And then we made it to Enterprise, and Damien was the complete opposite. He remembered important details from our initial call (like our price range, my "dream" car, the fact that I was a fitness instructor haha all of it). He had those cars literally already ready to go for us. He wasn't pushy *at all,* which made us want to work with him. And then above all, he was just SUCH a nice guy. So genuine, so helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. We ended up coming away with a car we LOVE (2019 Nissan Rogue with 34k miles!) at a good deal with good financing. Only one things I'd say could make the experience better (neither of which has anything to do with Damien, who is amazing, but is just a heads up): The technology to get a quote on financing and walk through details for the car is just... painfully slow. Plan to budget well over an hour to get through it (we hit this snag both when getting a quote, and then again when actually coming back to buy the car) Otherwise, highly recommend Enterprise, but specifically recommend working with Damien!

Everytime it snows the Trunk and back seat is filled with snow. I have to pay $500.00. per month for this vehicle. I am very hurt because I took it back to the company within 7 days and they would not take it back. I am not sure of the Rep's name I think it's Abdul and the Manager Drew refuses to take the car back. It failed the Emission stay away from them as far as you can. Instead, I didn't get my vehicle back until July. During that time, communication was inconsistent, and I often had to reach out myself for updates. The original repair estimate was approximately $3,800. After the vehicle was finally able to start, I was told the cost had increased to about $5,300 without the change being discussed with me beforehand. Thankfully, Nissan Corporate became involved before the vehicle was released and covered half of the repair bill, which I genuinely appreciate. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. When I picked up the vehicle, the check engine light was on and it was misfiring. I was told it was likely caused by old gas and instructed to drive the vehicle until the tank was nearly empty. The issue never went away. I was then presented with another estimate of nearly $4,900 to replace the fuel pump, injectors, coils, and spark plugs. Before authorizing that work, I took the vehicle to my own mechanic for a second opinion. He quickly found the actual problem--a broken ground wire going to the module--which resolved the issue. That experience left me questioning the accuracy of the dealership's diagnosis and the necessity of the additional repairs they recommended. While I appreciate Nissan Corporate for stepping in and helping with the cost, my overall experience with the dealership was disappointing. Waiting months for my vehicle, dealing with repeated issues after the repair, and having to seek an outside diagnosis made the process far more stressful than it should have been. I hope this review encourages improvements in communication, diagnostic procedures, and customer service so others don't have a similar experience.

They had the pads out of the calipers and caliper taken off. I told them that I would do my brakes myself and put it back together and just do the oil change . I did the brake job this weekend and I found that they massively over torqued the caliper slide pin bolts. One side was ok, on the driver side I need a 3ft cheater pipe to get the 14mm bolt off. Should never happen naturally with a car that's only 2 years old. Either negligence or spite are the reasons that this could happen. I would not trust bringing my cars there for service.

I felt it was a bit high (no research on my part by the way) and I suggested a lower price. He said he would run it by his manager, Mark. A few minutes later they both came out to the front. This is where I thought I would be told that I had gotten their best price. I was wrong. Mark quoted me a price that was only $3 higher that the price I had originally suggested. I then asked what the wait time would be. Matt checked out in the shop and told me probably about an hour. In a hour and ten minutes, I was on my way. This is what I call a great deal and great service. You need tires? Town Fair is the place to go.
