Yesterday 11/3/25 a tow truck driver named Sam saved my ass. My company tasked me with moving 2 Vans to that were non-operable. They both had to be moved onto a flat bed semi to go out of state. It was a herculean task. Not only did Sam come and provde a tow, he worked out all the logistics of moving the Vans onto the flat bed semi truck and communication with the semi driver. He was friendly, helpful, and gave the best advice concerning price of labor. He was down right AMAZING. Martin came out to Hurkey state park to tow our 2025 airstream. Axle blots came off one side. He was quick and very meticulous with our trailer. He made numerous adjustments to prevent any additional damage. He was conscientious about our surroundings. He asked me to assist where there were low hanging tree branches to ensure they did not contact the roof of the trailer. He sent me a text when he arrived at the dealership. They are amazing! From the customer service to the way they handle your car with care. My family and I were stuck in a ravine. We were referred to diamond Valley towing by another towing company. We called and let them know where we are stranded at what kind of tow truck we needed. the dispatcher was super super helpful! We called they gave us the amount we had to pay and let us know they would get to us in 30 - 45 minutes before it got dark. Where we were stranded at, was a rural place with no street lights. Sam, got there right when he said he would. He was very informative and explained to us what he was going to do. When he pulled us out, he said follow me out of this area. I'm not going to leave you guys here and if you get stranded again, I'll tow you guys back out. We followed Sam half way then gps told us to go a different way, so we did. When Sam noticed we weren't following him, he called us and asked if we were ok and if we needed a tow again. We left him know we took a router and were ok! Thank you Sam! Sam and Diamond Valley towing completely screwed us over. Our E bike was there for a total of 3 days and they charged us almost $900 to get it out. If you have a choice in towing, DO NOT use them. They stole my car. I as in an accident on earlier this week, and after asking the tow driver to take the car to my house, he convinced me to have them take it to the tow yard because it would be "easier" for my insurance company. That's not true. And now I need to pay $1200 out of pocket for them to return my car to me, OR, I can pay them $500 to keep my car and turn over the title. trash place ... they towed my car in the middle of the night from my own parking spot that i pay for simply because someone called about it and they didn't confirm anything, just took the car. When i went to pick up my car one of the drivers said it was my fault and that i should be more considerate parking in someone else's spot, when it was my own spot. They charged $500 for less than 10 hours and when I called they told me it was at one location twenty minutes away and when i went to go get it they couldn't find my car and then said it was actually at their other location less than five minutes away from where i lived. do better. read more

I was stuck on the side of an off ramp, off the 76 hwy headed North 15. Thankful Mike came before sun down to help me. Mike quickly towed my car and we were on the way to the drop off location-traffic was bad especially on a Friday evening. Anyway, Mike shared some of his towing stories and they were quiet interesting. Once, I was at the shop to drop off my car I was going to call an Uber to pick me up, however Sam and Mike offered to take me home since it was on the way. I am on the verge of tears as I write this. I am a disabled woman, as is my elderly mom, and we were lied and scammed by Sam out of $875. For a family business, I'm appalled and heartbroken. Sam promised to tow and set up our travel trailer, he didn't. Sam damaged our travel trailer and even broke my TV. Instead of showing remorse he laughed. When Sam first showed up he was not wearing gloves. He proceeded to pull his mask down and lectured us on why he doesn't believe in COVID-19 and masks. Sam said wearing masks is what makes us sick. I walked away because he was charging us $175/hour and lecturing people who have lost loved ones to COVID-19. I was numb. Sam ended up taking off his mask. He never offered hand sanitizer. In fact, he took the black water hose bare-handed and my mom had to force him to use hand sanitizer since he kept saying "it's just poop." He also said my disabled friend should get a job. Does he not know that people are suffering and losing jobs right now? He put my trailer in a spot that was not approved and acted very arrogant and proud of him putting my life in danger. !!DO NOT GO TO THEM!! My retro car was impounded for Modded Parts and the first driver was unable to get my car on the bed because it is lowered, he came unprepared (for a typically tow truck) with only 2 wooden ramps. He needed more wood therefore called for a helping hand. His manager sam (I believe) came in a truck full of attitude with the needed tools after an hour of us waiting. They got upset when I wanted to film the process and be sure they don't damage my retro vehicle. Today I picked the car up and was Charged for BOTH of the trucks for 2.5 hours of labor. 1 truck might have been 2 hours at most and sam Was there 30 minutes. i paid $1,600 for a tow exactly one exit down the road. What a great experience! We were put in a situation where we needed to have our classic vehicle towed from the Lake Elsinore area to an automotive shop by our house in Huntington Beach. Sam picked up the phone this morning around 6:30am and sent a driver to our vehicle's location within 30 mins.
