I have never had a bad experience from here. The specials are always good especially the breakfast burritos. Omg mouth watering and soooo much flavor. And their tacos omg. I could live off of them. I've never had an unpleasant experience with any of the workers there. Always so nice and respectful. They work hard and fast too. The place is a little busy and not an "aesthetic" looking place but to me those are the best places. This is definitely a hidden gem of Old Bridge! 10/10 read more

We've lived near this dumpy place for almost 32 years. This is maybe the fourth time or so that one of us "popped in" for a breakfast sandwich. Well, it is the LAST!!!! First of all, all their new menus in the store have the wrong prices. No one said this. We had 2 Porkroll, Egg and Cheese sandwiches, and were charged $12.77. The menu says $3.99 each! After realizing this, I went right back. because the menu states they are open til 6 on Sunday. Well, I was there at barely 4 and doors were shut. Again, went by the menu he had gotten from there. I went back today, just to clarify things, and WOW.....that DID NOT GO WELL!!!!! First he said not menu price, old menu...OK....next he said $5.49 each. I said OK but the math still doesn't work out. Please explain it to me. He couldn't. Even with tax, we were still overcharged. Instead of an apology with the explanation, He was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! Told me, and I quote, "Don't come back here if you can't afford to eat here". Really???? That will be very easy to do, as there are far better local establishments that can make such a simple sandwich. My warning is before you order anything ask the price and double check your receipt!!!!! read more

The beef empanada was just ground beef with not much seasoning, so skip that, but the other 2 were great. I tried 3 different tacos, and they were all really good, 3 to an order, simple and traditional but very tasty. The salsa verde was delicious. Loved that they put peppers in the quesadilla, but hated that they used cheap American cheese, so overall 4/5. Tasty and good. read more

Had their chicken tacos based off my boyfriend's recommendation and a their chipotle chicken empanada based on pure impulse. Absolutely delicious. Their tortillas are pretty doughy so it's great for car ride eats. Highly recommend the chipotle chicken empanada. Lots of flavor! read more

Decided to give this place a try and got played. I ordered the Chuletas with rice and beans. For you non-Spanish speakers, Chuletas translates to Pork Chops. To start, the menu indicated it was $8.99, the cashier charged me $15.50 . Ok well, I said to myself, I'll let that slide , it's my first time visiting, I'm sure the price increase will come with a good meal.... I paid and left. Let's get back to the "Chuleta." When I got home, I opened the container and inside was 1 spare rib cut into 3 pieces smothered in so much chili verde that I had to scoop through it just to find the Rib. You can't tell me that a Latino doesn't know what a pork chop is so the switch was intentional. To compound the matter, When I tell you it was small, I'm being generous. It is as literally 1 rib buried in a soup of chili verde. Bad enough that it was 1 rib but you're telling me they don't know what a Pork Cop is ? Also will say that the increase in price didn't translate to value, the plate sides was a tablespoon of rice and another tablespoon of beans. One mouthful and your done. To summarize, overpriced, small portions and they are passing off a rib for a Pork Chop. Ask for price in advance and check you order before you leave. Dishonest place. read more

Listen quick authentic Mexican food, good prices and big portions. Fantastic steak and chicken burritos but my fav is the chipotle chicken empanadas! They are ridiculous! And if they don't have any in the display case they will make them fresh to order. The sandwiches are priced average for boars head. But I walked in the other day and just told him I wanted an Italian sandwich for $5 and he said not a problem, not only was it $5 but it was awesome. Make sure you talk to one of the Gus there, the woman is really good with english. But all aside, go for the empanadas and burritos, and ask for the home made spicy green hot sauce! read more
