There is a dearth of honest and dependable RV service providers across the country. It's a shame…read moreand a real frustration for folks like us who travel full-time and frequently require expert service. I have intentionally waited several weeks since our repairs were completed at DM RV to make sure that my feelings were in proper perspective before writing this review. But no amount of time will change my opinion of Don, Marianne, Huey and the rest of the staff here. They are competent, honest and they treated us the way they would want to be treated. The golden rule is in short supply in the RV repair industry but we hit the mother lode at DM RV.

Because you keep sticking up for them when they do shitty work. The batteries were just looked at couple weeks ago and they have corrosion all over them the guy said that they were never ever maintained and you can tell that, and I am enclosing a picture. They were not cleaned or serviced. The jacks still do not work and the one that I told him them about is still not working on the right front, they lie about everything!!!! Don't try to blame me for the leaking in the window on the driver side when it's leaking from the very top not from a window that might've been left open, once again trying to put the blame on me for something that someone in your lousy company did NOT DO AND CHARGED ME FOR!!!!!And I have pictures to prove it the leaking's nowhere even near an open window, it's coming from where I asked them to caulk and it was never done. The other window SCREEN is broken because they stuck a hose to it that is what your LYING technician or mechanic or whatever you wanna call him said. I am sick and tired of you guys trying to rip everybody off especially other old people that probably cannot even read the bill correctly. And you did call and ask For an additional $185 for the hitch. On top of the additional 185 you already charged me so that makes it pretty near $400! And I do have all my documentation and I have pictures to prove it. In my car that you supposedly put in a new lightbulb does not work in the back charge me $10 and I had one in the glove box I was going to use now my car blinker will not turn off when I turn the corner and that is due to a faulty lightbulb! The worst part was when I called because the RV braking system that you installed was not charging and I could not continue on my trip. So I stopped in Destin. And now I am going to go ahead and add in economic distress charges along with emotional distress that this has caused me. And I wish you all luck in hiring a lawyer and going to court because the paperwork is in the process!!! I could go on and on but the whole truth is is that I hope and pray nobody ever ever ever takes their RV to your shop ever !!!!... and just because you've been in business for that many years does not mean that you've been an honest person so there's that, this company is horrible!!!!!

We paid the extra for the go camping package which include the basics for our motor home IE Hose, poop tube ........ It also included new mattress' and being detailed. When we picked up our used unit it looked good!!!!! Got home and started to load it up and discovered that the pullout sleeper had the old nasty ass mattress still. To top it off they did not detail the coach at all. We found all kinds of garbage and dirty clothes including dirty underwear under the couch and through out the camper. We paid for new mattress' and to have it detailed. I e-mailed 3 times and left numerous voice messages to no avail. This is definitely buyer beware. Please go spend your money elsewhere, if you decide to buy from them do not get any of the up sale crap it's all a lie. Our salesman was JAYME PEITSMEYER. He can email me 5 times a day when he is trying to make his commission, but absolutely ghosted us after the sale. Again BUYER BE-WARE with Camping World in general. And no they do not offer a military discount.

I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering doing business with Camping World…read more I purchased a 2025 camper and owned it for only three months before needing to sell it due to personal reasons. I reached out to Camping World to inquire about selling it back. Over the phone and through email, they offered $21,000 for the camper -- a fair number based on its condition and age. However, when I brought it in for the scheduled inspection, I received a call before the inspection even happened, saying they would only be willing to offer $10,000. That's less than half of what was agreed upon and roughly a third of its original purchase price -- after just 3 months of ownership. This bait-and-switch tactic felt incredibly dishonest and like a deliberate effort to lure me in under false pretenses. It was a complete waste of time, and frankly, felt like a scam. Camping World has lost my trust, and I will not be doing any future business with them. If you're considering buying from or selling to them, think twice. This kind of conduct is unethical and unacceptable in any industry.

