Tried ordering on 2 different occasions in the last month, finally got an order placed today. First attempt to order last week was unsuccessful due to online system malfunction, and when I tried to order at the counter the worker said it was at least a 60 minute wait for walk ins even though I was there at 11:00 a.m. when they opened. Today, the app showed the order as being ready at 11:40 a.m., but I watched the wrong pizza for my order come out of the oven 10 minutes later. Another employee walked in while I was there and started making pizzas right away, but no hand washing before he started. The pizza was bland, and my 2 coworkers said the same. The chicken nuggets were nothing special, either, but the barbecue sauce was tasty. The staff offered to make me the correct pizza but I did not have 15 minutes to wait. They also offered, for my trouble, a free pizza bread on my next order. Based on my two initial experiences at Marco's, I don't think I'll be going back. read more

Holy smokes! This is seriously the best pizza I have tasted in YEARS!! My family had to get new tires and strolled over to this pizza place. No idea what to expect-all I can say is the pizza was SO SO DELICIOUS! We ordered 1 medium pepperoni, 1 cheese and also a Deluxe pizza! They made it so quick and the flavor the taste was NOT lacking. The crust was incredibly fresh and not too heavy. Honestly you could just eat the crust by itself, that good! The marinara sauce was tasty and not overly seasoned, excellent flavor. The veggies on my deluxe were super fresh-onions and green peppers flavorful. We had plenty left over due to the enormous serving sides, even a small pizza had about 6-8 slices. Staff was friendly and aimed to please our experience. No kidding, this pizza place knows what the heck they're doing. I'm here for it! Lastly, the price is definitely a great value. When Marcos first came to Windsor Heights, the pizza was amazing, consistently delicious. Over the years though, the quality has slipped substantially, and there's always an unidentifiable odor when you walk in. Wouldn't you expect it to smell like pizza, not some overwhelming chemical. I want to pick up Marco's Pizza for the very first time yesterday. I watched the two employees that were not cleanly looking to begin with make pizzas with bare hands as they touch their cell phones and ring people up and then went back to making the pizzas. I have allergies so I was concerned immediately because of the fact that everything is being touched by everything. Even if I didn't have allergies this doesn't seem acceptable to me. So I emailed the owner and he did not give and kind of care in the world. Says the oven is hot so they don't need to wear gloves which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard especially in food service especially after covid. First time ordering from Marco's. Ordered online for delivery 7pm on a Saturday night and very impressed! Their ordering process was painless. Sign in as a regular customer or as a guest. Choose from preset pizzas; Pepperoni Melt, The Works, Cheese Lover's, Chicken Florentine, etc or build your own. We opted for the basic Pepperoni Melt for the first go round. Choose size and any other addon's and check out. Note: there is a place to add a tip, for the driver, when checking out or wait and add it when delivered. We stuck The standard estimate for delivery must be 45-55 minutes. Ok, I figured, it's Saturday night, first time ordering from them, let's see what happens. Did I mention we were impressed? 25 minutes later the pizza showed up, hot. The driver followed directions, we entered when ordering, to our apartment complex to a 'T'. Payment was completed on his digital device, including tip, signed with a finger tip and he offered us parmesan and red pepper before leaving. So, the pizza...XL is just that, extra large. Plenty for 2 adult's with strong appetites and leave leftovers or enough to stuff 2 adult's without leftovers. Pepperoni evenly and generously scattered across the top, mozz was deliciously salty and stringy (reminded me of melted cheese curds), sauce not over or under applied. Everything right out to the edge and not cut short leaving a half acre of unadorned crust. NO monstrous bubbles in the crust and a little plastic pizza saver in the middle to keep the box lid away from all that deliciousness. Certainly not deep dish crust, but not super thin crust either. Not overly doughy at all. You know those times in life where everything is just right? Goldilocks moments. In an age of overpriced mediocrity, Marco's hit the nail on the head. Not a thing to complain about for us. I've spent many years in a pizza kitchen, have seen a lot of delivery operations, and feel like I have a pretty good take on what's completely broken, what needs work, and everything clicking. I've ordered from here 3 times now! The reason why I'm only giving 4 stars is because I ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple yesterday and they forgot the Canadian bacon! This is my fav pizza. I absolutely love the crust. It's thick but not so thick that it doesn't taste like it's done and not too thin that it's cardboard. They amount of cheese they put on is crazy! It's the amount that when you pull your slice the cheese hangs down! I love their sausage pizza, it's a good chunk of sausage, they are greedy with it and it's never dried out! They put Parmesan on their crust to give it a flavor instead of just boring crust! They are never greedy with their toppings. It even reheats good! So I'm updating my review, they sent me a coupon for a free pizza since they forgot my Canadian bacon! That to me is awesome customer service so I'm giving them 5 read more

I've been wanting to try Marcos since it opened and finally did tonight. Overall this is a very good solid pizza. When it first came to the table I was a little disappointed it wasn't a thinner crust as that's my preference. But the crust really grew on me. (More on that later.) Everything else looked, and was, really good. The right amount of sauce. It's a pretty traditional Italian tomato paste sauce and they don't scrimp on it. We had pepperoni and mushroom and there was a good amount of both. Also a good amount of cheese. Now for the crust. I generally prefer a thin crust like a Fongs, Big Tomato or Noah's. After eating a couple pieces of Marcos I realized it really wasn't all that thick. It's kind of like the thickness of Casey's pizza. They do that thing where the crust edge is puffy so it gives the impression that it's going to be a thicker crust. I don't like to fill up on too much crust so I just skipped the edges, which was fine because the pieces are big. The crust bottom has almost a buttery, crispy texture which I really liked. The people were very friendly, good service and told me about a special which actually gave me a larger pizza for less money. I would order this pizza again. That's all I got. :-) read more

My family absolutely LOVE Marco's. They have great pizza and the sandwiches are DELICIOUS! We get delivery and carryout a few times a month. We always get exceptional service from staff, very friendly and helpful. We have a family of 5(2 of them are my always starving teenagers). For few Large pizzas, cheesy garlic bread,hubby always goes for the philly sandwich and wings for my daughter.. We always get emailed great coupons or there is always a great promotion or special. We have never spent more than $40 and i have zero complaints about that! For this business being open less than a year, I am very impressed and recommend if you haven't tried it out! read more

The first time I tried Marco's I was a walk-in customer. You could tell the staff was new, and not trained very well, as the cashier was very vocal on how it was hard to use the computer. We placed an order for two turkey clubs to go. When they brought the order out they asked if we were 'Scott'. No, we were under 'Sam'. When they brought us the correct order we asked if it was Turkey and the gentleman said yes. When we got home we received two Ham & Cheese sandwiches instead. The management generously offered us coupons to redeem our accident order. 5/19/17 I called in an order for two sandwiches. When I walked in at 11:59am there were two employees working in the back, two female employees sitting in the 1st booth up front by the wall, and about 3-4 customers inside eating. I could see my order sitting at the window. I stood there for a few minutes without being helped, greeted or even acknowledged of my presence. Not until two other gentlemen walked in did the two female employees get up to help us. Luckily our food order was correct this time.
