The garlicy cream cheese is absolutely delicious! And the bagel itself was the perfect amount of crunchy and soft on the inside. I would recommend coming here early as they only have a limited amount they make for the day. You can also have them make it for you there but it does take quite a bit. As seen in my image the sandwich is clean and neat, some might think why isn't the cheese stringy? The cheese is not stringy because I chose to eat it cold, it could use a little dash of salt and pepper but otherwise good. The other make your own sandwiches I order for my husband and daughter were identical. My daughter orders from here quite frequently and had no complaints. However, my husband who normally loves the bagels here, said that his sandwich was just fine his exact words were "it's okay it's not oh my God mind blowing or anything" but I'm not sure if he just didn't enjoy the sandwich because it was what my daughter picked. He does have a saltier palette so this could also be contributing to his critique.
