Bistro Saechao is inside Jackson Fitness, but it is a quiet front area and there are bar chairs inside as well as a few rustic metal tables outside to sit if you wish to eat there. The owners are super friendly and are always keen to answer any questions about the menu, and the food is made with care, so expect a reasonable wait time after you order.
