If I could give 0 stars I would. They towed my car 12 minutes away to my house they went inside my property and complety destroyed my car and left it in the middle of my driveway destroyed. I've been trying to contact them and they are not answering. They promise they would pay all the damages and never heard back from them since June 12,2026 it's August 24,2026 and they won't take care of the damages they did to my car I haven't had a car for 3 months because of them. Very unprofessional. Very bad service so if you want your car to look like this after their service go ahead and get their services. read more

I do not recommend them. Been waiting for 3 hours and they don't want to tow my car. The guy is all perfumed out though ready to go party. No good bad service. I can't believe they have a contract with AAA. You failed me AAA. By using Go Go towing in el Sereno smh No stars for Go Go read more

Go-Go Towing - Me stranded at 11 40 pm been calling since the afternoon smh you failed me AAA - Towing Near Me

I know reviews on here are mixed, but my experience was A+++. My situation: Dead car battery. I called AAA and was assigned Go-Go Towing. Go-Go promptly called me to say a technician would be there in less than 20 minutes. Marcos arrived within probably 10 minutes. He double-checked that it was just the battery, and we chatted while he replaced it. He was very friendly, and it was clear from our conversation that he's a standout human being in general. He charged me the AAA advertised rate for the battery and not a penny more. He left me with the advice to always stay positive -- something I don't think we get enough reminders about. I was all set and back on the road within 45 minutes of making the initial call. I can't ask for anything better than that! read more

RECKLESS DRIVERS!!! Nov 2nd 2024 Around 6:40PM in Eagle Rock area The driver of this truck was lane swerving, riding the ass of other cars, honking at cars to go when the light was red, speeding, ran a red light. Followed this truck for about 15 minutes into El Sereno area and everytime it was something worse. You can see the logo and that they're AAA branded or whatever. Moron. read more

I had a battery service request then a tow service. Both drivers were helpful, friendly, and polite. They answered questions and made sure I understood what was happening. Just all in all great service and got my vehicle where it needed to be. read more

Go Go towing in el sereno is very unprofessional. The employee hangs out behind Valeria market watching movies even when you request them through triple AAA, they take the call and cancel on you. read more

Driver blocked off all lanes of busy Monterey rd to tow a broken down car in a driveway. Had traffic backed up in both directions for 15 minutes. Maybe hire drivers who aren't completely clueless!! read more

I was driving on the South 605, approaching the 10 freeway, this morning at about 6:30 am, and I saw one of their trucks in an obvious hurry. The driver was flashing his brights as cars merged in front of him. He was making lane changes without signaling. I did see him merge onto the 10 freeway. Slow down guy. read more

My husband and I ran into some car issues this week. The car wouldn't start even though the battery was doing okay, so we had to get it towed to the mechanics. Our parking spot is a bit difficult to get in and out from so we didn't know what to do. We needed a tow truck to bring it to the mechanics asap. Not only was going Go-Go towing really fast, the person that helped us named Frank was such amazing person to work with. He helped us get the car out of the difficult parking spot in 100 degree weather quickly, and brought the car to the mechanics for us! I highly recommend Go-Go Towing, Especially Frank! Thank you! read more

Frank is the man. I requested service through AAA, he showed up on time with a smile and a handshake, got me loaded up onto the truck and off to the shop in minutes. Totally professional and service oriented mindset. read more

I called AAA and they advised that GO-GO was in route to me but would take about 35-45 min on a Sunday afternoon. Well no problem as long as I get a tow. Well 1.5hr went by and I called AAA again and they advised that GO-GO cancelled the call and never showed up . That's not good GO-GO looks like you guys are in the wrong business if you are going to leave people hanging waiting for you . At least a heads up that you canceled the call would be good SMH. read more

