That tech did not even ask me what color I wanted or where Jimmy left me in the process she just gave them a quick buff and put some clear top coat on them. Never even asked me if I would like some color. My nails looked awful. You did not even bother to check on me on my way out. Most awkward experience I have had getting a service. Arrived and discussed what I wanted with nail tech Jimmy. He started working on my new set and somewhere in the middle of the service as he is filing my nails he begins to aggressively argue with the owner. After a few minutes of back and forth arguing he stops doing my nails and promptly begins to pack up his station and leave. No one spoke a word to me for a solid 5-8 minutes as I sat there awkwardly and tense wondering what was going on. After about 8 minutes another nail tech, who was sitting next to Jimmy told me to move and she also began packing up her station as well. At that point I asked if I could please just go as I no longer wanted to continue in the middle of this chaos. At that point the owner sat me on the couch and then a couple of minutes moved me to her chair, only to then ask me to move to yet another station where a nail tech who was waiting on her appt was. She rushed to finish filing my nails, did not ask me any questions just threw some clear nail polish on me and said goodbye. To top it off they charged me for the full service after all of that!!! This is a beautifully designed layout, that makes you feel like a Goddess when you walk in. They do accept walk ins but making an appointment is preferred. While I was seated getting a pedicure, I enjoyed the peacefulness while sipping my mimosa. I looked around and I saw lots of others with peaceful smiles. My sister and I decided to try Goddess because where I usually go was closed. The lady my sister got was amazing and I wish I could have gotten her. She immediately was tended to and had her nails done. I had to wait awhile for someone and knew I wasn't going to like the service when the lady I got started. She didn't understand any English, which isn't her fault but made it very hard to communicate with her. I would ask and tell her things and she would just nod and do something completely different. This was my first time there so I'm not sure If this is common but she didn't ask or trim my toe nails or clean up my cuticles like I was wanting. I got a shellac pedicure and need to go and get them fixed because my cuticles are flooded and it bothers me so much with how it looks. Thank you for taking the time to address my feedback. I would have appreciated if you would have mentioned that you are not open when i walked in but you were already offering services to customers. However, I would like to share my perspective. I walked in on a Sunday because the first time I visited, also on a Sunday, you had agreed to see me before opening hours and provided a service. However, this time was completely different. Despite accommodating me, the staff made it clear that Sundays are very busy, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Communication during the service was minimal, and though they claim to have asked for feedback, it didn't feel genuine or welcoming. I was also criticized for not providing feedback sooner, even though I wasn't given a proper chance to do so. I believe there may have been a disconnect in communication during the service. Although I was on my phone at times, I was available to provide feedback, and I didn't realize adjustments were needed until after the service was completed. And you were very rude to me making comments infront of other customers saying how I didn't like the color last time. I want to make it clear that it wasn't about the color last time. The Shellac I got started chipping the very next day. While I appreciated that they fixed it the first time, the attitude I received afterward was rude and unprofessional. I was told that I was being too "picky," which felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I was simply expecting a service that lasts as promised.
