These people are con men just trying to milk out the biggest bill of the smallest repair ever. A $250 job MAX turns into a $1000+ job just off of their over priced labor and their multiple trips back and forth to your residence to try to run up a "service call" bill at $140 each. They are not transparent with prices no matter how much you ask them. Their labor is $180 an HOUR!! I even helped the old man out with the labor to make his job easier anything to make a buck in today's day and age I guess. I recommend rv doctor, roaming rv tech, or big guy mobile repair. The repairs were as follows: Roof replacement, awning replacement, j-wrap replacement and delamination. After the repairs were made they were completed improperly and had to be completed a second time. The roof was replaced twice. The awning was pulling away from the exterior wall after replacement which they said they repaired but I'm unsure if that was completed. The J-wrap was replaced but the color was changed without my approval (from light grey to black). The delamination was "REPAIRED" but the was not properly done and needs correction. The companies president, Dennis King complete a quote for the repairs from an outside company, Perfection RV storage and service, and when the cost came to $13080.51 to do it properly. Dennis refused to complete the work and offered to return $4100.00 and for me to take the unit back. I explained to him that i believe I should be compensated more to complete the repairs on my own since I'm not sure if it will be more costly to make the repairs when they could have made the issue worse since they are not qualified to make the repairs. Also the fact they have had the camper for the 1 1/2 years at two of there shops and my ability to schedule trips and get the use of the camper while still making the monthly payments. I requested $10000.00 in repairs and compensation. The estimate Outrig received from Perfection RV restoration & Service for the properly repaired delamination was for $ 13080.51. The entire cost of the repairs I paid to OUTRIG was approx. $25000.00. This company hires unqualified employees and charges a premium and will not stand behind their repairs.

Customer Service, communication and integrity seems to be a weakness for this company. They came…read morerecommended by the manufacture of our travel trailer. At first things started off good, but then as time went by repairs were not being completed. Our trailer was with them for several months during the height of the travel season. The quality of their work was subpar when they put our bench seating back together. To this day they still have not fixed our AC unit. They keep saying they submitted the required documentations to the manufacture. However, the manufacture is saying they didn't. The manufacture has even gone so far as sending them follow up emails, blank copies of requested docs and they even called. Marcy has not returned any of our calls. They still have our keys and said they would send them back to us. That was over a month ago. They aren't close to where we live otherwise it would have been easy to pop in and grab them. Do not use this company unless you want subpar work, lack of communication and lack of integrity. Where's the perfection as the name suggests??? Response back:If you would return a phone call this wouldn't have to play out on a public forum. We had additional work done outside of the warranty that was paid for right away. If you haven't got paid by the manufacture then that's your own fault for not submitting the documentations needed. We are not responsible for paying you on warranty work. That's not entitlement on our part, that's called lack of follow through on your end. I am actually the second owner on title so that's tells me your eyes site is as bad as your communication.

I called Trailer Source Inc. in Longmont, Colorado, asking if they would handle the warranty repairs for us even though we had not purchased the RV from them and was told that, yes, they would do the warranty work. They contacted Winnebago and got approval to move forward with the repairs, and an appointment was made. When they trailer was taken in for the appointment, we were told that there should be no issue in having all the repairs completed within the next three weeks in time for a trip we had scheduled. After one week, I reached out to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on parts but that the time frame for repairs still looked good. Week two, I reached out and was told the same thing. I asked what repairs had been completed and was told none but that the tech had looked at everything and would start on the repairs soon. Week three, same. I called the day the trailer was to be picked up and was told that none of the repairs had been made. I went to the dealership and spoke to a service manager who told me that the dealership never should have taken in the trailer for repairs. He said it was their company policy that they did not do warranty work on trailers that were not purchased from them, and he said they would not be completing the repairs. In disbelief, I explained how they had filed the claim, received approval, made an appointment, and kept the trailer for three weeks. I asked why I wasn't ever told that they would not be doing the work. He repeated their company policy and stated that the person I first spoke to was new and made a mistake. I think the "right" thing for a decent business to do would have been to complete the work they had agreed to. This is not a company that I will do any business with in the future.
