Chicken burrito....tons of chicken but very dry
Marc W.

This is such a crazy setup! Made to order Mexican food inside a gas station convenience store. The place is exactly what you'd expect at 7/11, WaWa, or QuickCheck but with a little Mexican Grill jammed in it. The food was made to order but my burrito had too much chicken. There was very little rice, no cheese, or anything else. It was almost like a chicken wrap. I'll go back to try the Tacos and then update my review, but based on the burrito, I'd go to BubbaKoos

Okay this place is LEGIT!! A true eatery. A true case of NEVER judge a book by its cover! All jokes aside, this place is something special and the people that run it and cook there are phenomenal. I'm serious, if you ever in the area, I know it's kinda out of the way of everything, but please please do NOT pass this place by. I actually did the first time I came across it lol but luckily I was smart enough to follow my gut that day and went back. I have had multiple dishes there. Always authentic and fresh and delicious. Made with love and pride. I'm telling you check this place out for the best authentic Mexican not Tex Marx btw food north of the border! Can you say YUMMMMMMM?? Check these photos out and you'll see for yourself

To go order of Al Pastor tacos

I love a spot like this. The food was delicious and authentically flavored. It's a greasy spoon, middle of no where food spot at a gas station. Lower your expectations for ambiance and enjoy the taste.

If you are looking for traditional, authentic, homemade Mexican food, look no further, Pancho's is…read morethe place! Every time I come here, I feel like I'm back at my grandma's house. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh food in a very homey atmosphere. The servers are kind, attentive, and so helpful; from time to time, you might even be served by Pancho himself, who is an absolute gem! We started with the guacamole and chips, followed by the nachos, where you can customize them with your choice of meat. For our entrees, we ordered the Huaraches with steak, which is a large, handmade, slightly fried tortilla topped with beans, onions, lettuce, crema, and cheese. We also got the Tacos, which come five to an order. You can choose up to two meats, but we stuck with the classic Al Pastor. The meat was so tender and flavorful, served with the traditional onion, cilantro, and lime on the side. Finally, and my personal favorite, we had the Picaditas. Like the tacos, you can choose two meats, so we went with Al Pastor and steak. Similar to the Huaraches, these are four smaller, slightly fried homemade tortillas with green and red sauce on the bottom, topped with lettuce, onion, and cheese! To wash everything down, we had the homemade Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), though their Horchata is also delicious. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots; it reminds me of my childhood, and the food is just as good as what you'd find in Mexico. If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is it!

With a craving for fish tacos and horchata, my group decided to try a new restaurant leading us to…read morefinding Panchos. This unassuming gem is so great, and seems to thrive on takeout orders, leaving the dining room virtually empty (yay us!) We had an assortment of dishes to get a feel of what this place was good at and to no surprise: they aced every single one. The fish tacos, though they looked plain, were so flavorful and crispy and we couldn't get enough. The other types of tacos were also packed with flavor and so incredibly addicting. We also shared nachos as an appetizer and to our surprise, the chips were fresh and the nachos were topped with tender pieces of steak. It's hard to find a good pozole, and this one was filled with meat and honestly could have served as two meals with how much was given to us. This just might have to be our new go-to Mexican spot - it seems like my days of taco trucks are over since I can get some amazing tacos here!
