All this was a lie, first I called Ted asking for the manual and he stated its almost ready (3months have passed received nothing not even a return call), car had slight damage on the rear, and a couple of dings, he said he would fix it all still no return call. Finally, an Air shock has now gone I called, a gentlemen Ross answered and stated bring the vehicle to our mechanic shop in Chelmsford which I did, and the mechanic explained that it has some issues that might run between 9-15k. MMM had car for 3 months interesting, he told me he would contact me to speak (never received call) My vehicle is now at Bentley dealership and they are handling it all plus fixing bumper for less the half!!!!!!!! Oh, and found out that the shock that went was a knock off an after manufacture one....

Wasn't able to get a leather interior in my new truck because of "supply chain issues"…read moreDealer offered to install heated leather seats but very limited options. Charlie at Mp helped me pick out an entire custom interior for the same price the dealer wanted for a lesser interior. Heated leather seats, not seat covers. Hi quality leather in hundreds of colors, textures and options. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is spectacular. It came out beautiful and looks like it rolled off the factory floor as a special addition. They do all kinds of stuff, Sun roofs, remote starters, tonneau covers, parking sensors even seats with cooling plus a lot more.. I strongly recommend you check them out for your custom automotive needs...

I just picked up my new 2026 Tiguan and couldn't be happier with it. While everyone at Colonial VW have always been most helpful, I want to acknowledge two staff members who were really great this time around. Kristine Marino was wonderful in ensuring the lease inspection was taken care of (as I was not able to be there). I was concerned that there would be a problem with my absence, but Kristine did everything and kept me up to date on the process. Without her help, I would have had to wait a week before getting my new car. When I got my new Tiguan, I wouldn't have gotten out of the dealership driveway without the help of Steven Tkacyk. There were so many differences between this Tiguan and the older model, I could never have figured it out without Steve. He spent over an hour showing me every screen and button (so many changes from my last Tiguan!). Here's what made Steve so special - he was exceptionally patient no matter how many times I asked him to repeat something. I have never experienced such kindness and patience in the after sale part of getting a new car. Thank you to Steve and Kristine for your exceptional kindness and help in getting me into my new Tiguan (and literally getting me out of your driveway!).
