their full attention and our food was served quickly. I understand they are real busy on weekend evenings. Everything we had was excellent. I recommend the Tom Yum soup if you like a little spice. The Chicken Panang was some of the best I have ever had. The chicken was sliced thin and melted in your mouth. The vegetables were done perfect and there was plenty of sauce to soak into the rice You can choose your spice level too, we went with medium but I think we could have done hot. We cooled off from the soup with a mango bubble tea smoothie which was almost like dessert. I'm glad we found this place, it has a perfect location with easy parking if there is not a festival happening in the park. It is nice to have great Thai this close by. Ordered through the Yelp app and the food arrived 3 minutes before it was scheduled. The coconut soup was really good had really good flavor. The Pad Thai was very good as well and it did not have a ton of egg like many of the local Thai places. The Panang Curry was to die for as my spoon was steaming with the chicken sauced with coconut milk and peanut butter mixture. I went here with a group of friends on a Sunday and shared a meal. We ordered the $20 for the choice of appetizer, two entrees, and a mocha cake dessert. We chose crab rangoons (4 pcs), sesame chicken, and moo goo gai pan. Though I was expecting to eat Thai, I essentially ate Chinese food. It was mediocre food, and the mocha cake was not something I liked. Yes, I'm picky with desserts, I took a tiny bite to make sure and I thought it was too sweet. I do know that this mocha cake is actually part of a large mass order that comes in this box. I guess that didn't help my decision. Came here on Sunday at lunchtime to cure my chinese food fix because the last place i ordered from (Main Moon) was terrible. There was only two other people when we arrived then another two came in later during the meal. I ordered the General Tsos and my husband ordered pad thai with shrimp. We were served soup with little crispy things that was all amazing, then a spring roll which was the best i ever had and then the meal came. I had ordered mine with fried rice but when it was served i had a side of steamed but the waitress fixed it immediately so it was no big deal. It was love at first Bite. This place is crazy!!!! My niece goes there so many times and she loves it. But last night, she went there and there was one very rude lady. She brought only 1 cup of water when there were 2 people there: my niece and her cousin ( because he didn't order food). And then, at about 10pm, she just gave my niece the check even my niece didn't finish with her food. She said: pay now! The restaurant is closing. Well, but it actually closes at 11pm. Oh and apparently, the lomein was $7 and she put it $10.30. My niece was mad at her poor service so she didn't give her any tip and went away. She pulled her back and said:" tip! you don't tip, you are rude. We service you, you tip us." That was crazy !! Oh and it's not even finished. My niece forgot her brand new jacket there and drove back in just 5 mins. That waitress stole her jacket and it got on CCTV. But the boss just lied that she didn't. She just put it somewhere else. First time st this restaurant. We were promptly welcomed when we walked in the door and were given a window table. We ordered edamame as an appetizer. It came out nice and warm and tasted great. I come from NYC and I've become obsessed with pad Thai since I first tried it in the city. Upon coming back to GA for the summer break, I missed what NY had to offer in terms of quality pad Thai and pad see ew. I was looking on Yelp a couple days ago for some pad thai places and the closest one was this one at town center park. I've been here countless of times for their delicious slushy bubble tea drinks but never actually ate here. I was reluctant at first because the pad Thai here seemed too syrupy and saturated with color.... Basically the same color as the Thai iced tea I ordered... Needless to say, the noodles were too mushy, the sauce for the pad Thai was not what I had imagined, kind of tasted tomato based?? I can't really describe the flavor of this dish other than the fact that it just was not up to par with all the pad Thai dishes I've had back in NY. It wasn't the same flavor I had fallen in love with at first bite. I'm a pretty open minded eater when it comes to trying out new foods but never again will I order their pad Thai... Kinda tastes like corn syrup diluted with water and orange food coloring.... You could taste the flavor of the rice noodle and their rice noodle was very mushy and thick.... For the price I paid for this place, was not ideal. I did buy their curry fried rice which was okay. Not fond of the pineapples they put in it though. Really caught me off guard. All in all this place is over priced, not extravagant in terms of flavor, and was not what I had expected. read more

My family stopped in during Suwanee fest and it was a nice break from the heat. The wait staff was attentive and prompt with their service. We started off with crab Rangoon which was pretty good and it actually had pieces of crab inside and was perfectly cooked on the outside. My son had sesame chicken which had a little too much sauce but had a great flavor and the chicken was crunchy instead of mushy which was awesome. This is a nice restaurant with an extensive menu. My husband and I visited this restaurant after we saw an ad in Suwanee Magazine. We ordered Fried Shrimp Tempura appetizer. It was excellent! It was served hot, cooked just after we ordered. For the main course we ordered Pad Thai Noodles and Thai Fried Rice, both with chicken. The spice was hot, but just right for those who really love Pad Thai Noodles. The Thai Fried Rice was also cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive, but not overly so. I remember somebody telling me that this place was really salty, but I wanted to test it out myself. The ambience is ok although I am not quite sure if I get their concept. An Indian drapery, bamboo, English chandelier. Well these things don't really bother me. Now for the food. I ordered massaman curry. First the color is nice, but the potato chunks is not the most convenient size. They give the rice and the curry separately, which is not rare but this is my first time with rice being on a plate. the curry is pretty runny, which is not a good sign. The taste of the ingredient is distinct and doesnt meld together. Probably putting the ingredients at the last moment. Nutty taste is there but it feels like its watered down. Whats unique about this place is that instead of avocado, they add in sweet potato. Unfortunately, the sweetness of the curry ruins the taste of sweet potato and tastes just like potatoes. Also, bad vegetable to meat ratio. This place gives way too much meat. Overall, not on the side of my good curry place. Next is spring roll. Thin but long spring roll makes this feel like a taquito but with cabbage and noodle filling. The texture was pretty new to me so I enjoyed it. The service is average.
