Locksmith came quickly, but he was very grumpy and rude. Once the locksmith looked at our lock and attempted to open it he informed my husband and it was very hard to open and he could not open it until we paid an additional $40.00, which I am unsure of why we hard to pay more money. The locksmith still could not get the lock open so he had to break our lock in order for us to get into our home. It's my understanding from my rental office that once a locksmith breaks your lock that they usually replace and rekey your lock for you. This person left our lock broken and told us that if we are willing to call him directly he will charge us separately. So I called the office told them what happened the operator was extremely apologetic about what the locksmith did and sent another person who was much nicer and the replaced and rekeyed our locks for us with no additional charge. My experience started rocky but I can forgive a rude employee as long as management recognizes the problem and works to correct the issue. I recommend this company.

The lock broke on the front door of our church building. After calling two other locksmiths in…read moreBowie area that could not fix the lock but charged us for the service call. I decided to get on yelp & find a locksmith. Superstar came in about 20 minutes the locksmith Yoni was super professional he explained how our lock system worked and the steps needed to secure the door. Yoni was persistent at figuring out a viable solution once we realized that the door lock could not be repaired/replaced without the door being changed which was not an option on a Saturday afternoon to get custom metal & glass push doors. Yoni used his skillful (Mcguyver) moves to take off the bar on the door & turn the broken lock so that the door would lock & the building would be secured. Yoni also gave us some recommendations for other doors that would work for a commercial building like ours. The customer service was outstanding & the will be the official locksmith for our church needs in the future. Superstar Locksmiths are the All Stars of locksmiths in the DMV area.

I told him how unprofessional he was and that I was going to file a complaint because of his lack of communication. He instantly got defensive and changed to an aggressive tone. He proceeded to verbally attack me and said, "Oh you want to file a complaint? Then I'll leave you right now." I had no choice but to apologize for his wrong doings because I was in a hurry and needed to meet with a client.
