Never had a bad experience with Town Fair Tire in Woburn. My latest visit was the same. Matt at the front desk wrote up my order and quoted me a price. I felt it was a bit high (no research on my part by the way) and I suggested a lower price. He said he would run it by his manager, Mark. A few minutes later they both came out to the front. This is where I thought I would be told that I had gotten their best price. I was wrong. Mark quoted me a price that was only $3 higher that the price I had originally suggested. I then asked what the wait time would be. Matt checked out in the shop and told me probably about an hour. In a hour and ten minutes, I was on my way. This is what I call a great deal and great service. You need tires? Town Fair is the place to go. read more

Very bad place. They left the bolt in my tire and said the issue was fixed. AVOID GOING HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Look at the picture. That's all you need to know. read more

Bought 4 tires balanced and car alignment in Nashua store. First appoointment I asked to see tires. They were wrong model. Had to return days later. Immediately leaving and getting on highway felt distinct shaking. Sent message on their web site with no response. Four days later went to Woburn store for rebalance. Recently took a long highway trip. Still shaking. When returned brought to independent garage and spent $121 to have all 4 tires balanced. Have photos of the readout on the machine of all 4 wheels. They were all quite a bit out. car is now fine. I have since written to their customer service 3 times with no response. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I wish I caught the name of the employee who helped me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and got me in and out with a new tire and alignment within an hour. I know nothing about cars or tires but I always feel well-taken care of when I go to TFT Woburn. read more

The staff are friendly and very helpful, I was in and out of the shop in under an hour with 4 new tires, balancing and mounting. When I go into town fair tire there is no waiting to talk to someone, one of the staff always is willing to assist you. read more

I went into the Woburn location on 2/19 got a quote and made an appointment to get 4 new tires on 2/20 at 3:30pm. I called earlier in the day and asked if they could take me earlier at 1:00. Spoke with the manager and he said no problem. I waited over 2 hours and my car was still sitting in the parking lot where I pulled in. When I asked what the delay was they said my car was next in line( when they originally said I would be out in 90 minutes)!!! I am beyond frustrated as it took almost 3 hours to get my car back!!! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone looking to get new tires unless you want to wait a long long while! read more

this place is run by total amateurs. I drop my car off for tire replacement and alignment. They told me it'll be an hour to hour and a half so I asked my wife to pick me back up and within half an hour they called me back saying it was all done. I go there with frozen groceries that we just shopper for and found out they had not done the alignment. They told me it'll just be another 15 minutes so I waited there with groceries left in my car and it took them one hour to just get to my car and complete the alignment. read more

BEWARE: If you purchase tires from TFT (as I have, for years on several different vehicles), one of the benefits is that you get free tire rotations on the vehicle for the life of the tires - nice perk, which I have used countless times over said years. I made an appointment to have the tires rotated on my vehicle. I went in for my scheduled appointment for the desk agent to tell me "cash or credit" three times despite my protests. When I continued to protest, he gave a haphazard, "Just kidding..." because he knew I was informed. I contacted corporate and aired my grievances, but my concern is for those who may not be as informed, this customer service agent seemed to be trying to scam me, and had I not protested of the free benefit that goes with the tires for life, he willingly would have charged me. The only benefit is once he knew I was not pleased and not amused, my vehicle was serviced and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Will not be returning to this specific location again. read more

Had a terrible experience with the Woburn Town Fair Tire. Jeremy checked out my tire on my truck and found a nail causing a slow leak. I was told it would take two hours before it would get int the shop for a short repair. He told me if I paid in advance I would hold my place in the queue, which I did. Me and my wife took a short ride to gas up my truck and kill some time. Upon returning I gave an attendant my keys and sat for an hour reading my book. When askin how much longer it would be I was told by Jeremy that it would be at least another two hours. When I asked why, he said your time started when I gave my keys. A blatant misrepresentation. He was smirking and condescending and just outright lying to my face about what he told me upon initial conversation with him. I saw someone earlier hand him a twenty , so I guess it's pay to play. Not right and never had such an issue in the past with previous visits to this location. read more

I'd rather pay more money and deal trustworthy people than do business with these people again. Steven is dishonest. corporate is incompetent and unprofessional. This company charged me over $200 for tire warranties and when I tried to use the warranty for a covered service, they charged me over $120. The frustration and disappointment of working with these people is not worth whatever fabricated value they present you with. It's better to work with honest people and pay more then deal with scammers. read more

