We purchased a used camper and took it here for repair. It was kind of a disaster. We asked them to…read morecheck the electrical system, replace the battery, and put in a new carbon monoxide detector. First, it took them 5 weeks. The battery went fine, but when we got home, a bunch of lights didn't work. Apparently, they didn't check the electrical system at all, but charged us for it. They also left the new carbon monoxide detector just sort of dangling from the wall because the screws didn't fit. We asked for our money back for everything but the batter and they refused, telling us we had to bring the camper back in to give them an opportunity to correct it, so we did. When we got the camper back, the carbon monoxide detector was installed upside down (an easy fix, but ... really?) and the protector that holds the electrical wires to the ceiling had been glued on very poorly and fell off within a few days. They also left giant grease stains all over our carpet. We called again, they asked us to bring it back a third time to have it professionally cleaned. I just refused and demanded a significant refund. Go elsewhere. Terrible service.

However, when we got our bill it also reflected them performing a $51.80 multipoint inspection which we did NOT ask for. Then, for a simple wiper arm, they charged me $174.55 for "freight/handling." Lastly they charged me $25.90 for "shop supplies" used to start the generator. No supplies were needed whatsoever. We left very displease! Use their services at your own risk.

We started with that and got a response asking us to bring it in that day. I rearranged my schedule to drive it up, encouraged by their initial quick response. When I arrived, there was no record of them actually knowing that I was coming, despite the text exchange. However, they had Brandon come out to look at my camper. He inspected it and showed me some details - so far it was going well. He said he would have an estimate later that afternoon ("in a few hours"). That was a month ago. Once our situation better aligned with moving forward with a purchase, just for grins, I searched "new" camper vans instead of searching used and I landed on a new 2025 Thor Twist at Mericle that was priced competitively with used models I'd seen. It had 1,200 miles from being driven from the factory in Indiana and was taken to a trade show, but everything Thor was unused and still under warranty. We reached out via their contact us form and was out in touch with Brandon. This is a small, mom and pop dealership-and we love supporting small businesses. Brandon was upfront and very fair. It was up there with the best "car-buying" experiences I've ever had. We corresponded by phone, FaceTime for a video walkthrough of the van and checked everything on the van to make sure everything was in order. They specialize in tow behind trailers, so the van wasn't for their primary audience. After we did our due diligence, we made arrangements to drive from Texas to Colorado to see it in person and to purchase it if everything checked out. And it did. Brandon, DJ and Mike took great care of us, getting us acquainted with all of the systems, researching and fixing a noise on the roof that ended up being some cables for the awning that had broken free of their zip tie before we headed back to Texas. I was very disappointed and in future will stick with the "big guys" At least I ll know what I'm in for .

We had it towed here to Colorado's Premier RV Service & Repair, and they were absolutely amazing!! They called us immediately the next day and were so friendly, they got with our insurance immediately, made it so easy to digitally sign paperwork, and then gave us their "expert" advice on what to do since the trailer is 20 years old. They operate from the highest integrity and fixed our trailer so it was safe to drive, and made recommendations on what to do next since they don't work on trailers that are over 20 years old.
