I know reviews on here are mixed, but my experience was A+++. My situation: Dead car battery. I called AAA and was assigned Go-Go Towing. Go-Go promptly called me to say a technician would be there in less than 20 minutes. Marcos arrived within probably 10 minutes. He double-checked that it was just the battery, and we chatted while he replaced it. He was very friendly, and it was clear from our conversation that he's a standout human being in general. He charged me the AAA advertised rate for the battery and not a penny more. He left me with the advice to always stay positive -- something I don't think we get enough reminders about. Nov 2nd 2024 Around 6:40PM in Eagle Rock area The driver of this truck was lane swerving, riding the ass of other cars, honking at cars to go when the light was red, speeding, ran a red light. I was driving on the South 605, approaching the 10 freeway, this morning at about 6:30 am, and I saw one of their trucks in an obvious hurry. The driver was flashing his brights as cars merged in front of him. He was making lane changes without signaling. I did see him merge onto the 10 freeway. Slow down guy. read more

My husband and I ran into some car issues this week. The car wouldn't start even though the battery was doing okay, so we had to get it towed to the mechanics. Our parking spot is a bit difficult to get in and out from so we didn't know what to do. We needed a tow truck to bring it to the mechanics asap. I called AAA and they advised that GO-GO was in route to me but would take about 35-45 min on a Sunday afternoon. Well no problem as long as I get a tow. Well 1.5hr went by and I called AAA again and they advised that GO-GO cancelled the call and never showed up . A straight pro, o was stranded on the side of 101N towards pasadena and if you know that freeway is super fucking dangerous, the first freeway ever built in Los Angeles this guy was able to stop traffic and get the car onto the truck in less than 10 minutes and still come pick me up after getting me to safety first. I would definitely recommend this service and I will be using them going forward. They also got there pretty fast to be as far as they were. Horrible towing service, horrible customer service, don't let them/specifically the driver that helped us tow your motorcycle or car you care about. Junk yard tows they'd get it done. The driver was absolutely horrible used the F word more times than the amount of minutes it took him to unload n after goes and tells the manager to fire me because I told him how to do his job. Like if you knew it takes two people to do the job you shoulda sent someone else to help you instead of asking for help then getting mad because we helped. Also I don't think anyone with there right mind would wanna unload a motorcycle while the tow truck is tilted to the side because the ground is uneven. Unprofessional all around, the owner should definitely find new and better help before someone gets really hurt or someone's precios vehicle ends up damaged. read more

Mohammed was quick and assisted me swiftly. He said I needed a new battery but I opted for the jump and would buy a battery at a place of my choosing. The worst towing experience I have ever had. Waited a combined 14 hours over 3 days waiting for a tow after Go Go Towing has no-showed the first two days. Jesse, one of their drivers, had marked in the AAA system multiple times he was on location and never showed up. The number that they finally called me from was not monitored, as AAA and myself tried to call multiple times to figure out what was going on with my service request and there was never an answer. I was completely satisfied with the service that this company provided! I had a flat tire and George came out very quickly and drove me all the way from Duarte to Santa Clarita and even waited for my husband to pick me up from the mechanic where he dropped off my car. He was very personable and friendly and made the hour and a half drive seem like no time at all because he had so many fun stories to share.