Stay away, Beware This has been an ongoing process with…read moreOutrig repairs. They have had my fifth wheel camper for approx. 1 1/2 years. The repairs were as follows: Roof replacement, awning replacement, j-wrap replacement and delamination. After the repairs were made they were completed improperly and had to be completed a second time. The roof was replaced twice. The awning was pulling away from the exterior wall after replacement which they said they repaired but I'm unsure if that was completed. The J-wrap was replaced but the color was changed without my approval (from light grey to black). The delamination was "REPAIRED" but the was not properly done and needs correction. The companies president, Dennis King complete a quote for the repairs from an outside company, Perfection RV storage and service, and when the cost came to $13080.51 to do it properly. Dennis refused to complete the work and offered to return $4100.00 and for me to take the unit back. I explained to him that i believe I should be compensated more to complete the repairs on my own since I'm not sure if it will be more costly to make the repairs when they could have made the issue worse since they are not qualified to make the repairs. Also the fact they have had the camper for the 1 1/2 years at two of there shops and my ability to schedule trips and get the use of the camper while still making the monthly payments. I requested $10000.00 in repairs and compensation. The estimate Outrig received from Perfection RV restoration & Service for the properly repaired delamination was for $ 13080.51. The entire cost of the repairs I paid to OUTRIG was approx. $25000.00. This company hires unqualified employees and charges a premium and will not stand behind their repairs.

At first things started off good, but then as time went by repairs were not being completed. Our trailer was with them for several months during the height of the travel season. The quality of their work was subpar when they put our bench seating back together. To this day they still have not fixed our AC unit. They keep saying they submitted the required documentations to the manufacture. However, the manufacture is saying they didn't. The manufacture has even gone so far as sending them follow up emails, blank copies of requested docs and they even called. Marcy has not returned any of our calls. They still have our keys and said they would send them back to us. That was over a month ago. They aren't close to where we live otherwise it would have been easy to pop in and grab them. Do not use this company unless you want subpar work, lack of communication and lack of integrity. Where's the perfection as the name suggests??? Response back:If you would return a phone call this wouldn't have to play out on a public forum. We had additional work done outside of the warranty that was paid for right away. If you haven't got paid by the manufacture then that's your own fault for not submitting the documentations needed. We are not responsible for paying you on warranty work. That's not entitlement on our part, that's called lack of follow through on your end. I am actually the second owner on title so that's tells me your eyes site is as bad as your communication.

I've spent around twenty five thousand dollars with this place over time, and I kept coming back for one reason: Nate. His work is outstanding. The man could rebuild an RV blindfolded while reciting torque specs. He deserves a shop where his skill isn't overshadowed by someone trying to run the place like a discount drill instructor. The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better. If you want quality work without being treated like an inconvenience, choose literally any other RV shop in Colorado. As long as David is running the show, this one is a hard pass.

I called Trailer Source Inc. in Longmont, Colorado, asking if they would handle the warranty repairs for us even though we had not purchased the RV from them and was told that, yes, they would do the warranty work. They contacted Winnebago and got approval to move forward with the repairs, and an appointment was made. When they trailer was taken in for the appointment, we were told that there should be no issue in having all the repairs completed within the next three weeks in time for a trip we had scheduled. After one week, I reached out to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on parts but that the time frame for repairs still looked good. Week two, I reached out and was told the same thing. I asked what repairs had been completed and was told none but that the tech had looked at everything and would start on the repairs soon. Week three, same. I called the day the trailer was to be picked up and was told that none of the repairs had been made. I went to the dealership and spoke to a service manager who told me that the dealership never should have taken in the trailer for repairs. He said it was their company policy that they did not do warranty work on trailers that were not purchased from them, and he said they would not be completing the repairs. In disbelief, I explained how they had filed the claim, received approval, made an appointment, and kept the trailer for three weeks. I asked why I wasn't ever told that they would not be doing the work. He repeated their company policy and stated that the person I first spoke to was new and made a mistake. I think the "right" thing for a decent business to do would have been to complete the work they had agreed to. This is not a company that I will do any business with in the future.
