I am sorry to write a negative public review of this dealership, but I can't get anyone to help with a SERIOUS SERVICE ISSUE. I've called twice and emailed twice in the last TWO WEEKS, and the service manager and general manager are never able to speak with me or contact me. I spent $2300 in October '25 on a catalytic converter on the advice of the service department. In January '26, my check engine light came back on, giving the same catalytic converter code. They said it must have been a bad part and replaced it. It's now April '26, and my light is back on for the third time and giving the same catalytic converter code. At this point, I'VE SPENT $2300 AND TAKEN TWO DAYS OFF OF WORK, THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED, AND I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT IT. I bought the car at this dealership and I've had all major service done there for many years now. This is how they treat a loyal customer, apparently. This was by far the most ridiculous experience I've had trying to buy a car. I can absolutely understand why this dealership has such a poor reputation. First, I called ahead to confirm they had the specific car I was interested in. I was told it was available and made an appointment. When I arrived, I sat for about 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. They finally assigned me to a salesman who was already busy with another client--even though I could see at least three other salespeople sitting around with no customers. When the salesman eventually got to me, he brought out a car I never asked about, then drove me around the lot searching for the one I actually came to see. Of course, it wasn't even there. Instead, he tried showing me a completely different car inside the dealership that was outside of the price range I had clearly mentioned. After that, he went right back to his other clients, leaving me to sit there waiting again. After wasting over an hour of my time, I had enough and walked out. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can't imagine how they treat customers after they've made a purchase. I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

I knew I wanted a new car but didn't expect to leave with one on Saturday! Jasli took me out on a test drive. The car had 4 miles on it when we headed out and when we returned, it had 18! Ha Needless to say, I fell madly in love with the HRV and had to have it. I went from a Jeep Cherokee to a Honda HRV. Something I wish I'd done sooner! It is such a smooth tight ride. The price was so right and couldn't have asked for better trade $ I had an excellent experience with Jasli. She was very knowledgeable, fun and in no way pushy. These people don't honor their deals and can't make up their mind. First off they try to sell you the most expensive version of the car you want, and if you want something a little lower they can't do that. Next they try to push their 0% financing, nothing is 0%. Once you get a deal after a lot of back and forth, they change their mind once you want to get the paperwork going. Shake on a deal and you got a new car, but then never mind, we will only give you a deal if you finance with us and it will be like $1000 more, our sales mistake. What a waste of time and frustration. Only to call you the next day to say we can meet the best price you got, then oh never mind we can come close maybe. You called me remember, just a bunch of scammers. The sales team and the finance team don't really communicate well, but I take this to be the owner fault as they know what game they are playing. The owner is in this place everyday, so he knows. And if you do find a better offer to match, they will make an excuse that you did something. Don't appreciate being called a liar and I got the car I wanted after leaving this place for the price I wanted, $3000 less without the financing and got the weatherproof mats, trunk mat, and privacy screen. This is not a standard option and they make you pay for this, close to $700 more. I recommend not going here, there a bunch of other places better than this place. I try Edmonds and you can chat with the different dealers and make deals. We got 3 great offers from 3 different dealers, much lower than this place by $3K - $5K less will extras. Every stereotype you can imagine emerges. This is 2025. If you can't make a sale without tactics from the 1970s you have a real problem. I bought a 2025 Honda CR-V here and paid $195 for what I was told were genuine Honda wheel locks. Another Honda dealership later informed me they were aftermarket. When I returned to ask for clarification, the sales director first denied it, then admitted they don't sell genuine locks--something I was never told at purchase. Instead of offering a solution, he threatened to call the police when I pressed the issue and refused to let me speak with a manager. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. We made an appointment to see a pre-owned Acura RDX at 128 Honda. As we arrived we were told that the car we were to see had been sold but " there is another one that you could look at". A bit peeved we drove it and put a deposit to hold over the weekend pending further information via a Carfax report. Four more requests for one failed until I said no deal without it. Carfax revealed 2 accidents that were not mentioned. I requested a refund of my deposit 3 times and 11 days later there has been no refund. A bait and switch followed by a failure to disclose plus withholding of a deposit are not ethical business practices. Next I'll send Amex to retreive my money. read more

