We paid the extra for the go camping package which include the basics for our motor home IE Hose, poop tube ........ It also included new mattress' and being detailed. When we picked up our used unit it looked good!!!!! Got home and started to load it up and discovered that the pullout sleeper had the old nasty ass mattress still. To top it off they did not detail the coach at all. We found all kinds of garbage and dirty clothes including dirty underwear under the couch and through out the camper. We paid for new mattress' and to have it detailed. I e-mailed 3 times and left numerous voice messages to no avail. This is definitely buyer beware. Please go spend your money elsewhere, if you decide to buy from them do not get any of the up sale crap it's all a lie. Our salesman was JAYME PEITSMEYER. He can email me 5 times a day when he is trying to make his commission, but absolutely ghosted us after the sale. Again BUYER BE-WARE with Camping World in general. And no they do not offer a military discount.

Refrigerator blew something inside & failed right before 2nd use (Sept) and our 2 week trip. Ice chest in shower whole time. It's been in a service center in Az now 2 months to correct issues. -- Don't believe anything you are told.

First, let me say that it is impossible to actually talk to someone on the phone. You call and it tells you to text a number. We started with that and got a response asking us to bring it in that day. I rearranged my schedule to drive it up, encouraged by their initial quick response. When I arrived, there was no record of them actually knowing that I was coming, despite the text exchange. However, they had Brandon come out to look at my camper. He inspected it and showed me some details - so far it was going well. He said he would have an estimate later that afternoon ("in a few hours"). That was a month ago. They now ignore any texts that we have sent asking for an update. Absolutely no communication from Brandon or anyone else there. It is impossible to actually get someone on the phone. What a waste of my time. They seem to cherry pick their jobs and ignore everyone else.

I say again, because I had already installed a new one. The parts guy, Daniel, was a total gentleman. Very knowledgeable and really nice. I figured there would be NO WAY that they could get me in on short notice, but just inquired with Daniel. He turned and asked Sara, the sweetest service rep ever, if they had any technicians who could look at and get the situation figured out. Seriously, she has the brightest blue eyes and smile. A real pleasure to work with. Luckily they had just received notice of another client canceling their services appointment. She got me right in! What they thought might take a half an hour actually took 3 1/2 but that's OK. It turned out the work I had done was (almost) right, and the real problem was the regulator. I guessed at that, but, wasn't going to try and tackle that on my own. They got it figured out, fixed it and got me on the road! It probably cost me a little more than maybe some other shops, but not much. The service staff and techs are consumate professionals. I appreciate that so much. And as for the cost...... I know the owner donates hundreds of thousands of $$$$ (truly) to some very important organizations and scholarships. So as for this visit, I was not unhappy about the cost. Once our situation better aligned with moving forward with a purchase, just for grins, I searched "new" camper vans instead of searching used and I landed on a new 2025 Thor Twist at Mericle that was priced competitively with used models I'd seen. It had 1,200 miles from being driven from the factory in Indiana and was taken to a trade show, but everything Thor was unused and still under warranty. We reached out via their contact us form and was out in touch with Brandon. This is a small, mom and pop dealership-and we love supporting small businesses. Brandon was upfront and very fair. It was up there with the best "car-buying" experiences I've ever had. We corresponded by phone, FaceTime for a video walkthrough of the van and checked everything on the van to make sure everything was in order. They specialize in tow behind trailers, so the van wasn't for their primary audience. After we did our due diligence, we made arrangements to drive from Texas to Colorado to see it in person and to purchase it if everything checked out. And it did. Brandon, DJ and Mike took great care of us, getting us acquainted with all of the systems, researching and fixing a noise on the roof that ended up being some cables for the awning that had broken free of their zip tie before we headed back to Texas. No sales pressure, just genuine, nice people that went above and beyond for even out of state buyers! lol. If you're looking for a place that remembers how to give great service, reach out to them. I was very disappointed and in future will stick with the "big guys" At least I ll know what I'm in for .

I've spent around twenty five thousand dollars with this place over time, and I kept coming back for one reason: Nate. His work is outstanding. The man could rebuild an RV blindfolded while reciting torque specs. He deserves a shop where his skill isn't overshadowed by someone trying to run the place like a discount drill instructor. The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better. If you want quality work without being treated like an inconvenience, choose literally any other RV shop in Colorado. As long as David is running the show, this one is a hard pass.

Dealing with Nate ar Premeir he ordered a new complete Schwintek Slide System. Installed in one day and it works perfect every time. Every person that I dealt with were so nice. Need not look any further for Quality Service.
