Our go to bagel shop! They don't just sell the best bagels, but a variety of breakfast and lunch items. The bagels are so good here that every time I host out of town guests I have to buy 3 dozen or more just so my guests can take some home with them. My brother in-law can eat half a dozen in one sitting. If you want breakfast before your morning commute I suggest putting in your order online, prior to pickup early mornings can be quite the mad house. If you do not have the means to make an online order they also take orders over the phone. They also offer delivery as well. Orders are completed fairly quick, I ordered my brunch via Door Dash 3 make your own breakfast sandwiches and it was ready within 5-8 minutes for pickup. I was initially hesitant about ordering a croissant breakfast sandwich because at almost every other place a croissant breakfast sandwich can be very messy. As seen in my image the sandwich is clean and neat, some might think why isn't the cheese stringy? The cheese is not stringy because I chose to eat it cold, it could use a little dash of salt and pepper but otherwise good. The other make your own sandwiches I order for my husband and daughter were identical. My daughter orders from here quite frequently and had no complaints. However, my husband who normally loves the bagels here, said that his sandwich was just fine his exact words were "it's okay it's not oh my God mind blowing or anything" but I'm not sure if he just didn't enjoy the sandwich because it was what my daughter picked. He does have a saltier palette so this could also be contributing to his critique. read more

Bagel talk was fine. Coming from a state that has some of the best bagels there is obviously no comparison. The bagels were smaller than the typical bagel but they were crispy and flavorful. The store hours are a bit late opening in the morning on the weekends especially considering the amount of other places in the area you could choose for breakfast. Yeah I need to stop ordering from here- every few months, I try again and i always regret it. Last order , my bacon egg and cheese sandwich was not good- the bacon isn't pork bacon and whatever they use just isn't tasty- it's salty and just not quality. The coffee is whatever, nothing special. I ordered chicken tenders once and I threw them out because of how much breading was used- also inconsistencies cause one time they were flat and done well and the next time, they were not the same size, texture and very different. I've been a loyal customer for many years, just recently I called to place an order however nobody answered. I waited 10 min. then repeated my call, same result no answer. Today, he opened his bagel up to what looks like black hairs. He immediately took it back for a new sandwich and was told by an employee that it is not hair, it is from their BROOM. Owner didn't follow up in regard to afternoon manager, Paco, telling me at 2:10 pm the other day, that the dozen bagel special was only after 3 pm. He knowingly lied (one can only imagine it was a lame power play) and effectively made me leave without the dozen bagels I came for, as such. Mo, the owner, even as told about this disgusting, rude and completely uncalled for disservice, never followed up with me about he would handle this disrespectful, crappy service. Mo said his manager Paco could be "moody" and it was hard finding "good help." I texted Mo back earlier and asked for some resolution. I could easily shop elsewhere, and likely will, but I'd like some resolution and feedback about this ridiculous service and business practice. Went there to order my bagels and order a egg on a roll with cheese bacon. Was tolled that it would take approx 20-25 min for the eggs. There was a young kid taking the orders,. I also ordered a bagel plain toasted, and a every whole wheat everything bagel toasted and cream cheese. Quick and fast breakfast place that is very warm and inviting. Check in with YELP and you get a free 12 ounce coffee. The service here was very fast and friendly also. I went with a free coffee and a breakfast platter. I had three eggs over medium, home fries and wheat toast. All of which did not disappoint. Opening hours are incorrect. They never open at 5:30a as listed. I've gone multiple times at opening but always turned away to wait until 6a in the parking lot. Even then they are slow and rude to serve. These bagels aren't worth waiting when I have an early day. Luckily I discovered Bagel Time Deli instead of waiting for them to open. We got my 2 year old a plain bagel that was dyed green for St. Patricks day. Loved the airiness in the cream cheese, and she destroyed the bagel, so high marks from her I'm sure. I do not know how this place stays in business. They screw up simple orders. I call my order in ahead of time and am told it will be ready in 15 minutes and when I get there the order has not even been started yet. I'm also a part time delivery driver and there is a specific area for the delivery pick up's. It's always around a 10 minute wait minimum by the time you can get the attention of the staff. Oh what to say. Well the delivery was prompt. We order a half a dozen of specific bagels. We did get the half dozen but not what we ask for. The onion rings and French fries that we got were supper soggy.