Went to buy a new car based on an online quote. That car was sold "yesterday" (I came in day after getting the quote). They said they'd honor the quote, which expired in 5 days, on an incoming car but only if I paid today. Then they said I could pay tomorrow when I objected. Then a 3rd manager came out and said only if I paid today. Feels like classic sleezy car dealer behavior. Bait and switch. Pressure tactics. Blaming manager/owner for not honoring commitment. COMPLETE SCAM. TERRIBLE SERVICE. ZERO STARS. I brought my 2004 Honda accord here starting last August due to the engine light coming on & an excessive oil leak in which they told me the engine needed to be replaced. Looking back now I wish I had just let go of it & got a different car because it's since turned into the biggest nightmare & something you just wouldn't think you'd have to deal with through a dealership. They replaced the engine for a 68k mile used engine (so they claimed) which took them 3 weeks in September, within a day of getting it back the engine light was on again and it was hesitating- brought it back to them and they stated it was due to needing another completely different part, which wasn't covered under the engine warranty. I got the part fixed and about 2 weeks later the engine light came on again along with a leak as well. Between October-December I brought it back 4 times & replaced 5 different parts due to the consistent engine light being on as well as the oil burning quick again & a leak - none of which were covered under the engine warranty as they were adamant that the engine they put in was not the problem. (yea right) Their entire team is full of scam artists looking to get as much money as possible from you. I finally brought it to another auto body shop and they found a CRACK on the engine that Honda put in & GLUE over the crack and also that it had well over 68k miles and more like 100k!!!! With that being said I'm led to believe they knew the entire time from September that the problem was STILL THE ENGINE, only this time it was the one THEY PUT IN. Or who really knows at this point? It's possible they never even took my original engine out the way it's been the same exact problems with the replacement engine. Instead of addressing the issue though, they wanted to cover their mistake by lying about other parts needing to be replaced while getting more money for it too since nothing was covered through the engine warranty. I brought it back after getting written proof the engine was the problem and threatened them with a lawsuit & demanded they replace it again and provide a rental car or issue a full refund or we could take it to court. They agreed to replace it and the manager who was very smug reminded me 3x throughout the conversation that Honda covering the charges for a rental car was "a nice gesture" as the third party LKQ auto parts that provided the engine wouldn't cover it. Nice gesture lol are you kidding me?! They replaced the engine AGAIN under the warranty but REFUSED to extend the 1 year warranty starting point from September 2024 to February 2025 instead which they automatically should have since another engine had to be put in because of their mistakes in February! I got it back the 20TH of this month, the engine light is on AGAIN AND the car is HESITATING AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I've spoken with a former employee of HONDA READING who told me this is part of their training!!!!! They are trained on how to lie and scheme to make as many sales or repairs as possible and prey on women who don't know enough about cars, elderly people & anyone else that they can. Now, I have no clue if that training goes on at every dealership of hondas but it's a complete disgrace and I wish I never ever went to them. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda HRV from Honda RT 128, and unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. Everything was great up until a week after driving my "new-to-me" car, I noticed that it was missing a headrest. I immediately contacted the dealership to rectify the situation and was told that they would order the missing headrest for me. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up on the status of my missing headrest, the dealership failed to deliver on their promises. They claimed that they would order the part, but they never did. This lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable from a reputable dealership, especially when dealing with a car that was recently purchased. Furthermore, the dealership is now telling me that I will have to pay $1200 out of pocket to replace the missing headrest that was clearly missing when I purchased the vehicle. This is not only an absurd amount of money to pay for a simple missing part, but it is also unjust. The dealership should have ensured that all necessary parts were present before selling the car, and should have taken responsibility for their mistake. Overall, my experience with Honda RT 128 has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much higher level of customer service and integrity from a dealership of this caliber, but unfortunately, I was let down. