If you're wondering if you should buy a car from Waltham Auto Gallery, stop wondering and just go…read moredo it. They are incredible and I'm so happy I bought from them. For reference: I'm a 30yo single woman who has been driving since I was 15, but never owned a car. It's the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, so everything is screwed up, and I really needed to buy a car but was having a really hard time. I had narrowed it down to a list of about 4-5 cars that I would want to test drive, but the pandemic made that impossible. I was going through this process alone. And the dealerships were being VERY annoying. Besides having wishy-washy reviews, they didn't email me back for days. I decided it would be best to just work with a dealership that had a stellar reputation. That way, I'd have the best chance of getting a good value on a used car, and work with people who were truly interested in earning my business. Waltham Auto Gallery showed up over and over during my search, with nothing but 5 star-reviews. I checked the website and saw a car that was on my shortlist of options - a 2017 Kia with only 20,000 miles on it. I called. Daphne picked up immediately. She was so friendly, and said it would be fine if I came by that day to test drive the car. When I arrived, she gave me time to just look it over myself and ask her questions. We were all distanced/masked, but she did offer for one of their employees (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, he was awesome) to accompany me in the car, to help guide the drive and answer questions. I agreed, and he sat in the back with the windows down (we were masked.) I wanna emphasize: I knew nothing about buying a car until about 2 weeks before I bought one. Daphne was so patient with me and answered all my questions, even the dumbest ones. She repeated herself and clarified when I didn't understand. I felt comfortable negotiating with her (although the price was perfectly reasonable to begin with) and she was very forthcoming with details about the car. She was prompt in answering both phone calls and emails. She was transparent about the delays at the registry and how long it would take to register the car, but they took care of it, and when I went to pick up the car, they'd put on the plates and taken it to get inspected. I've been driving the car for a month now with absolutely no issues. Plus: my stepmother is one of the most insane clean-freaks I've ever known. When she sat in the car on the day I brought it home, she remarked that she thought it was a new car because it was so clean. (Now, it's covered in dog hair. Oops!) Lastly: when I was signing on the car, a woman and her husband came to look at a minivan. Daphne remembered them from 2 years ago when they'd bought a car, and the woman said they still had/loved that car and were back for another one. This shows 1. the connection that they have with their customers, and 2. that the car/service is good enough to bring back repeat customers. Waltham Auto Gallery is AWESOME. Go buy a car from them!

Me and my fiancée were looking for a 2nd car for us and Cristian was more than helpful in assisting us find one that checked all of our boxes. What really impressed me with him was his humbleness and honesty in regards to if he did not know the exact answer for something, he wouldn't lie and would rather say he can find out for us which he did and I greatly appreciate. Far too many people in this world aren't humble enough to not lie to you if they do not know something. Fast forward the following week, there was some slight miscommunication between the different departments and thus my car was not ready when it was planned to be unfortunately. However, Cristian and his manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure I at least had a rental car for the time being so me and my fiancée could continue with our plans we had already scheduled thinking we were getting the other car. The rental car was completely free and was a very nice 2025 Honda Accord. Chris also followed up with me later the following week due to the snow storm and assured me my car would be ready the following day which it was. I met up with my salesman Cristian the next day and I was driving my freshly detailed 2021 Mazda CX-30 off the lot within the next 30 minutes. I highly recommend Honda North and more importantly recommend buying a car off Cristian. Very reliable, humble, knowledgeable and kind. He deserves more than whatever he is currently being paid! Thank you once again!

After accepting, I was told there would be an undisclosed $2,300 due at delivery that never appeared in any paperwork or communication. When I raised the issue, the dealership refused to honor the written terms. Bryan Laskin ultimately stated Honda North would not move forward under any terms. My deposit was refunded, but the misrepresentation and lack of transparency were never addressed. Buyer or lessee BEWARE!! Apparently a wise consumer is their worst customer! The response from Honda North is false. On the workout sheet it simply shows a total amount of $2300. due on delivery. There is absolutely nothing on the sheet that says only $300.00 due at signing. When I asked for a copy of the actual lease agreement, I was told that it was e-signed and was unable to be printed. For some reason, they won't admit that they are not transparent and attempt to switch numbers around. I believe that if I had gone through with the transaction they would have definitely taken $2300. from me. It is only when I caught them they say this ghost incentives line was on the worksheet. It is not, otherwise it would not have been an issue. Apparently Honda North doesn't like working with informed and educated consumers. Again, buyer or lessee BEWARE!

When we purchased my husband's Jeep from a large dealership on the Auto Mile a few years ago I…read morespent three hours relentlessly negotiating for a fair price. If you've ever purchased a car before, you're likely used to a similar song and dance. You do your due diligence beforehand - carefully researching your car of choice and arming yourself with comparable listings and blue book values before heading in for an exhausting and tedious battle with the salesman whose sole goal is to get you to spend the most amount possible. Signature Motor Cars ("SMC") offers an entirely different experience. The offerings are hand selected by Brian Gideon, the dealership's owner, for quality and aesthetics. SMC's standard selection are preowned and pristine luxury cars with all the trimmings but Brian can get you anything you want (and I do mean anything - my sister fell in love with a particularly unsexy minivan and Brian procured one for her). As if the beautifully cultivated collection of cars weren't enough, SMC offers competitive pricing right off the bat. It can be a bit jarring at first - psychologically you find yourself wanting to go through the back and forth haggle that you've come to expect when purchasing a car but since Brian has set the price right at the fair market value, you really don't need to. Brian's goal isn't for him to get the best price possible at your expense - rather, his philosophy is to earn your business for the long haul, recognizing that this likely won't be the last car you'll ever own. This means that it is in his best interest to sell quality vehicles at fair prices. After all, nobody is going back to the guy who sold them an overpriced lemon. As a quick example, I recently finalized a deal with Brian to trade in my car for something new. Since my car had some deep scratches, it wasn't really suitable for SMC to sell so Brian made a few calls and got me a great offer from another dealer. We closed the deal on my trade in and the purchase price for my new car. Then Brian called me to let me know to hold off on writing the check because he hadn't yet heard back from someone else who might offer more for my trade in and if so, he'd pass along those savings to me. Think about that for a minute - we already closed our deal and Brian was STILL working to save me more money. He could have easily sold my trade in for more than I agreed to part with it for and kept the extra money but he didn't. That's the type of honesty and integrity that you can expect when you're purchasing a car from SMC. It comes as no surprise that you find repeat customer after repeat customer when reading reviews about SMC. That type of loyalty speaks volumes about the service at SMC and I, for one, will never go anywhere else.
