Containers are clean inside and freshly painted outside. Arela (in the office) and John (our container delivery guy) and Ryan (manager) were all a pleasure to deal with. If you make a mistake, then you have to start completely over. The app would not let me progress unless I did that. When we got stuck, I called you. The lady put me on hold, and NEVER CAME BACK. I hung up after 30 minutes of being on hold. We called back. and got another lady. She told us that we had to sign out and sign back in every time the app got stuck. Which was a lot! Then we got disconnected. UNBELIEVABLE! So we called back a 3rd time, and finally got the process finished after 90 minutes of trying. So I've got men I've hired standing around costing me $100 an hour while I try to get the app to work. Saying I'm not happy is an understatement. This whole thing cost me a whole lot more than it should have. So will I rent from you guys again? No freak'n way.

We dropped our 2009 Class A off to have them do 3 things. They called about a week later saying…read morethat they wouldn't address 2 of the items because of the age of our RV. So, the one thing they did do was start the generator (task #3). It was simply a switch in the wrong position. We also had them order a windshield wiper arm. However, when we got our bill it also reflected them performing a $51.80 multipoint inspection which we did NOT ask for. Then, for a simple wiper arm, they charged me $174.55 for "freight/handling." Lastly they charged me $25.90 for "shop supplies" used to start the generator. No supplies were needed whatsoever. We left very displease! Use their services at your own risk.