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as they do not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction or hold themselves accountable for their mistakes *UPDATE* I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received regarding my request for a headrest for my vehicle. The current manager has informed me that they are not willing to order the headrest, which is frustrating and has resulted in a waste of my time. Mind you it's 100 degrees today. They said yes. So me and my mother went,of course the first question was are you trading it in. I said I have an appointment with the appraisal manager. If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife's lease was up and we wanted to buyout the lease. I made an appointment to speak to Rob about financing the vehicle. After 20 minutes waiting Rob stated he was unavailable to work with us and had me work with Mike. I informed Mike I simply wished to finance the remainder of my vehicle. Mike stated he needed my key to have the vehicle appraised. Mike then came back with the paperwork which was $1,000 over the buyout price set by Honda financial. Mike also stated due to the service department being closed he was adding a $1,400 reconditioning fee to the buyout price. Mike stated the fee would go to $0 if nothing was wrong with the vehicle however I would be charged a $300 maintenance fee for the mechanic to look inspect the vehicle. I informed Mike I simply wished to buy the vehicle and did not need a mechanic to look at my vehicle. Mike stated this was the dealership policy. Mike stated we could get a bank loan and title the vehicle ourselves and save $3,000. Mike stated it is easier to go through them as they handle the paperwork and finding a loan. I asked Mike if it was a Honda policy to have a vehicle appraised during a simple lease buyout. Mike stated it was the dealership policy and that we were lucky they would process the buyout as no other dealership will process a buyout due to liability. We informed Mike we would look into working with a different dealership and left. The next day we went to a different dealership who simply processed the paperwork for us with no hassle or "reconditioning fee" or "appraisals." My experience with this dealership is as follows: - 2/28 - Agreed to buy a 2023 Honda Pilot and put down $2k deposit on it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks and that I could expect to have it by mid to late April. The salesman (Conor) told me he would keep in touch with me weekly/biweekly on the status of the car. He told me he had only worked there for 3 months so I was a little confused why he was assigned to me rather than a more experienced salesman, considering that I was buying the most expensive vehicle they stock. I asked him at least 3 different times if my deposit was refundable and his response each time was "yes, it is illegal for us to keep a deposit." - 3/29 (Wednesday) - I hadn't heard from Conor so I texted him and asked him for an update. He told me their computer systems were down and that he would get back to me by EOD. - 4/3 (Monday) - I hadn't heard back from Conor so I texted him again. - 4/4 (Tuesday) - still no response from Conor so I called the dealership, at which point there is some fumbling around and I am eventually told that Conor has left the company. I am then transferred to another salesman, Caesar, who tells me he is the "new sales guy". He proceeds to ask me for my information, puts me on hold and then comes back and asks me multiple times what the model, trim and color are that I am buying. He then tells me that we are still 6-8 weeks out, so we have essentially made no progress in the past month plus. - I got off the phone with him and was able to find the same model available at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. I called Caesar back and told him I wanted my deposit back, and he told me he didn't think that was possible, that he needed to talk to his manager and he would get back to me. - 4/5 (Wednesday) - I spoke to the sales manager around 6pm and he told me that the people in finance had gone home for the day but that he would have someone call me the next day to get me my deposit back. - 4/6 - 4/11 - I have called numerous times every day and have never been able to get anyone in finance on the phone. The receptionist always makes up a story about where they are and tells me she will try to connect me with someone, at which point I get their voicemail and never get a call back. - 4/11 (Wednesday) - I called and told them that if I wasn't contacted before the end of the day and sent my money back, I would be pursuing legal action against them and posting reviews for them anywhere that I was able to so that nobody else has to go through the same thing I have with them. - 4/24 - My credit card company refunded my money after receiving no response from the dealership. Brought car in to fix AC compressor. Additional issues were discovered (because of private mechanics that I had had worked on the car) that caused the cost to almost double. Despite my hesitancy into putting more money into fixing a used car, the Service Manager stepped up big time and helped me resolve the issue so that the all the work was fixed properly at a price I could deal with....and I got to keep driving the car I loved.