Apparently this is the only place where you can write a less than five star review of Town Fair Tire in Woburn. I give them one star. My experience was a while ago. I hope they are running things more customer friendly now. I had two major complaints. One was their rebate offer, which was: buy three tires, get the fourth one free. I am an expert at filling out rebate forms. I did everything required to the letter. I never received a rebate check. Town Fair would probably say that this is not on them, but the tire company instead, But, my suspicion is that this was a phony rebate. (And btw, Town Fair could help you fill out the rebate, right then and there. God knows they have enough spare time between customers actually being served.) My second complaint has to do with their so-called extra services. One of them is free tire rotation for the life of the tire. I went in for my first free rotation at Woburn Town Fair Tire. I made sure I went early, and was actually the first customer at their service desk that day. You have seen pit crews at Nascar events changing tires in ten seconds. So it's reasonable to think it wouldn't take Town Fair more than fifteen minutes to rotate tires, right? Wrong. They made me wait three full hours to complete the job. A job that I could do in ten minutes. Again, understand that I was their first customer of the day! They made their point. Yes, they will give you free tire rotation, but you will hate the experience. ..... Long story short, I have never been back there. read more

About 3 weeks ago I purchased 4 new tires. They were installed and aligned that same day. Even tho they were super busy, I found Town Fair to be very accommodating and squeezed me in. Steven was awesome and super helpful during this process! 2 days ago, a nail penetrated the inside of my rear passenger tire. Because of where the nail is located, the tire cannot be plugged. I went back to Town Fair and Steven was again super accommodating and amazingly helpful. Fortunately I am Still under the 30 day warranty and they are replacing my tire today. I highly recommend Town Fair and I am grateful for such a helpful employee! Steven was kind, understanding, and super helpful! Go see Steven for your tire needs! read more

Fantastic service. Always gets the job done and at the best price. Steve was awesome!

Despite being packed at the 8am opening with many unscheduled drop ins (with flat tires) - the employee finally serving me could not have been more helpful or courteous. They squeezed me in for a flat repair and saved my day. read more

I brought the car in for an alignment and tire rotation. I bought my four tires in this location. I mention to the store associate that my car has been pulling on the right side and I hit the curb yesterday really bad. Time to get it done and I knew it. After an hour waiting they came up with a paper (first picture) with perfect measurements. Your car needs no alignment and we could not find your wheel lock. If you wanna come back next day for the tire rotation, feel free to do. First, nobody asked me for the wheel lockers, they been in the most obvious place, the center console. I got out of their store and went to HONDA for an oil change and they have checked my alignment (second picture). My car needs an alignment as I knew it did. I called them the Town fair Woburn to address the concern and they denied their mistake saying that honda was just trying to sell their services. One and half hour wasted. This guys at town fare Woburn do not take accountability for the poor experience they provided. People be aware! Do not take what they say for face value. read more

Called their number. Made an appointment several days in advance and detailed exactly what I needed done. Install 3 new TPMS sensors that I purchased from Ford. They said no problem. Appointment was for 9am, but they open at 8. I was the first one in the door. Computers weren't on or functional. Ok. Then I said, I can tell you what I'm here for and you can write it down. Ok. No pen. Not one pen in the store. Kid used a highlighter. Ok. Then he asked, do you want the tires rebalanced? I said you are taking the tire off to replace the sensor so yes. Then he said, we'll have you out by 9. I said great. Then I went outside to wait for them to take my truck. And waited. Then I walked back inside to see the monitors showing the work bays. Completely empty. Then the kid calls me while I'm standing there in front of him. He asked if I wanted the 4th tire balanced. I said, don't even take it off the truck. Then he tries to sell me 4 new TPMS sensors. I said "they're in the truck". Now we're approaching 9am and no one has even emerged from the service bays. I grabbed my stuff and walked out. They open at 8 but no one works until 9. The workers need retraining. Go somewhere else. read more

When it comes to pricing and choice they are good, getting service is the worst. Today I wake up with my tire almost flat, I put some air in went to the Woburn store where I purchased them. The gentleman look at it and said you you have a nail in it, do you have an appointment I said no I didn't plan on having a nail in it. 4.5 hrs later still waiting to get it in the building. Don't buy the flat warranty unless you have a lot of free time read more

When it comes to price match they lie and don't match. They keep giving excuses about it and keep saying it cannot be that cheap we will loose money on it! Why advertise then?? MARK kept looking here and there even after see same price on Walmart web site! He just had no interest in matching price. He told me that he will call me the next day which was a lie. I showed him screenshots of NTB price quote that was not good enough either with him. Simply he was not interested kept saying he is loosing $30 per tire with that price. I call again to see if he looked into it 2 days later but he said he will call me back papers are in his office. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Went into to patch a tire, they charged me 13 bucks after telling me they couldn't repair it. (Two holes in close vacinity). I ended up purchasing 4 tires and had them put on. After leaving town fair, one hubcap fell off, my tire pressure would not hold, a lug nut fell off, and I needed all new Tpms sensors. Really shoddy work. It's too bad I've been coming here my whole life and they lost a loyal customer. read more