Frank came to my rescue. This is my second flat tire in a month and in the same location on the 110 freeway. Called AAA and they connected me with Go Go Towing. Frank was at the location in 20 minutes. He was super kind and very helpful. He took the car within minutes and then texted me an image of where he dropped the car off at the Audi dealership to get serviced. 5 star rating for Frank. Thank you! read more

My car needed a tow this morning to my local mechanic. I called AAA for help and they dispatched Go-Go towing. David called me to confirm my location and when he would arrive. He helped get my car to where it needed to go and gave me a ride to my mechanic. He was a professional throughout the process and made me feel comfortable riding passenger. As a woman riding solo with a stranger that means a lot. Thank you David for your kindness and respect! Props to Go-Go Towing. read more

Mario helped me out when my car stopped as I was exiting off Soto in Los Angeles trying to get to work. This was back in early November 2024. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. Jesse saved my life !! A straight pro, o was stranded on the side of 101N towards pasadena and if you know that freeway is super fucking dangerous, the first freeway ever built in Los Angeles this guy was able to stop traffic and get the car onto the truck in less than 10 minutes and still come pick me up after getting me to safety first. I would definitely recommend this service and I will be using them going forward. They also got there pretty fast to be as far as they were. Amazing friendly service I'll never forget it !! read more

I called AAA this morning due to a flat tire. Jesse gave me a tow to a tire shop in Highland Park that he recommended and went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it. I explained to him that I was late for work because of my car troubles and he made sure that the whole process was quick and seamless. The tire place he recommended fixed both of my tires quickly and at a good cost. I'm very thankful that he's the one who picked me up and towed my vehicle! Amazing, above and beyond service!! Thank you, Jesse! read more

These guys have saved us multiple times. Someone tried to steal our car & broke the ignition. In really good hands with Frank, our hero of the day. Arrived very quickly within 15 minutes. Great service with a smile!

Terrible experience with Go Go Towing. The driver was very late from when I was told he would arrive. He barely tried to jump-start my car, giving up almost immediately and leaving just as quickly. Completely indifferent and apathetic service. Avoid them! read more

Highly recommend gogo. The driver (Eric) really knew what he was doing. Can't complain thank you gogo

Horrible towing service, horrible customer service, don't let them/specifically the driver that helped us tow your motorcycle or car you care about. Junk yard tows they'd get it done. The driver was absolutely horrible used the F word more times than the amount of minutes it took him to unload n after goes and tells the manager to fire me because I told him how to do his job. Like if you knew it takes two people to do the job you shoulda sent someone else to help you instead of asking for help then getting mad because we helped. Also I don't think anyone with there right mind would wanna unload a motorcycle while the tow truck is tilted to the side because the ground is uneven. Unprofessional all around, the owner should definitely find new and better help before someone gets really hurt or someone's precios vehicle ends up damaged. read more

My car wouldn't start this morning and I went through the AAA roadside assistant to request a jump. I started my request at 5:57 and the technician arrived at 6:10. Mohammed was quick and assisted me swiftly. He said I needed a new battery but I opted for the jump and would buy a battery at a place of my choosing. The automated message told me he would get there by 6:44 but luckily he came way sooner than that and saved me from being even later for work. read more

I called AAA because my car stopped running, they sent this company over to my location and Tareq was the technician that assisted me. I was on my way shortly after. Thank you so much! read more

The worst towing experience I have ever had. Waited a combined 14 hours over 3 days waiting for a tow after Go Go Towing has no-showed the first two days. Jesse, one of their drivers, had marked in the AAA system multiple times he was on location and never showed up. The number that they finally called me from was not monitored, as AAA and myself tried to call multiple times to figure out what was going on with my service request and there was never an answer. Would avoid at all cost. read more

I was completely satisfied with the service that this company provided! I had a flat tire and George came out very quickly and drove me all the way from Duarte to Santa Clarita and even waited for my husband to pick me up from the mechanic where he dropped off my car. By the time we got to the destination I felt like I had made a new friend :) I would definitely recommend Go-Go Towing to anyone read more
