If it hadn't been for her reaching out, I never would have returned. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a business responds. I ordered a meatball sub. 3 bites in I feel a searing pain in the roof of my mouth. They had left a bamboo skewer in the meatballs and it was stuck in the roof of my mouth and jammed between my front teeth. Picture attached. I was bleeding and trying to get it out of my mouth. The manager was called and she apologized. She said she would fill out and incident report. I asked for a copy. She said I would have to get it from a regional manager. I left my tel# and said I expected a call from the regional. 2 weeks go by, no call. I call the store again, they say I have to talk to the regional mgr. I finally get a call from their insurance carrier. The rep grills me for 15min implying somehow it's my fault. I did go see my dentist a few days after the incident to see what damage if any was done. I took time off of work to go to the dentist. The insurance rep demands I send her the dental bill. I do. They wait a few more months. Never did get a copy of the incident report. The ins rep finally after 4 months emails me an offer to cover the dental bill. That's it, nothing for my time, pain, hassle. I email her back not good enough. Now they've gone dark on me. If you decide to take a risk and eat at Giordanos, do yourself a favor and bring your attorney with you.

Considering that the pizza isn't cheap, I would expect more consistency in the preparation and distribution of toppings. It's a shame, because the dough has great flavor. Seat yourself. The seating is a combination of booths and low top tables and chairs. There's a small counter with seating as well. Maybe it was the plum tomatos they use v. roma or another more traditional variety? Bang for the buck... To me it seemed a little pricey. $22 for a small cheese pizza on 7-Stone. $20 for a small cheese on artisan. $33 for a large specialty on 7-Stone. $31 for a large speciality pizza on artisan. But that might just be me... The company was buying for the two of us today so... The cost is sort of irrelevant outside of mentioning the noted pricing in general.
