They are marketing themselves as automotive locksmith but when I called they told me they don't do that after asking for make and model of my car Just a waste of time of someone who's in a real emergency read more

We needed a new key code lock installed on our condo unit. Golden Hands was responsive and there within 48 hours, work completed in an hour. Communication was great, and we're glad to have completed this simple project without a fuss. Thanks, Golden Hands! read more

Amazing to work with and very reasonable pricing... would recommend highly for quick lock change services!

Truly excellent service. Responded quickly, came on time, fixed the problem efficiently, and was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Other than a little confusion over pricing, I highly recommend! Responsive on Yelp, was able to come the next day and even came a little earlier than projected, and highly competent! read more

We contracted Golden Hands Locksmith to rekey five locks. Their technician Dani came out and got the job done perfectly in just a short time. Dani's demeanor was courteous and professional. The fee he charged for his work was also very reasonable. We will hire him again when we need locksmith work done. read more

Showed up on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently and knew their stuff. Really affordable as well. Thank you!

Tech was prompt and completed the job quickly. Would definitely use their services again.

When one of my employees was trying to unlock the door to my store recently, his key broke and half of the key got stuck in the lock.  I immediately contacted Dani at Golden Hands Locksmith.  He helped me in the past and I had a very positive experience. Once again, Golden Hands Locksmith did not disappoint.  Dani's colleague, Rich arrived at the bakery so quickly it seemed like he was waiting around the block for me to call!  Rich was courteous and professional.  Most importantly, he fixed our lock!  It only took him a few minutes. The cost was reasonable -- especially considering I wouldn't have been able to secure the store without fixing the lock. I hope I don't have problems again with my lock, but if I do, I'm definitely going to call Golden Hands Locksmith! read more

What an incredible local business. I arrived home from the holidays to a busted lock, unable to get in even with a key. Within 40 minutes a super capable and friendly locksmith was working his way through the problem. Incredibly fair prices for the high quality work. Spared me a great amount of stress. I recommend! read more

Rekeyed all of the locks in our building. Was easy to schedule, they showed up on time and were able to do the job quickly. Didn't try to upsell me and kept to the price they quoted. read more

This review is a couple months late, but relevant nonetheless. Dani is very responsive over messenger and asks all the right questions to prepare for an efficient job. After deciding to go with Dani for his responsiveness, we exchanged information and he was able to arrive at my home faster than anticipated and quickly got the job done. Considering the pandemic, he arrived wearing a face mask and exercising all pandemic social protocols--something important to consider when in the house. Friendly and efficient service paired with fair pricing are all reasons I recommend Golden Hands Locksmith. read more

My home was left unsafe when my keys got in the wrong hands while I was out of town. Danny instructed me to overnight him my house keys and he would change all the locks when he got the keys. It wasn't till two days after the keys should have arrived that he decided to get to my locks. I grew worried and hired someone more reliable. He refused for hours to give the person I hired my keys so I contacted the police. I plan to sue him for damages. read more

Love them! They came within 25 min and offered me a coupon! Friendly service and they sure won't steal your money like other places!

Dani responded in realtime to my inquiry... (note that I'd specifically sent an inquiry to another locksmith, but Yelp sent it to many locksmiths, with whom I then needed to manage the communication, so Yelp loses stars themselves) And stated very reasonable pricing in the first response. I asked for a 2 hour service window, same day after work. Rich, the locksmith notified me was going to be delayed by traffic, and arrived when he'd said he'd be arriving. I showed him the job, and the locks sets I had on hand. We discussed the best/easiest approach to the work, and he got it all done in less than an hour. He was prompt, personable, adaptable, clearly talented at his job, and a pleasure to work with. Top marks! read more

This guy Danny couldn't fix a sandwich! He came out to re-key locks due to lost keys and the locks keep falling off. He came back out to repair only to have the locks fall back off less than two weeks later. When called again I was told that 'it's not his problem'... now I am left with searching for a real locksmith and of course another bill. Note the choice of screws used to mount the lock... read more

These folks are the real deal. I hired them based on a recommendation on a neighborhood Listserv, and what a good move that was. Very reasonably priced and very responsive. read more

This will be my goto locksmith. I had a problem with my mailbox lock not working. So I requested a quote and received one promptly. I set up an appointment and he called before arrival. It was lower than any other quote I received. One he arrived he said that he was going to try something to see if it would open. Miraculously it did. He saved me some money and only charged the service fee. Very satisfied! read more

I made an appointment with Golden Hands Locksmith for today (11/6/2021) and I will definitely use them in the future if I have a need. I found this service based on previous Yelp reviews. I requested a quote to rekey 3 deadbolt and was given a reason price with mins. We set up an appointment that worked for me the following weekend. He called and said he could come earlier than our appointment time and I told him that worked. He arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He was probably done within 20 min and was on his way after giving me a new key. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use again if I need to. read more

I recommend highly Dani and his company for anything to do with your lock. We have a home insurance and many other companies did not want to help us file the claim. Dani was so professional, helped us out with a wonderful attitude and fixed the issue we had with our key immediately. Plus he was fully equipped with a mask and gloves when he came for the work! Thank you! read more

The key to my deadbolt got stuck and I couldn't get it out myself. They responded to my request for a quote within 5 minutes and were at my apartment within 3 hours. They dismantled the lock, pulled out the key, and examined if anything was faulty with the lock (which is wasn't). It was $74 total (I used the $20 yelp voucher) so it would have normally been $94. Another vendor I reached out to contacted me afterwards and said the same service would have been free with them but 1) that sounds too good to be true and 2) I was just glad to have it taken care of so quickly. Highly recommend them for prompt and friendly service. read more

The locksmith wore a mask, was friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. He let me know when he encountered a problem and he went to the hardware store to get a part he needed to finish the job. He only charged me for the part- not his time in procuring it. He was very transparent about the costs as he worked. I would absolutely use them again! read more

We needed to have a lock replaced on our gate after we had to have it broken down to get my father out during an emergency. I had many people reach out to help. However, Golden hands sent a message back with quotes and what to expect financially. They came within 2 hours of my message fixed my issue with a new lock under $150.00. This saved me a lot of time and money not having to replace the entire gate. I appreciate the quick response, the professional job and the attention to detail.
