This dealership constantly frustrates me in my online car search…read more Whether I see their cars on third party sites, or their own website (so they can't blame the third party sites) They list all their vehicles with an arbitrary and clearly incorrect "500 miles". I do not understand why they do that... But what's worse is, they then do not include a picture of the odometer to show you the true mileage. I have to contact you just to find out the mileage of the vehicle? Isn't that annoying for them?! If they play these games with just the listed mileage, I do not trust them on any other aspect of the vehicles they sell or the deals. I'd love to know their reasoning...

(Replaced all 4 brake lines (very shady they way he did it). Then it happened a second time because they didn't flare the break line (cost me $525 to get this fixed). Use your wonderful warranty Dana said. It doesn't cover break lines, as he already knew. BUT 2 times in 2 weeks my breaks went out completely. Had to pay for tow both times. Thanks D&D My transmission line blew. Transmission got stuck in neutral. Had to pay for a tow. My oil temperature gage doesn't work. Had to put in an aftermarket one. I've had this truck less then 3 months and it has been in the shop 4 times. This place is a rip off. Kind of sucks for a truck that needed nothin STAY AWAY!

When we purchased my husband's Jeep from a large dealership on the Auto Mile a few years ago I…read morespent three hours relentlessly negotiating for a fair price. If you've ever purchased a car before, you're likely used to a similar song and dance. You do your due diligence beforehand - carefully researching your car of choice and arming yourself with comparable listings and blue book values before heading in for an exhausting and tedious battle with the salesman whose sole goal is to get you to spend the most amount possible. Signature Motor Cars ("SMC") offers an entirely different experience. The offerings are hand selected by Brian Gideon, the dealership's owner, for quality and aesthetics. SMC's standard selection are preowned and pristine luxury cars with all the trimmings but Brian can get you anything you want (and I do mean anything - my sister fell in love with a particularly unsexy minivan and Brian procured one for her). As if the beautifully cultivated collection of cars weren't enough, SMC offers competitive pricing right off the bat. It can be a bit jarring at first - psychologically you find yourself wanting to go through the back and forth haggle that you've come to expect when purchasing a car but since Brian has set the price right at the fair market value, you really don't need to. Brian's goal isn't for him to get the best price possible at your expense - rather, his philosophy is to earn your business for the long haul, recognizing that this likely won't be the last car you'll ever own. This means that it is in his best interest to sell quality vehicles at fair prices. After all, nobody is going back to the guy who sold them an overpriced lemon. As a quick example, I recently finalized a deal with Brian to trade in my car for something new. Since my car had some deep scratches, it wasn't really suitable for SMC to sell so Brian made a few calls and got me a great offer from another dealer. We closed the deal on my trade in and the purchase price for my new car. Then Brian called me to let me know to hold off on writing the check because he hadn't yet heard back from someone else who might offer more for my trade in and if so, he'd pass along those savings to me. Think about that for a minute - we already closed our deal and Brian was STILL working to save me more money. He could have easily sold my trade in for more than I agreed to part with it for and kept the extra money but he didn't. That's the type of honesty and integrity that you can expect when you're purchasing a car from SMC. It comes as no surprise that you find repeat customer after repeat customer when reading reviews about SMC. That type of loyalty speaks volumes about the service at SMC and I, for one, will never go anywhere else.