Brought my car in for four new tires. They tried to give me my car back with one lug nut missing. Seriously! The tech comes out to the front like I'm supposed to care who he is. He says "it's safe to drive with only four ." And tries to hand me my lug nut. What?!! Even if it is I don't care. Give it back the way I gave it to you. Then they proceed to tell me they stripped it. (I'm guessing improperly calibrated impact gun what do I know. I only worked at a Lexus dealership for 8 years. ) Then they proceed to tell me they don't have extra lug nuts around. A tire shop doesn't keep lug nuts around?! After I politely told them this is insane they took some time and fixed it. This means they could've originally fixed it but were too lazy to do so or they jerry rigged it. Imagine if you sent your girlfriend or wife here. They would just send them on their way with shotty work done to their car and leftover parts. Be careful if you go her read more

I called to schedule my first tire rotation that came with my new tire purchase and the wait time for the first scheduled opening (other than an all-day drop-off option) is one month from now. Wowza. I asked if there was anything open sooner at any other area locations and the operator said no, and that she handled the scheduling for the other locations too. I guess I'll need to schedule my next tire rotation when I have my first one if the wait time is that long for a service that comes with my purchase. read more

The New Britain location has provided very good service. The service manager (Warren) has always been very helpful and goes extra distance to make things right. It is so great to find an auto service place that really values good customer relations. I've been here several times, they always have the best prices or they price match (never more than a few dollars difference) and they offer free balancing! One time I had a tire that was vibrating, turns out it wasn't even the tire they replaced, but the wheel weights had fallen off of other front wheel, but they still re-balanced it for me, free of charge! They take great care of me and I'm very glad they're still around. read more

I just have my 4 tires replaced in Town Fair Tire in Woburn. My old tires are 2016 Michelin defender tires. I only put around 15K miles on my tires since I don't drive my car a lot. The only reason to replace them is the tires are 6 years old. Town Fair Tire replaced them with "new" tires which were made in 2020. I told them it is unacceptable since I paid for the new tire price. They keep telling me the tires they installed are never been used and refuse to change them read more

I was told by Nick at town fair tire in Woburn that they could not repair my tire because of where the nail was located. He tried to sell me a new set of tires that would cost me about $800. My tires are in need of replacement in the next year or so, but I decided to hold off and consult with my father before getting 4 new tires. I checked with my father and he referred me to a local tire shop that patched my tire for $20. When it comes time to replace my tires, I'll be going to that shop and will not be stepping foot in a town fair tire again. read more

Steven was very personable and attentive. Town Fair Tire in Woburn provides professional service.

I bought tires about a year ago. They lasted 12, 541 miles and they were to the wear bar. I took the car back and they told me that the tires didn't have a warranty. (Almost none in my size had a warranty.) They were indifferent and didn't care if the tires only lasted 12k. They told me I shouldn't have bought them. My question: Why would someone sell tires (total price $730.00) that only last 12k? I will NEVER buy tires from them again. I think 1 star is generous! read more

I came into Town Fair tire with a nail in my tire. A tire purchased at TFT, and I purchased tire insurance. I was told 45 minutes until I could get service. 2 hours and 45 minutes later my car hasn't moved. The salesman said that I should have made an appointment. I lost my psychic ability and didn't know I was going to get a nail in my tire so I could make an appointment ahead of time. I'd recommend this tire shop in MA. I was stuck in MA for 4 days because my tire was jammed. Needed repair. I needed an alignment after buying tires at BJs wholesale after being told that their shop does not do alignments.... after the tire install I had made an appointment at the local NTB the day before, appointment was set to be seen at 8am. The person on the phone was great, "sure come in between 8am and 830 and we will take care of you!" and when I got to NTB.... I was told I was not in the system and could not be seen for another 6 hours. I called the NTB number I made the appointment with to see what had happened and their call center also had no recollection either. I know it was Friday but that was embarassing I urgently rushed over to tire rack because I have a long drive later today. Their associate Steven greeted me with a fantastic additude that woke me up (I have not had my morning coffee). He assured me that he will make things right for me and immediately, He got me in the system, took my keys and got my car in the shop for my alignment. While he looked at my car he even noticed I had a loose bumper and he secured it quickly. (Its an older car, not body work but he snapped it in right) One thing I noticed in my buying experience was the attention to detail the tire rack store put into their covid guidelines. Their stations were much better set up with glass and sanitizer than at the other two places I mentioned. In the future I will only take my car here, ask for Steven he was great! read more
