I wasn't left stranded, and they took care of my car sooner than it was expected! This is the…read morekind of place you've been warned about these are the kinds of people that will do nasty tricks to make the car function well for short term just so they can make a sale! To get straight to the point I bought a vehicle there last year "first mistake" within 3 days of having it I've had numerous problems with the vehicle so it's under warranty, I brought it back and they said they fixed the problems but nothing got fixed and I had to go get a sticker he suggested I use a place he recommends but I wanted to go to a local shop I've been going to and when it failed for safety he was pissed that I didn't bring it to his guy he says he could have made it pass. Anyway I dropped it off another day for him to make an attempt to fix the problems when I went back the next day to pick it up the two salesman and a couple mechanics we're all in the shop drinking liquor not very professional & does not stay true to their word or warranty and for what I've heard from other people their cars are not well maintained. In the end I made attempts to call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General also the local police department, and found out that it wasn't worth making a court case out of it to get the vehicle fixed correctly "even though it failed for a sticker" or to return it for my money back, which the owner said I could do and then when the vehicle had problems denied he ever said that, so much for the lemon law I ended up fixing the vehicle on my own! Trust me when I say their warranty means nothing Don't be another victim to these loosers, shop elsewhere!!!!

It's frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the brand's reputation. I can't recommend BMW--particularly the 7 Series or 3 Series--or this dealership.
